    Very bad job

Horrible place. I hope you shut down soon. I just seen this post on Facebook and this place isn't worth a try. How dare they treat a paying customer like that.

Love this place! Been coming here for years! Prices are good and they are not pushy with sales like other places are and they usually offer something to drink

I came in for a refill and they did an amazing job! I asked for a natural curve and I got it! They take their time and appreciate me every time. I definitely recommend!

This place is very nice looking. I am a guy and hey took very god care of my feet. It was great. very decorative and very nice chairs. Looks very clean and well maintained. The staff here is very nice. Thy are Vietnamese but do not talk while working on you. VERY RESPECTFUL. I recommend this place to everyone. :)

They do not know what they're doing. I asked for a French with a curved line and the manager said they couldn't do it. They couldn't create a curved line on my nail. Omfg they shouldn't be doing anyone's nails! Don't go here waste of money.

Terrible. I've attached a picture of the finished product. This was after I had to remind the technician to clip my eight year old's cuticles and even out the nail. I can't believe I paid for this.

There are no idiots at this salon. Previous reviewer sounds like a racist ass wipe. The salon has very beautiful decor, lots of nail polish to choose from, tv and massage chairs all around. Very clean as well. Again, if they were idiots this salon wouldn't be so successful.

Clean, sanitary, modern, and the chairs work like they are supposed to!

Great place ! Very clean, nice people. I called other places and their pedicures were 28$ and up. Here it was 20$.

I've been a loyal customer at Honey Nail Lounge for over a year, and until today I would have…read moregladly recommended them to anyone. I have a nail tech that I absolutely love and always book with because she consistently does an amazing job. Unfortunately, due to what appeared to be an issue with the online scheduling system, I wasn't able to see my usual technician today and was assigned to someone else. Since I wasn't with my regular tech, I even simplified the design I originally wanted. The only change I requested was to switch the blue glitter in the inspiration photo to pink glitter. When my nails were finished, they looked nothing like the reference photo. I didn't want to embarrass anyone or make a scene, so I paid, tipped, and tried to convince myself I'd be happy with them. What made the experience even more confusing was that I was charged more than I normally pay with my regular technician--even though I usually get much more detailed nail art than I did this time. After I got home, my children encouraged me to go back because they could tell I wasn't happy. They reminded me that I paid for something that simply wasn't what I had asked for. I returned as politely as I could, hoping the nails could be corrected. From that moment on, the atmosphere completely changed. I felt unwelcome for speaking up. The technician became rough while working on my nails, wasn't kind in her interactions with me, and spoke about me while I was sitting there. It made an already uncomfortable situation feel even worse. I never intended to insult anyone or make anyone feel bad. I simply wanted the nails I had paid for, or at least something much closer to the inspiration photo. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and honestly questioning whether I should return to a salon I've loved for over a year. I'm sharing this because I genuinely care about Honey Nail Lounge. One disappointing experience doesn't erase all the wonderful appointments I've had there, but the way my concerns were handled was far more upsetting than the nails themselves. I truly hope customer feedback can be received with kindness, because loyal clients should never feel uncomfortable for respectfully asking for a correction.

They aren't too far from normal in terms of price; especially because Anthony Vince lives in an extravagant palace. So much so that King Charles got up out of his pedicure chair to greet us at the entrance. The Royal guards ceremoniously made way for us to be escorted to the royally acclaimed nail artist, Henry. Henry ate up my sisters nails. Period if you know what I mean. Anyway, we loved the nails. Not that expensive. It was $77 for the TikTok design before we added a bunch of other stuff. The tools were in a small rectangular basket with nail clippers and other tools. Used tools. The clippers were open. She did not pull them from a bag and got up when i asked and went to the back. Never said the tools were clean. The response from the owner is rude and not accurate or acceptable. 82 or 87 dollars for a royal pedicure. Can't remember exact price. I stopped going to the nail salon around covid. I do go occasionally as a treat to get my feet done. It's June 2026. Went to use a gift card I've had since Christmas since this isn't my normal place. The nail tech was tired! She was. You could tell she was wore out. Exhausted. My pedicure was horrible. If you ever go get your feet done and they use tools laying in a basket. NOT sterile run. This is that place. She went to the back to get a sterile tool. Not in a bag and most likely the same tool. My pedicure stated it would be around 80 min. It was in done in 50. I had to go home and file my heels. They use a very fine file and barely go over any rough spots. For almost 90 dollars i want dead skin all over the towel like most places. She spent very little time on my cuticles. The entire thing was extremely rushed and WAY over priced. I can go to a local shop and pay 60 bucks and get shellac. Not reg polish. My husband's pedicure was the exact same. He didn't get started til 15 min after me due to the tech being busy but finished the same time. His heels were not done. He wears boots and works in the heat. His heels should be smooth. This was sad and i will never go back. I have money on my gift card and i plan on gifting it.
