Of all the times I visited, she probably took me at my actually appointment time twice. The average time I waited for her was usually 20 mins past my appointment time, even if I arrived 5 mins early. It makes no sense why she double books or just allows anyone to go ahead of you even if you have an appointment. A handful of times, she's not even in her room! I was once stuck waiting 15 mins before leaving. When I got home, I received a text from her asking if I was still coming and why I didn't call her when I didn't see her. I admit it was my fault for not calling, but I was already frustrated (didn't think to check Yelp for her number) and I don't think I have to be the one to remind her she has an appointment?? The last time I went to her was my last, as she made my eyebrows incredibly uneven, one curved and one straight. I went home and cried, especially since I was leaving for a trip a few days later. I had no intention of getting a haircut or hair color. However, during my eyebrows getting done the lady saw my hair and told me I need a hair cut too. I said yes and asked, "do you guys cut hair also?" She said, "Yes!" I trusted them to know what they were doing and it turned out to be a big mistake. I ask her if she can do layers. After she looks at my hair she told me my hair very thin and if she puts layers on it it will looks more thin. She said we can do one style on that it's called a "step hair cut" I said ok because I trusted her and told her, "do it make sure it looks good!" She said, "Yes it will look good!" After she cut my hair she left it wet. I paid and left salon When I got home and styled my hair, it was very obvious that the haircut was uneven and badly done. When I called the salon to explain the issue, instead of taking responsibility, she blamed and accused me of moving while sitting in the chair. This excuse is completely unacceptable. The next day I showed my hair to my regular hairstylist, who confirmed that the haircut was not done properly. Fixing it would require cutting at least two more inches of my hair, which I do not want to do. In addition to this, the payment process was not transparent. I was not informed ahead of time that there would be an extra $5 charge for card payments. This was only mentioned after my card had already been charged. Customers should be informed about additional fees in advance. I paid in full for threaded eyebrows, the haircut, color, and even left a tip. Yet, I left extremely unhappy with the service. The salon seems more focused on pushing extra services and charges rather than providing quality work and honest customer service. I will never return to this salon, even in an emergency. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. People shouldn't take on a task especially when they don't know how to do it!

This place is tucked away in the cul-de-sac of little small businesses in downtown Campbell. They accept Venmo, Zelle or cash. ~~Parking: There are some street parking spots available on Campbell Avenue and a couple of parking structures nearby as well. Based on the reviews, it sounded like they did a really good job, so we decided to give them a try. Threading is only $12 which is a great price. When we got there, we tapped the bell and a lady came out and asked what service we needed. We told her my daughter needed eyebrow threading before her senior pictures. She sat my daughter down and asked what look she wanted. We basically just said to clean them up and shape them to fit her face naturally. My daughter was nervous since she thought threading might hurt or that she could get nicked, but she said it actually wasn't very painful at all and there were no nicks! Definitely way faster and better than plucking. Her brows came out really nice and natural. We'll definitely be back for her next threading appointment. They also offer Henna, and the sample pictures they had displayed looked really beautiful and detailed.
