When I found out someone smashed my window I was heartbroken. I called ALL around the Bay Area to find the cheapest and nicest people to fix my loved car. These guys were the cheapest and extremely nice plus they even came to me. As soon as I called they checked to see if they had my window in stock. They called back with a window but it had a tiny scratch so they said they would discount it. I needed a nicer one so I had to wait till the next day when they got a new one in stock. I got my windshield replaced here and the quote, installation, and overall timing was great. The workers were friendly as well. The only thing I recommend is if your car includes additional features/systems to go elsewhere. I have a LDA system and I made sure it was known prior to installing. However after it was completed the guy never told me about the extra steps in recalibrating my camera. I contacted velocity and they sent another guy out. He was very nice and caring, but I didn't like the fact that he tried to tell me how my car system worked when I'm well aware. He told me it wasn't necessary to bring my car to the dealership that it worked perfectly fine but it didn't. I went to my dealership and they said that window repair companies aren't suppose to be responsible for recalibrating. I'm not trying to discredit their work, I can see how good they are at their jobs, this is just my experience. read more

John answered the phone on a Saturday about a half hour after they were supposed to be closed. He checked the warehouse and found the windshield for my car. He took my insurance info and took care of the whole thing. Jose showed up on time about an hour later and was finished in about an hour. I swear this windshield is clearer than the one it replaced from 2007. Not just no small scratches from wear but when you drive into the sun it looks clearer, like less sparkly stuff in it.
