The potstickers come in mild and spicy, and they were not spicy as all. I think our server might have messed up? The wings actually came out pretty quick despite all the other reviews saying it took pretty long. Not sure, if I ordered the right wings which makes this place so popular. This location is offering takeout. It was very easy to order online. I'm SUPER happy with this chicken for multiple reasons. 1) the crisp on the wing was spectacular, even on the saucy one! The Crispy Fried Chicken Wings were BOMB. Completely lives up to the hype even for take out. Perfectly crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. I got the spicy level but do not think it was very spicy. The chicken flavor was perfect on its own, but they do provide a to-go mini ketchup which I thought was nice. It also comes with a side of Cole slaw and pickled radish. I didn't try the Cole slaw but the radish was good, not too sweet. It was a refreshing palette cleanser. I had ordered all wings but received a combo of wings and drums. I usually don't like drums bc they are normally not as moist, but that wasn't the case here. Their drums are also pretty big. The wings were a good size. DO NOT get their honey butter fries, unless you like you like your fries drenched with sugar. Don't get me wrong, I love love sweet things, (which is why honey butter peaked my interest) but this was on another level. It could have been good if they toned the sugar topping down 12 notches especially since I assume the fries were already bathed in honey and butter? Unfortunately, I was too hungry so didn't get to take photos. I will definitely take some next time as I will be back for their chicken. This is my first time trying out this restaurant, it was recommended by a friend only because she knows that i love BonChon Chicken. There is not much on the menu but they have good selection of chicken flavors and side dishes. Price is a little bit on the high side but it's alright. Customer Service is okay but it looks like they just started because one of the servers is still training a new employee. The place is average, it's not that inviting but super clean and i like that. Maybe a little more time and they can do some upgrades. Layout wise i think they can do so much with this small place. Saw this on yelp and decided to give it a try. Ordered crunchy combo and soy sauce and black vinegar combo. Even after a 20 minute drive home, food was nice and hot and were absolutely delicious. The soy sauce and black vinegar had a little kick to it, but very flavorful. The crunchy chicken was exactly that even after the drive. Regardless, I got a phone call from the staff to explain the situation and it was totally fine. I saw on their website that they had lunch specials where you can get 6 pcs of your flavor choice boneless fried chicken and 2 sides for 9.95. The frozen cornstarch coated variety that people at La Reve think are a revelation. Soggy coleslaw, flat coke. We had the crispy boneless chicken. I expected breast meat. Nope. Boneless thighs. To my surprise, you are actually seated and a waiter takes your order albeit super casual. I walked in and only 1 other person was there. I was greeted immediately and the waiter was very pleasant and helpful giving me suggestions since you can get all kinds of flavors of chicken every which way. I ended up getting 1/2 order of crispy chicken (mild), 1/2 order garlic chicken and an order of the rice cakes (rolls) mild. It included some pickled radish & coleslaw which we could've done without. It was bland and not good. Wait was about 20 minutes. Once I headed home, opened the boxes up and it smelled great. Rice cakes were okay, I expected it to have a bit of crispness on the outside (he told me it would be), and the sauce was too much. It didn't have much flavor and I would've liked it without actually. The chicken was good overall but could be crispier. The garlic was not crispy at all. Overall chicken was good but nothing special and nothing I haven't had before. Price point was on the pricier side for what you get. 1/2 order mix of wings/drums (random mix,6) $12.99. For (2) 1/2 orders & rice cakes it was about $40 (with tip). Given all the above factors I probably won't be back but gave it a try. read more

I wanted to give Vons the benefit of the doubt, especially during this time, but the service just wasn't good. When I arrived, I was told my order was "2nd in line" but was given no other information. Many others arrived after and were similarly told that they would need to wait until their order was ready, but plenty others arrived and immediately got their orders throughout the duration of my wait. After about 20-25 minutes, I asked for an update and was told that they had to change the oil out halfway through my order. While I think this was truthful, I was still given no estimate on when my order would be ready. I asked again about 10 minutes later and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. Over 5 minutes later, I was told they were boxing it up. Didn't receive my order until 5 minutes after that, making it almost a whole hour wait for my food after I had arrived to pick it up. Transparency can go a long way, but the staff did not make much effort to communicate with their customers. Everyone else who arrived and waited was not given an estimate on when their food would be ready. There were also plenty of other people who arrived after all of us and received their orders immediately, which made it seem like they did not even start making some of our orders until after we arrived to pick them up. Plus, the staff would often stay behind the bar at the very back of the restaurant while talking to customers who were asking about their orders, even though there was already a clear wall barrier set up at the door, which made it difficult for customers to hear them clearly. It was clear that Vons' staff did not have a good system in place for dealing with the dinner rush and that their staff was not interested in communicating with their customers. It looked like they were understaffed as well, which is not their fault, but keeping your customers in the dark is just not acceptable, especially when all of them had arrived thinking their orders were ready because of Grub Hub's inaccurate pickup timer. read more

Finally decided to come here because my hubby and I were in the area. There's a small parking area across the street from this location behind a pizzeria. It's a pretty good size eatery. They had plenty of tables available that night we came to eat dinner. Seating is wherever was open. We did have table service. We inquired about some items on the menu and both staff employees were informative. We tried the BBQ chicken, the Vons Special sauce, and the kimchi fried rice. The drumstick sizes for each kind of chicken were pretty big, some wings were normal to more of a smaller size. The BBQ chicken was ok... my favorite for the night was definitely the Vons Sauce. It was like a sweet but tangy flavor. The kimchi rice was good but they don't give you as much for the price you pay. The pickled veggies they give are really good. Overall it was a nice experience with good service. The kimchi rice came out first and then the chicken which would have been good if the chicken came out maybe 5min-10min after but that wasn't the case. So the rice was already cold by the time we received the chicken. There were only 3 tables to be served that night. I did notice that they have lots of Togo and pickups. Very popular place and will hope to try other items on their menu the next time I'm back in concord. read more
