I will tell them I am here which space number I am in they will refuse to bring out the order because they will tell me " it's too early for pick up" they will tell me that I've arrived too early outside my window, even though they sent me a text saying the order is ready. When I made a complaint about it, they then really created a nightmare when I would pull into the parking lot. The app would suddenly stop working so when I would pull into a parking space it would not allow me to check in and put the space number. I would then have to get out of my car go into the store and ask for my order. This would create complete chaos because number one employees are rude in the store number two if there are other parking people in the spaces, they will give them all their orders ahead of me so I will wait for approximately 20 to 40 minutes in a hot car for my order to be brought out on top of it. I'm delivered a ton of attitude. The app is a nightmare. The associates are a nightmare just skip it all together. I'm switching over to target where employees are happy and kind and the app works.
