I love the people here, very down to earth and friendly! I've been going for many, many years and have seen a variety of technicians for everything. Every service has been great with the exception of a terrible hair color from Dana one time...so now I see someone different. I took off one star because of the prices, which have gone though the roof since the new guy bought it and changed the name to Vous. Personally, I find $75 for a spa pedicure to be outrageous. I think owners are really taking advantage across the board with these price hikes AND adding fees on top of that. Since this new person took over, there's now a fee to pay with a credit card. I go there less than I used to for things like pedicures and spa treatments because of the prices that are much higher than other places in the same neighborhood. But I do like the staff and friendliness, and look forward to the updates as the place does look very dated back to the 90s in colors and decor. And the lighting is really bad for hair color. So I'm excited to see the improvements soon...that I hear are coming. But I wish they'd lower the prices so I could do more services there. I just refuse to pay so much when they're unreasonable. read more
