Considered returning to have it adjusted but the prospect of having to wait another week just for it to come back possibly even worse than before was not so appealing. Also found out that the alterations done here are outsourced and not done in house which was also disappointing to see. Only positive I can say is the customer service is pretty alright, may return for some other work but after this experience, I'm not so sure.

When I picked up the dress, she even took the time to look at how it fit on me and gave helpful tips, like taping down the straps to keep everything in place. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and wants her customers to feel confident. Her prices are affordable, she accepts card payments, and the overall experience was so much better than the other alteration place I had previously gone to. I was recommended to Miss Coco's by my friend who needed their pants let out and said they had an awesome experience, so I gave it a shot even though it was only 5 days from the event I wanted to wear the dress to. Miss Coco's shop is as charming as she is. She was eager to help, agreed to help with the tight deadline, and stayed late to ensure I left happy. As a fun bonus, she had some pieces for sale that I was able to snag: super cute Calvin Klein dress and a GORGEOUS duster that just happened to fit me perfectly. I asked for same day pick up and they were able to accommodate that. The lady at the counter was able to help me quickly and figured out what adjustments I needed in less than 5 minutes. They got my dress turned around in 5 days and got it to me last minute before my wedding - I am so happy! I had my wedding dress altered by Rosa and she did an amazing job! It took a little over 3 weeks…read more(which is faster than most places). This included adding bustles, hemming a few inches off, and taking in the waist. She even added a few extra clasps to the back button area just for security and added a finger loop for my long train. I think the pricing was a great value, but it will depend on material type, amount of layers, etc, do call ahead of time for a rough estimate. I will definitely keep coming to her if I have any other alteration needs!

This place has done a good job on some of my pants that I measured there. I left a sample and the pants I received are a lot shorter than the sample. I recommend showing the person helping you while wearing it there at the store so they can pin it in front of you. They do not know how to cut pants using a sample or other piece of close for the desired tailor.
