My 1st visit was really good as Maria showed me around and explained how the units worked. Upon hearing that I would need my storage unit for a couple more weeks Maria extended my reservation to keep my rate and that really helped. On move in day I was given a phone call the day before, to check to make sure what time I was going to arrive. I was able to reschedule my time when I realised that the time slot didn't work any longer. The office staff were very flexible with helping me out. I was able to complete the whole moving process in less than 30 minutes. Overall I am happy with my unit I end up getting a 10 by 7 and a 1/2. I do like the ease of unloading my S UV into their docking station. I appreciate the climate control as it can get really hot during the summer and I was worried about my electronics. This was the true reason I picked this location even though about $50 more per month than the location about 2 miles away. All in all super excited about the fringe benefits of this location, To include utilization of a moving truck. The nice thing is that they allow you to use the moving truck up to 2 weeks from your moving date. This alone is going to save me a $150.

The contract has no limit to how much they can raise the rental rate and they will just keep going. I wouldn't trust anything sensitive in storage here, as there are garbage cans in the walkways collecting leaking water from the roof.

When I started my unit was $143 bucks now it over $240 bucks. Every 3 months they increase it. Very few upgrades have happened to this facility since I started. Only new thing is a self-entry key pad got an upgrade. I don't like that there is a constant increase. What I like about this place is that it is close to where I live. I can easily go and get my things and drop stuff off. It is very necessary since I only have two closets. Having the unit makes it super easy to change items out every season. Plus the parking is nice as you can back directly into the garage. Each level is secure. I feel safe in here at all times.
