Think long and hard about how much you are willing to pay for what you are planning to store BEFORE you move in. The contract has no limit to how much they can raise the rental rate and they will just keep going. I wouldn't trust anything sensitive in storage here, as there are garbage cans in the walkways collecting leaking water from the roof.

I cried and begged them to please give us time to not loose everything we had. But, instead they raised the rent. We did everything we could to raise the money. Paid them thousands and got within a few hundred dollars from paid off. So, they raised the rent again and added more fees. We begged. My Mother even paid what she could and begged them as well to have a heart. But, we lost everything. The money we thought would be our cushion to be able to rebuild our lives went to paying fees to these heartless people. We were $200 short and we lost everything. Still on the streets now hoping to rebuild our lives. Stay Away!!

They have a huge double loading dock & carts on the ready to assist any move! And for a true Marshall Field's girl, I was thrilled to learn that this facility was an original warehouse for MF, a Chicago landmark!!!

It was too stressful so I just researched a bunch of self-storage facilities near my apartment and found this one. They had a deal online for the first few months, so I went to check out the facility and met Monique, the Property Manager there, who was AMAZING. She showed me around and helped me figure out which storage unit was best for my items and really made me feel comfortable and relaxed about storing my items there on such short notice. I don't know what I was expecting, but this storage facility is really clean and well lit and very well protected with codes required to both enter the facility through one of the moving doors and to access the elevator. I felt very safe there and I felt very safe in leaving my items there. And Monique wasn't just amazing when I signed up for a storage unit there, she was amazing all throughout the time I kept my items there if I had any questions. When I finally went to move my items out and onto a long distance moving van, she made the entire process so easy for the movers to get into the building and the exit paperwork was incredibly easy to fill out and take care of too. If you are stressed about moving your items into storage, store them here. Monique and any of the rest of the staff there that I interacted with were incredible helpful and kind. I have used this facility for the past 4 years. The facility is really clean and secure…read more I like my unit and the availability to come in really early and organize my things. When I started my unit was $143 bucks now it over $240 bucks. Every 3 months they increase it. Very few upgrades have happened to this facility since I started. Only new thing is a self-entry key pad got an upgrade. I don't like that there is a constant increase. What I like about this place is that it is close to where I live. I can easily go and get my things and drop stuff off. It is very necessary since I only have two closets. Having the unit makes it super easy to change items out every season. Plus the parking is nice as you can back directly into the garage. Each level is secure. I feel safe in here at all times. Must punch in code to access facility and then punch in code to access elevators. Cameras are located everywhere. Big incentive for women to use this facility because of the security. During office hours, there is always someone on site. Usually 2 office members. Tip: can rent truck for move-in only
