This is a cool little hotel bar, and if you've ever been to an Aloft, you know exactly what to expect. There will be live music, a slamming bar and really tasty food. You would think since it's bar food that it wouldn't be any good, but the five times I've eaten here? I've never had a poor experience. This last time was no different. I ordered their pepperoni pizza with hot honey sauce, and let me tell you. I am loving the hot honey trend. Please cover me with hot honey LOL. I also got an awesome drink called the bumble; no idea what was in it, but I took it out to my room and I promise you it is a sleeping aid. Absolutely delicious. Doesn't taste like it has alcohol in it, and will sneak up on you and then you're done for the night! Located in the lobby of the Aloft hotel in Boston's seaport section, this bar/restaurant is a mixed bag. We went the first night for food and drinks since we were tired after day of travel and didn't feel like going too far. Adult bevs were excellent..but the food ...not great. We had a mix of "small plates"; the best thing turned out to be the oversized tater tots. The pretzels were almost inedible - beyond chewy...perhaps microwaved? Popcorn seems stale and the salad was average. The second night we just had bevs....and they weren't as good as the first night. Different bartender. August 2024 - This is a bar in the Aloft Hotel. We had dinner there on a Friday night. It wasn't very busy. The food quantity was large, the taste was excellent as was the service. The bar also has a good choice of beers. Try it, you'll like it. read more

Had a burger and sweet potato tots for $19 and the burger was not all beef, could taste a lot of fillers like in frozen burgers and the tots were just about black. I assume the fryer oil hasn't been changed out. My meal was topped off with a $15 captain and diet which was nice, you expect to pay more at a hotel but the dinner could've been better. read more

We went to the bar for a couple of drinks and light food. Big plus: they had live music, an Open Mic event with various artists and a very broad selection of music styles. Loved it! Beer was good, I can also recommend the wings. Service was spotty and sometimes nowhere to be found. read more

My mom and I came here last night while staying at the Aloft in Seaport. The food was really good, we got the chicken quesadillas and the ribs. My mom ordered a Malibu Bay Breeze and I ordered a Gin and Tonic, both were good. The bartender was super kind, she was also very quick. There is also a guy working there who was super kind. The bar has comfy seating, games and even an outdoor area. We really enjoyed this place, honestly it was our favorite spot we ate at during our stay in Boston. read more

Bar attached to the Aloft hotel, it is just down in the lobby. The bar tender was quite nice and service was fast in terms of getting my order and my food. Didn't rush you at all, but then again they also were not very busy. The menu is not big, basically just some bar snacks. The food was alright, I got the sweet chili wings and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was solid but the wings could have used more sauce and it was not spicy at all. read more

Good drink selection and some decent food. Convenient if you are staying at the Aloft or the element next door. I had a caesar salad with chicken. Chicken was cold, which I know some people like, not me. The salad overall was just fine though. I wanted to try "The Bad Larry", but actually resisted the late night urge since I'm getting kinda portly. That and the "Seaport Smash" looks good too. Well, the food was hot and the service was good. Other than that, not great. They didn't have sweet vermouth for my Manhattan. While the clam chowder tasted good, I'm still looking for the clams. The burger had no flavor and was dry. The bun actually made the burger worse, dry and hard. If you're hungry and it's late from traveling, it's ok. This is your run-of-the-mill hotel bar. I never tried the food, but the drinks were just about what you would expect, although at a slightly higher price. Since you aren't supposed to drink your own alcohol in your hotel room in Boston (seriously!?!), this is a reasonable place to end your evening after you've been out sightseeing. We ate here while staying in the Aloft hotel. It's ok if you don't want to leave your hotel building but I wouldn't travel to it. We had two flatbreads (cheese and pepperoni) and the fish tacos. Food was fine but not spectacular. We didn't try the drinks. read more

We were staying from out of town to see a Red Sox game and go to a conference. It was rainy on a Saturday night so we decided to stay in at the hotel. The bartender, Sebastian, stopped serving is after we each had 3 drinks and said we were 'too intoxicated.' We had 3 drinks over 2 hours and were not leaving the hotel.
