We ate here every day for breakfast. The service was great every time and the food was delicious. They make a wonderful oat latte that was so good even without any flavored syrups.

Stopped in during the Nike Volleyball tournament across the street for a quick lunch at the Omni hotel. I found Kestra right at the lobby and sat the bar where one of the happiest people on the planet helped us: Jia. She made our day with her humor and smiles. Now, on to the food, the salmon was super delicious. I even asked Jia to get me the trick on how they got the skin so crispy (and she did!) The meze and the red lentil soup were also incredible. I highly recommend this place. And make sure you ask for Jia!

This restaurant is located inside of the Omni hotel in Seaport. We got free breakfast here every morning and it was mediocre. The weekend breakfast was ok; the usual suspects: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages ... nothing special. We ordered from the a la carte menu and that seemed better. Avocado toast was surprisingly good as well as the pancakes. Everything else on the menu is the same as the buffet. Service was subpar. Only because the staff was on strike and an interim staff was running the show. You could tell they didn't care. They were slapping silverware and plates down like it was their house. Once the regular staff came back, it was pretty good. The ambiance was really nice, as you would expect from a high end hotel restaurant. Overall, I'd skip and try something new. We got free daily breakfast so only reason why we got it every morning.

This place had me at French Toast! Executive summary: Service:5/5 Seating:3/4 - made for conference attendees on one side, there's a small section for patrons that want table service. This place is not conducive for large groups. Drink menu: 5/5 - OJ was fresh, they have the standard breakfast drinks. Flavor: 5/5 Come back again:5/5 I came here for the annual PEGS conference at the Boston convention center. There are two separate sections in the restaurant. A section for a the buffet menu if you're short on time. Then a separate section if you want to be served. The table service was very attentive. The portions are big here! I had the French toast it was fresh, not overcooked and delicious! I could not finish it and took the rest to go. I also had the steel cut oats, it was sweet, just like life! I ordered the fruit bowl, fresh and enough for two adults. Coffee was delicious and they have almond milk for non dairy patrons. My dinner experience was 5-star, I'll come back to this place and to start the day with a tasty breakfast and start the day off right. I do wish there was more seating in the table service area. I recommend getting here early it gets crowded!

Breakfast at Kestra is great! The ambience is cozy and calming. Service is top notch. Jacob (seems to be a manager?) is incredibly friendly and attentive. I had an omelet on one day and the crunchy French toast on another day. Both were delicious, and served as large portion sizes with thoughtful (free) sides. Please note this is a hotel restaurant so expect high hotel pricing. Although I did not sit down to eat in the evening, I saw live jazz artists performing in the evening and a small bites menu being served at that time. It looked like fun!

This is a hotel restaurant. So you will be paying higher prices for food and drinks. Luckily, the iced latte I got from here was tasty. My friend and I came here for breakfast and the food was also tasty. I had the egg sandwich with ham and cheese. My side was the breakfast potatoes. I highly recommend both. My friend got the pancakes which looked scrumptious!! We had a table in the back with comfortable chairs and a good size table.

If you're staying at the Omni or across the road at the convention center, get here early for lunch. Food: My husband tried the fish stew (which he gave the thumbs up to) and I had the mezze platter. I was impressed with the combination of flavors and the presentation of both dishes. Not cheap, but totally worth it. Service: Vincent was lovely. He had everything down to an art and had no problem looking after the rush of people that kept coming in waves from the convention center. Ambiance: Classy, calm, and collected - even with the surge of people arriving to try and be seated. Kestra's dining area isn't very large in size, but it's cozy and intimate, even with it being so close to the front lobby of the hotel. We had no choice but to sit at the bar as all the tables were full, but I'm glad we did as Vincent took good care of us. A solid 5/5, would definitely come back.

Another great restaurant in the Omni hotel at Seaport! Very cozy ambience with the fireplace and Christmas tree and decorations. Elegant decor with shelves with books and art on either side of the fireplace gives it a living room vibe. The bar area also has cool artwork on the wall. Place was fairly empty due to the fact that it's Christmas Eve and also we got here close to closing time after a morning filled with strolling about Snowport in the cold temps in the teens (brrr) and then touring the ICA. So it was nice to come inside to this warm inviting place. We also got the best table right by the fireplace!! The menu had lots of interesting items and it was tough to decide but I ordered the chicken thigh kabob which came with a saffron rice with raisins, a white sauce, and a delicious side salad with cucumbers, grape tomatoes, onions, olives and mint. Very Mediterranean!! All flavors melded well together. The chicken was cooked really nice, with slightly crispy skin and the sauce and rice and salad went great with it. Really enjoyed it. It wasn't a huge portion but I was satisfied and also had some for leftovers (yummy)! The hubs ordered the Kestra burger and he really enjoyed it. The bun had a harissa aioli spread on it and burger had sweet pickle chips, a creamy feta sauce, all of which enhanced the flavor and texture of the meat. Best of all, the fries were amazing! Hot crispy in the outside soft on the inside just how fries should be. The hubs loved it and said "all the restaurants in this hotel know how to do fries right" !! And I agree!! I usually stay away from fries and may only have one or two but with these, I couldn't stop eating them! Service was great. The lone waiter Bill was quite friendly, seemed to know the menu well, offered a few recommendations, and had detailed knowledge of the dishes down to the sauces! Very impressive. Service was quick and he also complied to our request for pictures when the food arrived. He had to leave at the end of his shift and the bartender took over and he was great too. Brought us boxes for our leftovers before we even asked! Overall great experience! Highly recommend!

Great lunch spot. thoroughly enjoyed location, nice view, relaxing beautiful breeze. Food was EXCELLENT 4 people and we all enjoyed meal. Sangria was yummmm Lobster rolls excellent, spicy tuna bowl superb, lobster louie salad delicious can't go wrong with any of these. Pricey, but still enjoyed!!!

Ordered salmon with broccolini and mashed potatoes & lobster pasta. The salmon was fresh and tasted great. The lobster was way too cheesy and pasta skin was not cooked all the way. Also very few pieces of lobster. About 4 pieces total. It was still very al dente which I didn't like at all. It does take about 20-30mins for the order to be ready so give yourself some time when ordering.

Crunchy French Toast with a side of Crispy Potatoes

I recently had breakfast here after staying at the Omni Hotel. The space is very open with plenty of seating. The menu was limited, but offered plenty of good options. I decided to go with the Crunchy French Toast with a side of Crispy Potatoes. I loved the French toast - the combination of the peanut butter syrup and bananas was perfect, and the bread was crunchy on the outside, while fluffy inside. I actually finished all of the french toast, that I ended up just taking the potatoes home. If I stay at the Omni again, I'll definitely be back for breakfast!

We tried 4 different types and every single one tasted super fresh, clean, and just really high quality. You can tell they know what they're doing here, even the way they shuck it is nice and clean, no shell pieces or anything. Their menu actually has like 10+ kinds of oysters, highly selective and premium. I really wish we had more time (and stomach space) to try more. But we already had like 3 dinners planned that night lol so this was more like a "stop by and eat as much oysters as possible" situation. Honestly I'm pretty sure the other food here is just as good, based on what I saw on other tables. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Boston.

(I'm certain the staff are aware that many of their diners express shock, once the price is disclosed...) Many folks simply make an assumption or a guesstimate, as to the price, when they see 'MP' on a menu, and this is usually based upon their prior experiences, ordering such a menu item. So, for example, I was thinking the lobster roll might be in the $40-45 range. So imagine my utter shock, when we received the bill, to see a charge for $69?? I have never in my life had such an expensive lobster roll. Yes, it was delicious, and the housemade potato chips were also great. The slaw was also good (though it was a very tiny amount...I would have liked more). But boy, did that price shock me. I would normally never have voluntarily ordered a $69 lobster roll. It simply never would have occurred to me, that a place would ever charge that much....

This is when we found Lincoln Tower Tavern. When we arrived, it was a moody atmosphere that we both were drawn to--high ceilings, brick walls, and dark brown accents. Since it was our first visit, we were excited to learn that Tuesdays feature $1 oysters. We ordered half a dozen and tried all three oyster varieties available. Each had a standalone flavor which I liked. It was also plated nicely for a quick photo op. For my drink I ordered the perfect pear; it had different flavors than what I'm used to, but in a good way. My boyfriend chose the Meat Pie and I ordered the Chicken Fettucine Fricassee. The waitress said these dishes would take half an hour to prepare (which it did not), so we ordered a side caesar to start off with because we were starving, it worked out because it was awesome. When the dishes arrived, the meat pie was a huge hit. I even tried the mashed potatoes and they were delicious. As for my dish, it just wasn't for me. I do want to state that it was prepared well and creative, the flavors just did not mesh with my palette well. It really tasted like turkey and gravy to me for some reason. It was a fine dish, just wouldn't order it again. Overall we had a great experience at this tavern as we really like the oysters, the drinks, the salad and my boyfriend did like his meat pie. The ingredients were also super fresh. That being said, I would try it again. They seem to be known for their wood fired pizzas, most tables were ordering them. Unfortunately we weren't craving pizza that night, but next time this is what I would order. Overall Lincoln Tavern has my vote, I just would order another entrée dish. The course began with the charred octopus appetizer, which was easily one of the highlights of the night. The octopus had a beautifully crispy, charred exterior while remaining soft and juicy inside. It was coated in an aromatic, slightly sweet glaze that reminded me of balsamic, adding depth without overpowering the dish. The daikon brought a subtle sweetness with hints of soy and sugar that balanced everything nicely. The greens were slightly dry and a bit overcooked, but still a pleasant addition overall. Generous portion and very well executed. I also got to try the smoked fish croquettes which were another standout. Shaped almost like crispy potato balls, they had the perfect crunch on the outside and a creamy, soft filling inside. The fish flavor was light and delicate, not overly "fishy", making them incredibly enjoyable and well-balanced. For wine, I had an Austrian Grüner selection that was sweet and crisp, yet smooth. It paired beautifully with the octopus, enhancing the glaze and balancing the char. I had to get another glass of this after my entire meal. The prosciutto-wrapped cod was visually stunning - vibrant, colorful, and thoughtfully plated with fingerling potatoes, slices of chorizo, and a bright orange confit beneath the fish. While the presentation and portion size were great, this entrée fell a bit short in flavor. The cod itself was tender and juicy, but it needed some seasoning. The prosciutto created a slightly dry crust, and a steak knife was necessary to cut through it comfortably. The confit and vegetables leaned a little too tangy and overpowered the dish. I found the fingerlings ame chorizo to be slightly over-salted, and while the chorizo had good flavor, I felt that there were too many overpowering flavors coming through. Overall, this wasn't my favorite dish of the night, though the wine paired with it was excellent. Dessert completely redeemed the experience. The mascarpone berry cake was sweet, spongy, and moist with a warm center. It was topped with a citrusy vanilla whipped cream and fresh strawberries, which added brightness and balance. Absolutely delicious. The Moscato-like dessert wine - lightly bubbly, fruity, soft, and sweet - paired perfectly and elevated the cake even more. Overall, Provisions shines in its appetizers, wine pairings, and exceptional service (thank you, Katie!). While the cod entrée didn't quite meet my expectations, the experience as a whole was enjoyable and thoughtfully curated. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you appreciate well-executed small plates and expertly paired wines!
