The corn hojicha is what I liked the most out of everything I've tried. Finally, service is average to above average. The person behind the register is usually a disinterested teenagers or 20-something employee but an older guy in the back, presumably a manager, tries hard to accommodate customer requests. So hats off to him.

I placed my order at 12:27 PM, but the kiosk failed to print a receipt, so I had to request one from the front counter. After sitting down, I noticed several customers receiving their food--even those who ordered after me. By 12:53 PM, my order number still hadn't appeared on the screen. I approached the counter, where multiple customers were already expressing frustration with the service. When I asked about my order, the employee named Gabby snatched the receipt from my hand without a word. Several nearby customers even commented on how rude that was. Gabby then walked to the kitchen and said in Spanish, "I need four chicken strips please," which made it clear my order hadn't even been started. After waiting another four minutes, I had no choice but to cancel--I was on my lunch break and couldn't afford to wait any longer. This experience was unacceptable: 26 minutes for a simple order that hadn't even been initiated, paired with dismissive and disrespectful customer service. I hope management addresses both the operational delays and the need for basic courtesy toward paying customers.

I am very disappointed on the customer service that was provided at this establishment. This lady working on (7/14/17) at around 7:40pm was extremely rude while working on the cash register. She didn't greet us at all and didn't say a word until the very end and the whole time she seemed very bothered like she was forced to be there. I later overheard her talking to her male coworker because my girlfriend said she had a "very good attitude"sarcastically and the lady working called my girlfriend a bitch. First off it's not my fault you're 30 something cutting up chicken for other people but that doesn't give you the right to be a complete asshole. I will not me coming here anymore and i will be contacting the manager about this incident. read more

I love Waba grill, the food is great, fast and healthy, but the customer service here is less than desirable. I had to call corporate to get an issue resolved (which they did immediately) and I shouldn't have to do that. There is never a manager present or available for call back. They would not even give me the store manager's name because they are "not authorized to give that info out" and then I was hung up on. Corporate and I found that very interesting. I will be visiting Waba again very soon, but not this location. read more
