Went here on Dec. 1st. At 6:00. The sales girl at the register was not very good at her job. First I walk in with my son, get to register and I tell my son go ahead and order, so he does, then she said that will be $ 9 something, then I said I would like to order too. So she took my order then gave me the total again, and I said we would like drinks too, so she gives me the total again and asked for here or to go, I said for here. My girlfriend went in to pick up an online order. She told me the kid working the register (7/10/20 12:00pm) was rude to her. She also asked for sauce for three bowls and she said he was rude and when she looked in the bag he only gave her one. Then they also forgot her miso soup. We're on our way to work so we decided not to go back. She then starts eating her dumplings and finds a hair. She calls to report it and ask for a refund and the girl who answers was very rude and only offered to refund for the dumplings cause we really want to go through all of our food looking for hair. Com'on every review on this Yelp are all bad, the people you have running the place are more concerned on going on their break and talking about who's going when right in the middle of my order, and because of that I got all bowls i of 2 plates and 1 bowl. Then the girl that was supposed to be cooking my meal started making herself dumplings first, when the guy ask what are you doing she said making these for me for when I go on my break!! I asked for sauce and she only gave me 2 and I had 3 orders!!! While me and my so we're waiting for my food the place stunk like rotten sewage and the floor had paper and sauce all stick not to mention the fountain drinks were broken!!!! This used to be a go-to place to eat, but DAMN! I did not expect this store to lose itself. The meat is just bland and rubbery. The only thing that gave this food flavor is the Waba sauce. I have ordered the chicken bowl and trust me, it did not taste like it. And the broccoli is not fresh as it is wilting and looks dry. I have been employed with WaBa Grill since December. Since my first day at work I should have known by the way the MANGER Patrica spoke about employees that the work place was not professional nor a place for anyone to work and be treated fair. She only gave coworkers who are now fired one hour to work to make them quit as she specifically told me herself. However in the beginning because she liked me she was giving me hours. I began to speak up regarding not being allowed to go on breaks, because it was only me and one other lady. Whenever I did ask for my break I would have to get off my break just to help a customer.  I understand that my spanish is not so great but I do understand it, so coming into work and having my own manager talk about me with other coworkers is unprofessional. I told the boss Jeet who hired me about it and she completely shut me down and would just say I was wrong. I am a great worker. I work hard.  After I started speaking up I started getting my hours cut. Since February I have been getting ignored by my boss  and manager. I have not been told I am fired or have any texts or responses from the boss or manger at WaBa. I have not received my last check and every Thursday we get our schedule and it's been a week since I received a schedule.  I was only 17 and was getting scheduled to close and open the store all BY MYSELF with NOOOO training at all.  I am still employed with this company so I need to hear from someone to know what's going on. I don't know why I'm being ignored if I'm fired. I recommend not working or even going to this WaBa Grill. The worst job experience ever has literally made me feel so overwhelmed I cry and depressed. Negative stars. read more

Racist black guy at the register, ive been to this place 5 times, the first time the guy at the register asked how he could help, I told him I was picking up an order, he said ok, went back to playing with the register, 10+minutes later I went to check why the 1 plate was taking so long, turns out he flat out ignored me and just pretend to help me, he never printed the receipt for the order to be made or told anyone the order was being picked up. The next 2 times I stood there for 5 minutes he never address me, just played with the register then went and hid to the back, the cook had to come help me. One star is still to much of a start for night shift! Had to wait 30 min for my food to be ready. Apparently the chicken was grilling. Cashier said it would be a 15 min wait. A great alternative to Flame Broiler. Still wish these guys had sriracha. No worries. I brought my own! They also offer avocado now, a nice touch. This place is so unorganized! We come here at least 3 times a week and it seems the service is getting worse. I just came from there right now and waited 20 minutes for 1 bowl and when I decided to asked how much longer because I seen and heard them just standing there discussing their work schedule with each other the bowl had been sitting on the counter and the guy said oh well it's still warm. Our first visit & we were a bit disappointed in the food. We both ordered plates & neither got a cup of fruit as shown, just a single slice of orange. Salmon was good with the brown rice. Found one piece of chewy meat in the steak plate, oh & if they ask if you want avocado they aren't being polite, it's extra! Missed that somehow...Biggest issue was the sun! It's the desert...buy blinds or shades! The sun was horrible shining in & off the tables as well as beating on us as we ate. It's 7:30 PM, I shouldn't need sunglasses inside!
