I was excited for this location to open because it's so close to my house but honestly They were better when they first opened then they are now. Every time I go I have to wait even though I've already placed the order online in advance and it shows that my order is ready on the screen when you enter. It's a 50/50 chance if the staff is nice or not. This last time they gave me someone else's order. I tried to get in touch with customer support on the issue but never heard anything back. The time before that my wings were extremely small and hard. It felt like they were recooked. I rather just go to a different location. read more

Service is always great here. We always order online and our order is normally ready when we get there. If not, it's ready within a few minutes. The employees are great, really helpful, respectful and polite. Wings are always always I've never ate in before but every time I walk in, it's always clean. The employees are hard at work and always have a good attitude. The manager Andrew and Shy helped me out today. I made a terrible mistake on my order. Shy was kind enough to see if there was anything they could do and Andrew came to the rescue. Reasons I will never go into Wing Stop ever again (and I should note that the actual wings were very, very good). 1) They insult me in every way. When I went to pay they said "Oh, we don't take cash, this is a cashless restaurant"...Do they know this is a 'Cash is King' America? 2) I ordered 8 wings "Oh, we don't sell them in 8's" so I said, Okay give me 12 then..."Oh, we don't sell them by the dozen" (like everywhere in the world?) ..."we sell them in 5's...5, 10, 15, 20..." Incredibly stupid business model. Sell the customer what he wants, not what YOU want to sell him! Okay...give me 10...I'll...have to work with that...(buy why?) 3) They said "do you want the combo, with fries and a soft drink?" No, I just want the wings...bone-in please. And some ranch...."Oh, the ranch is ALMOST $2!"...neverminded the ranch... 4) "That'll be almost all of a $20 bill, but no cash"...WHAT? $2.00 a wing... 5) But you're running an add on TV that says like...cut me off "That's for boneless wings"...(oh, the chicken parts that are glued together? I was so happy to have the new Wingstop on Amethyst nearby. The first few times the wings were good. They tend to be a little dry, so I ask that they make the Original Hot, and the Lemon Pepper wings wet". The blonde female who bagged them, she may have been the cook, I don't know, assured me they were prepared as I had asked. I got home... opened the container, the wings were overcooked, and very dry. I ended up tossing most of them in the trash. I was quite disappointed, especially after the employee said they were made "wet". I don't think I will patronize this location again. Do not visit this location Ever! Service is crap the food is horrible and they don't know how to count. Paid 50 bucks and got shorted wings. The wings we did get were like rolled up dough so small there was no room for chicken. I called to tell them and they said well I guess you can get the missing pieces... acted like I was lying ‍. I recently went to this location in Victorville. I can honestly say I got the best service. I'm pretty picky and I request things made a certain way. The service was great! Service was pretty decent and the food is pretty great. My only problems were that the lobby was extremely dirty allowing a homeless person the chance to come in and look at a couple bags.
