Worker did not know his menu did not know the combo I wanted comes with rice, looked clueless, and definitely mentally slow

i say star 0! I visited this location this evening on my way to work and ordered food and a small Thai Tea without ICE. My food arrived very quickly, however there seem to be an issue with the drink, after what seemed to be close to 10 minutes later they brought me my drink half filled with a note ( see picture) I did try to clarify why and since I have been to this location previously and often to other locations without a problem I was quite frustrated. I am also Deaf and they did not seem to try to resolve my issue, Then she said Hello this is a message for Deaf. This is regarding an incident report you have submitted. The incident was reported because of a drink you ordered. I do apologize for the inconvenience of the order. I have an understanding that the note was written out for a better communication with the worker & yourself. I apologize they didn't have a better way of explaining , with the Thai tea there is a specific way we are required to do with exact measurements. Unfortunately the measurements are required for an accurate taste. With or without ice all drinks should have the exact same amount of liquid added to them. We apologize for the inconvenience. Food is always yummy and quick pick up for those hour lunches at work. The team and service is solid as they're open to changes on order and special requests. I love grabbing a bottle of their WaBa sauce to go. Parking is okay and if you order on the app it'll be easier when you arrive. I've never sat and ate here but the place looks clean and nice. The rice has a texture and a weird look,when you taste it is actually not what you where expecting.

The girls here working drive through give top notch customer service. I came here two days in a row and they were just super nice and accommodating. my husband is receiving chemo at Loma Linda hospital and has been craving Waba grill so I extra appreciate their kindness. This was the worst experience at a Waba Grill ever. First they missed up my order. Typically I checked, but not tonight because I was tired. Got home and no avocado which I paid for and no green onions and ice was in the drinks although I asked for no ice. Probably not a big deal to most people but to come back to the store and basic be told I was lying is not professional. When u returned to the Waba Grill they told me " he said he put the avocado on it" and asked for my receipt. I gave him my receipt and then he asked for my food. It never occurred to me to return the food, I was only asking for what I paid for and basically be accused of lying is totally unprofessional. I will also be writing to the company as well on the app. Please do better a d treat your customers with more courtesy. read more

Plantspired steak plate never fails! It's my first time at this location. They are so fast. The only downside is that the condiments aren't out to grab yourself. Usually all others I have been to always have the sauces out and they give green onion packets. But the food was pretty great. read more

They charged me for a value meal chicken bowl with dumplings and a regular chicken bowl with white rice, onions and avocado. I was expecting for once for them to get my meal right but once again my bowl was wrong neither of the bowls had onions and my bowl did not have avocado! This has happen several times! 1st time on the store. It stinks like sewer. They r saying it's a complex problem but it only smells INSIDE the store. They have No white rice and No Carrots. Maybe I shouldn't have ordered and just left to find another location. The girl continued to tell me the huge orders they receive through out the day. Called this location on Friday, April 23, at 1030 in the morning to place a large pick up order. A gentlemen answered, a simple hi, he did not identify the restaurant. I actually asked if I had called the correct business, because no identification of the business (ie, Waba Grill, hello) was given. I thought maybe I dialed the incorrect number. When I asked if this was Waba Grill he said it was, and I proceeded to place a large order. He said, the restaurant was closed and to call back at 11am. I guess that's fair. Twenty nine minutes later I called back at 1059 (my time) and the same gentlemen answered, this time identifying the restaurant. I asked again to place a large pick up order and he stated the restaurant was closed. I told him to watch showed a time of 1059 and he stated his watch showed a time of 1056 and I would have to call back in four minutes to place the order. Apparently 240 seconds makes the difference. Although this is the closest Waba Grill to my employer, this is not the Waba Grill I will be taking me business to. Poor customer service. read more

I love Waba Grill, super delicious. Very reasonably priced. I enjoy it mostly during my lunch hour, but really anytime of the day is good for Waba. Usually I get the Waba bowl with white rice. The steak and chicken are super good together when smothered in Waba sauce. This location is super convenient right off the freeway. & you can get right back and back on the road. Chris the manager was very nice and helpful and even made a few recommendations on what to try. Adding avacado to anything makes it delicious, especially chicken , shrimp or steak I highly recommend this location to anyone who drives and travels this area. Great customer service, friendly staff and overall great experience. read more

Plenty of parking during Covid and my first time to WaBa! It was great! There's a good salad in the plates and a piece of fresh orange. And the meat is juicy and the tastes fresh! I'd go back and explore the menu some more when I get the chance! Their pricing is decent and their service is friendly and clear. Anyone looking for a WaBa grill styled bowl go to DONUT STAR up the street. Amazing food AND they have donuts smoothies and boba. :) Although their extras can be a little pricey ( .50c for extra sauce, onion etc) they are very quick and authentic. This location is on Waterman and Redlands BLVD only about 3 minutes away from WaBa grill. I've been unimpressed by WaBa grills prices, service and quality of food. I won't be returning. read more

I had a bad experience with this wanna grill .... I ordered extra chicken and extra veggies with brown rice didn't receive anything paid $18 dollars. I then notified corporate and let them know of how disappointed I was in the customer service and me paying for extra stuff and not receive it was very disheartening. Every time I come here there's an issue. Employees are rude every time. Went through drive thru asked for extra green onions, a side of jalepeños and Louisiana sauce, this lady barely spoke English, and was rushing me to leave. By the time I got home to check the bag, nothing that I asked for was given to me. If it weren't for the 6 cars behind me I would've have opened the knotted bag to make sure the stuff was there. Ok, I tried! But three times is not a charm at this location. First time, salmon was not fresh. Second time, the dark meat chicken was slimy.
