This was actually my second time ordering the same meal, and both times the steak was not cooked to the temperature I requested. On the positive side, the restaurant was clean and properly staffed. My server checked on me several times and made sure my drink was refilled, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a good dining experience with friendly and attentive service. I just hope the kitchen can improve on cooking steaks to the requested temperature, because everything else was enjoyable.
