This only has one jalapeño, split in half filled, for 6.99 which I feel is more on the steep side for just one. They have fusion tacos, which I decided to try because I love signature items. I chose the beef, and they have chicken also or you can do half and half. Cucumbers, onion, and cilantro, teriyaki sauce and hot sauce, 4 to an order for 12.99. They are definitely worth it. But they didn't have the sesame seed garnish topping like I saw on prior photos. The drinks aren't on the menu but you can ask what they have. Customer service was great and food was fresh. And the drive thru is my favorite.

At that point, I was completely frustrated and asked for a refund. The employee working the drive-thru apparently did not know how to process the refund. She stated Margaret, who I assume may be the manager, was not answering her phone, so she had to call Johnny at home to walk her through the refund process over the phone and was unsuccessful. The whole situation was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. What made the experience even worse was what I observed while waiting. Employees were wearing gloves while preparing food, but I saw them touching other items, touching their clothing, and handling trash bags without changing their gloves before continuing with food-related tasks. That was extremely concerning from a cleanliness and food-handling standpoint. Between the excessive wait, poor organization, lack of available management, difficulty getting a simple refund, and what I personally observed regarding glove use and food handling, this was a terrible experience from beginning to end. I will NEVER return to this Popeyes location, and I definitely would not recommend it.

So. Normally don't venture out to fast food so out of my way but I was in the area and heard about the franchise so decided to give it a throw. First thing is first. The faces that greet you had a plenty of smile. It was around 7 o'clock on Thursday and an Asian guy who greeted the guests had a plenty of positive energy in spite of the rush at the time. Upon being recommended a daily special i took the offer and got the plate deal that included a drink. The restaurant btw had complete open access to the kitchen which was nice (no funny business hidden). The combo plate came out in 5 minutes and was visually pleasing as it was delicious. Simple set up and brilliant result! Love the fact I got a follow up about the food by the same guy whom I'm assuming to be the owner in a fast restaurant. All in all, must admit that it exceeded my expectation. May not return to this location but definitely will be looking for a spot nearby my house! :) read more

As a full time worker around the area constantly venturing for quick lunch to grab for my short lunch break, i had to try this place out. At first sight, this place was really crowded which tells me the food must be good, but skeptical at the same time if i would get my food on time for my short break. The place was really neat with modern interior design and very friendly employees. Despite the fact that they were super busy, cashiers and especially the manager named Brandon, kindly gave me a quick review on their menu with positive manner. What surprised me was their chicken was so fresh with right amount of moist because most fast food teriyaki places cook their meat in advance for faster service sacrificing juicy-ness. Now i have one less problem in my life trying to battle myself deciding what to eat. This is my new favorite spot. read more
