Mizuna, or Japanese mustard greens, is a bit of an elevated and rare ingredient that's on these bowls that might not be on some other "Asian-Inspired" bowls elsewhere. I think the chicken katsu is genuinely really good, too. Nice and crispy. Only thing I would say about this location is it's in kind of a hectic upscale mall, so if you're getting pickup or having it delivered by a driver, it might be a tiny bit stressful, but that has to do more with the overall popularity of this location and the surrounding mall than it does about the experience itself. They have some really good vegan options with a lot of flavor. A lot of these bowl places tend to just slap falafel on some rice and call it a day, but their falafel bowl has a lot of really good, flavorful options like pickled cucumbers, roasted peppers, a sherry vinaigrette, harissa sauce... there's just so much. I ordered the Chipotle BBQ Chicken Salad, which has easily become one of my favorites! Everything tasted fresh and delicious. I also ordered the mashed potatoes with gravy they came out perfectly hot and definitely hit the spot. And the Watermelon Agua Fresca was hands down the best drink to go with everything! Overall, I'm really happy I decided to come back and give this location another chance. It has nothing to do with my rating or my meal, but watching a family at the table next to us trying to eat mu shu pork and not knowing how to eat a simple age old dish like that was somewhat frightening or amusing or both. However, the chicken souvlaki was very disappointingly bland. I didn't like it at all and probably won't get it again. I also thought the baklava was kinda meh. It's a big piece, so the value is there, but I didn't taste the nuttiness as much as I expected.
