Delicious dinner treat-- ribeye steak with veggies rice bowl (carrots, broccoli), sweet Ube Cheese Royale. Excellent purposeful service by Marvin & Richard. They deserve new year pay raise ;) Relaxing ambience, ideal spot for study work with tables & chairs. God bless! ;)

WAba never lets me down. Been coming to this location for years and years since it opened. Their protein is so good, prices have gone up but that's due to higher costs in foods and inflation. Very tasty and good service, if it's not busy maybe 6-7 minutes for food, obviously during lunch hour it's longer. Parking sucks in the plaza because of other businesses. Ultimately it's a treat and great

Waba grill $5 happy hour promotion in waba grill app

Stopped by to grab a late lunch early dinner today around 4PM and noticed that the location was advertising a $5 happy hour deal (Mon - Fri 3PM - Close) for a 5pc dumplings and premium beverage combo. As I placed my order for two rice bowls, I also asked the cashier if she could add the happy hour deal since it was after 3PM, she proceeded to state that she couldn't add the deal because it wasn't starting until next month which is strange because the entire location had signage advertising the deal and there wasn't any specified dates for when the promotion would be running. I told the cashier that they should probably take the ads down if they didn't plan on following through with it or at least specify the dates the promotion would be running. She asked if I could wait a second while she asked the owner if she could apply the promo to my order and proceeded to text them, but didn't receive a response while I was there. She said she would attempt to add the promo and pulled out what seemed to be instructions on how to apply the promotion and said that it wasn't working. I paid for the bowls because I was parked in a 30 minute spot and didn't want to make the person behind wait longer to place their order, but honestly it seems like this location lacks knowledge of their own promotions. As I'm typing this the business icon for this specific location is the $5 happy hour promotion and the promotion is also being advertised on the waba grill app. If you plan on going for this specific promotion or any waba grill promotion in general, I recommend going to a different location because even with the promotion being plastered all over the store, the employee still wasn't aware of how to apply it or the details of it. I think this location would benefit from training their employees better to enhance the customers experience. The seating area looked clean, but I also didn't actually eat there so I can't speak much on the cleanliness of this location. The food was 2/5 stars as well, the chicken was dry and tasted more like fish and the steak was a bit burnt. I personally do not think I'll be returning to this specific waba grill location.

First time to this Waba grill. Apparently, they are under new ownership. Very friendly staff and I love the new fake (plant) steak! If I didn't know better, my wife family and I would have thought that we were eating REAL meat. The taste was incredible! We also ate the spicy chicken and dumplings- tried every sauce - couldn't really figure out which one I liked better. All great tasting. Rice was fresh- perfect! Everything was super clean- restaurant and bathroom. My whole family enjoyed their meal, and we will definitely be back!

I've been a loyal customer to waba grill for years. Not sure if it's just this location but I ordered a steak bowl with avacado and they gave me barely any meat! I basically just bought the most expensive bowl of rice. I even expressed to the workers that there was barely any meat and they kinda just shrugged their shoulders and told me that's the serving. I've never been so unsatisfied and felt so ignored after paying close to $30.

So good! Waba is simple, quick, and delicious. I got the half chicken half steak veggie and rice bowl, I think I preferred the steak side this time. When in doubt get both right? 10/10 scrumptious :)

I didn't see any ADA parking at all. We were happy with what we got. Pork belly with umami gravy bowl and added 4 pc "eggroll" aka lumpia. It was really 2 lumpia cut in half. I probably should have ordered a full side but it was a perfect amount. Lumpia was super crispy on the outside. Very flavorful without being overly garlicky or seasoned. Came with sweet chili sauce. Chicken longanisa. It said ground chicken so I was expecting crumbled meat. It was formed into a patty. Very tender and delicious. Also served on rice with egg over easy, scallions and pickled vegetable. Since it was our first time here I got the two bun combo with pork belly and angus burger. Pork belly had a little kick in the sauce. The bao bun was a nice compliment so it wasn't too spicy. 2 slices of cucumber also in the bun to help cut the spice. The angus burger had a creamy mayo sauce with sautéed mushrooms and half cooked onions. Not what I expected but definitely would get again. The side of fries were thin, crispy and very well seasoned. There's not a lot of counter service. You order at a machine. I had to wait because I wanted a printed receipt. As far as I could see, only 2 people working. They brought our food to the table and that guy was very nice and cordial as we asked for a few more things. No one was eating there. Saw about 3 people order take out. Plenty of tables and a picnic table for seating. I definitely loved the wall decor and the clock was my favorite! They had Chinese, Korean and Japanese on the wall. I didn't see any Tagalog where I was sitting but I think that's the main Asian influence.

We decided on Oi Asian which had great reviews, so why not. First off, let me say that there is plenty of parking, however, the parks are extremely narrow for some reason. It was a struggle to get in and out of the car due to the width of the parks smh. Anyway, once we got inside, there wasn't anyway at the register and after standing there for a while, I noticed the kiosk so unplaced my order there. There were only two cooks in the back. We placed our order and sat down. The place was clean but everything seemed like it was do it yourself. The boys were thirsty and there wasn't an option for water on the kiosk, so I called one of the cooks from the back to pay for a water and he rang me up. It was pretty rough in there. At one point I had to get up and grab my own fork by reaching over the counter. Once our food was ready, one of the cooks brought our food and I wasn't really feeling my meal, which was the dynamite crawfish bowl. I didn't like the sauce it came with. I just picked at the crawfish and left the rest. As for the boys meal, the fried chicken adobo bowl was REALLY good! I ended up eating theirs because my oldest son didn't like it, which was great for me lol. My youngest and I tore that bowl up. Anyway, the verdict is, I may search around for other options but I know that if I can't find anything else I can always grab a chicken adobo bowl but the service was pretty nonexistent. That chicken adobo bowl saved it. OOO 3 out of 5

The woman on the phone gave us an estimated wait time of 10 minutes. When we arrived, we quickly noticed how small the parking lot was. There were only two spots opened. I'm not sure what it would have looked like if we came during rush hour, but at least there was spots for us to park in. When we got inside it was pretty small with about 15 seats available for dine in. There was one other party there at the same time we were. Once we paid, we saw the fried shrimp coming from out of the kitchen, so we knew ours were almost ready since they just needed to wrap them up. This place was the definition of a local mom and pop business. Mom was running the cash register, and Pop was in the kitchen. They were two of the sweetest people. She even came out to the dining area to hand us our food, rather than screaming at us from behind the counter. We drove home (5 mins away), and I unpacked the food to find that each box was labeled. It probably wasn't necessary since we could very clearly see which was shrimp and which was bulgogi but I appreciated the small touches. My partner and I each had one half of the shrimp and one half of the bulgogi and it as unanimous that our favorite was the fried shrimp. They do include a sauce that has the slightest kick, but in my opinion it was the best kind of spicy where it isn't painful and it's actually quite pleasant, complimenting the fried shrimp very well. Overall - we are so glad we tried this little local spot. The fried shrimp ritto was so good, I want to try other items, but I know I'll be craving that fried shrimp ritto again.

I called in to order takeout of a fried chicken and bulgogi "ritto" for two. It was a fast, delicious lunch! A 'ritto is a "burrito" style wrap-- white rice with seasoned protein, kimchi, special mayo, + optional chili all wrapped in Korean seaweed. The burrito itself is a bit fragile since it's large and the seaweed is the nice thin kind, so it's nice to eat it with a fork over a plate/box so you don't miss any bites I like a seaweed wrap which is fewer carbs than a flour/corn tortilla. The white rice is fluffy and sticky (all good things). The special mayo did it for me. The lettuce (romaine?) was crispy and fresh. There's space to sit inside if you want to dine in, and parking is easy as there's a lot. Located at the corner of Saticoy and Winnetka. Price is comparable to other protein-packed sandwiches in the Valley. And I like supporting local businesses that make yummy food. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Parking is in the back and you can enter through the back door. Staff is so sweet and kind when they take the orders. I got the Kai Soi Noodle Soup because I loved it so much before, and I got a side of rangoon, a side of Roti, and a side of chicken Sa te. The Kai Soi Noodle Soup stayed hot for the drive back home and it is so delicious. I love how it's packed in a bowl with the soup on bottom and the noodles and veggies seperated at the top. The noodles taste incredibly fresh and just amazing. I loved eating the soft flaky roti on the side with the soup. I saved the rangoon and chicken sa te to eat for another meal and they were both delicious, however I felt the chicken was so thin so it was a little dry. Probably next time I should eat that immediately. Dipping it into the peanut sauce of course elevated it and it tasted very flavorful. Overall Dek Sen's is my favorite Thai food place in socal! I can't wait to try more from their menu soon!

When the meal came however unfortunately food was missing. I'm not sure if the restaurant itself forgot to give the items or not or if something was going on there. Six items didn't come in our order (two soups, two rice, and two lemonades) and when we reached out for a refund via Uber Eats they only refunded us a little over two dollars when we definitely paid much more. When we questioned why we weren't getting the amount we paid for refunded, we were met with closed conversations and "I understand that you wanted to receive at least something for the trouble that this order has caused to you but at this time we are not able to add any" and "We've reviewed your order and can confirm that you were issued a $2.68 credit." Maybe it's the delivery's fault but I still feel like how your food comes and the experience it causes is a reflection of the business selling the food. Unfortunately I can't in good conscience give a better review as the whole situation really just soured everything.

It's so easy to fill your bowl quick but I recommend to smash down the items as to fit more ;) Employees are quick and efficient! Located inside Westfield Topanga.
