Hey, it's wafflehouse what do you expect. Keep that same energy when going here. If you get to know the staff you may get better service especially if they now that you're a tipper. You may want to stick to the server that you've created a bond with for service. Sometimes you may want to clean your own table. But again, this is Wafflehouse so what do you expect. This place always messes up my hash browns. I ask for Hash Browns with cheese and onions, but they always forget something or add something, like chili & beans , or they'll just give me grits ‍. The waiters are nice and the food is what you'd expect (good enough). read more

The staff was really friendly and quick on welcoming when we walked in the door. We were in town for the day and decided to give this place a shot. Our experience with Waffle House in other places has always been kinda blah and "is what it is" type of joint, just a quick breakfast type place. This one was different. The cook was on a roll getting food out to the servers. The servers were friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. Even read my mind about getting a to-go sweet tea lol, before I even ask. They followed covid guidelines and had their restrictions but the environment was still inviting. Honestly the best food I have ever had at any Waffle House I have ever been too. The order was right when it got to us and was fairly quick for how busy their were at the time. They were lined up waiting on orders, so as soon as it was cooked, they were bringing it to the table. No waiting til it got cold or covered by germs from sitting around. I'm not use to a clean Waffle House, so this was new and appreciated for me. We travel a lot and try to find the local spots when we can. Obviously it was the go-to place in town because everyone seemed to know each other. Oh how I love to find the local spot lol. My Goodness!!! The waitress actually served a cup of coffee in a cup that was discustingly filthy. She had glasses on and still couldn't see the entire side of the cup was covered in something BLACK!!!! Then finally our waitress appears, I request a clean cup of coffee, with No apoligy, she returns with another cup. I tell her that I swipped the sugar from the table behind me because the one on my table looked as if it was dropped in someone's plate, or the trash can. She laughed and left it right there so I could be continusly discusted as I forced down the cup of coffees, we was going to have to pay for. $3.96 for a lesson well learned. Floor was FILTHY dirty which should have given me a clue but stayed anyway server was clueless and messed up the order and never cane back to ask how the meal was or if we needed anything she just dropped off the check and ran to where idk cuz the place wasn't busy at all.
