As I watched her bring out 2 orders of donuts to a table (10 mins apart) Donuts were not hot although we waited 20 mins. Not sure what took so long or why she didn't check at the 10 min mark -- how long does it take to drop 14 donuts. Suggest, giving a time for completion -- if I knew it would be 20 mins I would have passed. We only ordered donuts to go.

We have been bragging to some friends about this place for some time now and they wanted to give it a try. For me and the wifey I think this might have been our 4th here. Each of our meals were plentiful for the money. Each of us left full. As for service: our young lady was very attentive to us. She must have checked in on us 3-4 times. Because Keystone Grill sits inside the Truck and Tractor museum there is plenty of parking. The restaurant itself is just inside the museum on the left. Go straight to the Bob's Big Boy, then turn left. :) The vibes inside are great and you can look right into the museum from the restaurant. It's a great set-up. Booths line the windows and there is a long counter/bar for seating as well. When I put Keystone Grill into my GPS it said "Closing Soon" and that I'd arrive about 10 minutes before they closed (3:00pm). So I called ahead and got my hot dog and a side salad to go. I arrived at 2:47pm and was glad I had called. My order was hot and ready to go. I took it back outside to enjoy in the car. The hot dog was BIG and definitely loaded up with chili and cheese. Chili had really good flavor too. The side salad was a nice size and had fresh ingredients. This is a fun stop and I'd recommend it to others.

I looked up the history on Google because I was curious about how old this diner was. This little diner has been open since 1920 and in its current location since 1939. We were a little disappointed though, I do understand that this is a local restaurant and some things are harder to get and keep on the menu and keep in stock, especially if you don't want waste, but we initially tried to order corn cakes but they were out, then rolls but they were out, then went with biscuits. Then brother got the last pork chop plate. They have been out of pickle fries for "awhile now". If you aren't particularly picky about what you want to order, cool. I only particularly like cornbread/corncakes, so I was pretty bummed. The people are super friendly though, and a lot of locals seem to come by for their hotdogs (like, a LOT. For our entrees, my daughter ordered the Salmon and I ordered the Bone-In Ribeye. The Salmon was a bit dry and lacked some flavor but she enjoyed it. My Bone-In Ribeye was very good. It was cooked perfectly and the caramelized onions added great flavor. The Loaded Baked Potato was also great but I swear it was the biggest potato I've ever seen lol! Overall, we had a great experience. Our server was very nice and the food was good. As we were leaving, the floors were a bit slippery so I hope they fix that issue. The ribs fell off the bone, the ribeye was chargrilled and tender, the baked potato was well seasoned and hefty, and the green beans were flavorful and tasty. My mom's salmon tasted like I made it myself which is great because I'm always looking for dishes that taste like home when I don't feel like cooking. My only gripe: When did the rolls get so small?? They were mini rolls smaller than slider size. Still hot, buttery, and delicious, but so friggin' tiny.
