Customer service here was amazing! They greater everyone that walked through the door! Even though you know how Waffle House works it was nice to see how their organized chaos was in sync. Definitely liked that all cooks used gloves and changed them often.

Disclaimer: I'm from the West Coast trying Waffle House for the first time. This review goes towards the staff there. When I first came in, on a Saturday, there was a 15 person deep line. After waiting for two minutes I hear the shift leader yelling out and organizing up the line. Ms. Sugar has the bearing of a military First Sargent. She commands the place. Just observing her briefly she had the line organized and continued to make things moving. Her instructions were loud, clear, and polite. People were sat, orders place, food served, and people cashed out once they were done.....all in sufficient speeds. While she was organizing and helping get everyone moving along, the line cooks, manager, servers were all busy doing their own tasks. I sat next to where people picking up their orders. Ta, one of the workers went through everyone's order in front of them and packed them immaculately. He was professional, informative, and courteous to each person's order. Other servers were prepping the to go orders, some orders had like 6 meals in one order, and the line cooks and manager were hammering things out. Everything was running smooth and efficiently. It was a well oiled machine. While Ms. Sugar was keeping things moving along, she'd help out pouring the waffles on the irons, cleaning the counter, cashing out people, seeing what needed to be restocked. She's a great leader. Everyone else was busy bringing out food, busing the tables, and all working well. While I was eating, the staff cleared 2 surges of about 10 people each. The staff just worked it out like it was nothing. It goes to show how effective they are. Definite kudos and appreciation to them. The food. Oh man. This was everything what I was expecting. Their waffles. Hands down the best I've ever had. Ever. So light, fluffy, flavorful. It was perfect. If I didn't have to leave so soon, I'd eat 2 more. And the grits. Wow. Perfectly seasoned. Perfect as is. I can understand the hype now and I'm so appreciative of the experience. Demographics: Side note, I was the only Asian person in here. Which I'm fine with. I'm used to it and it doesn't bother me. But to those who feel intimidated of going in, this place is not a place to be intimidated of. I was treated well, treated politely and treated like another hungry customer. I definitely will be coming back to this Waffle House again or any for that matter. All in all, I had a great experience and I enjoyed and appreciated what all the staff is doing to keep this place amazing

I work at the airport on the weekends, so this location is between work and home so, 93% of my food is placed as to orders by phone. The other 7% is placed as to go orders at the counter. Usually there is no issue with getting someone on the phone, but sometimes they have an automated greeting on that says to call back later and that can stay on up to an hour, I went in one time and the phone was off the hook and when I brought it to their attention, they just smiled and placed the phone back on the hook. I can only think of one time that my food was wrong, I`d ordered a cheesburger and when I got there the lady told me they were outta buns and did I want my burger on Texas toast. I didn`t but took it anyway Normally not a wait when I call in, and to go food ordered at the to go counter is generally an average amount of time The staff seems to really work well together and the atmosphere is always lively

LOVE THE ENERGY!!! I have been to many Waffle House Restaurants over the years, but this one made me smile from the Moment I walked in. This was due to the very cheerful and singing Waffle House worker named Yolanda! I love her Spirit and her Energy! She did an outstanding job taking our To-Go Order and did so with pizazz! Waffle House Store #105 ROCKS!

5 star food but I had to knock off 2 stars and I'll tell you why. This is not the best WH I've ever been to, but the food was good nonetheless! I normally don't judge them based off of cleanliness, but I have to this time! This location is a hot mess! Food all over the floor, greasy tables, dirty condiments- JUST A MESS! I never expect five star service when I visit any WH. I understand that being a greasy restaurant is their standard, but come one now! Anyway- The staff were extremely friendly and quick. We placed our order as soon as we sat down, and were served in less than 10 minutes! Everything we had tasted amazing! The waffles, the eggs, bacon, grits- ALL GOOD! If you order Apple juice, they will give you 3 juice boxes FYI. The parking lot is another doozie. The homeless population in that area is high, so you will be approached & asked for change- which didn't bother me at all. There are thousands of other Waffle Houses in GA. Skip this one....

Around 5am I wanted breakfast. Due to COVID-19 a lot of 24/7 breakfast places is not allowing dinning in after a certain. We went to 3 different WH's. We arrived here and we were the last one they allowed to do to go before it was shutdown due to shift change. The cashier announced this location was out of all condiments and utensils ! Ok cool we have those at home, but sucks for anyone who was staying in a hotel or didn't. As always My WH meal is always a different price. I order the same exact thing.

Really chill Waffle House with good music and service. Food was great, and the take out service was helpful.

Came to this side of town for work and dropped in. I normally wouldn't post reviews for chain stores but I had to highly commend the staff that works here!! Everyone greeted me with a good morning and made me feel at home! Kudos to the Waffle House team here! Definitely made a difference in my day! Food was good too!!

He was so nice, knew the menu, made recommendations, and kept a check on me. I found that all the staff helped each other, if water got low, another staffer filled it, plates got empty, someone different may take them away. Everyone was really nice. Now let's get into the drinks and food.... Mimosa(peach) perfectly mixed. The gumbo was recommended and it was good, it had nice size shrimp. The calamari was really good also. For my entree, I had the Shrimp cescer salad, it was delicious... even after finishing it up later that evening because I was so full. I could and would recommend checking them out for sure.

The dining room can get loud if all the tables. Full bar / wine serving Cajun style with a "Atlantean" flair. Service: 5 stars Rarely do I give a 5 star rating for a server but our server was exceptional. He was polite, friendly, helpful and was very attentive. He mentioned some recommendations and as a foodie himself, he made a couple recommendations. Food: 4-4.4 stars Shrimp Po-Boy: 4 Stars for the Po-Boy due to amount of shrimp, though they were larger than normal. The shrimp was seasoned and lightly breaded. However, the bread was wonderful. Light, airy, flaky and had the right amount of crunch to it. The creole sauce was good but the Po-Boy needed some additional hot sauce. The perfectly cooked fries were AWESOME! Highly recommend to get a side if your entree doesn't come with it. Lightly salted with hint of other seasoning and herbs and had the right amount of chew and crunch to them. Also, I believe the oil they use was a better quality than normal. Blacken Mahi-Mahi- 5 Stars The grilled blackened fish has the perfect on of Creole seasoning and was topped with a house-made Chimichurri Sauce and possibly honey. Served with seasonally roasted root vegetables. My wife loved it so much the plate was practically cleaned! LOL! Dessert Beignet - 3.75 Stars By our server's recommendation we ordered a serving of 3 beignets w Pecan Praline Caramel sauce. The beignets were hot and fresh and had a "snowy" amount of powdered sugar. It was covered with goodness. When we bit into them, they were light, airy and had a bit of a chew to them. My wife likes them more than Cafe Du Monde but I thought the dough had more chewiness to them. The Praline sauce was ok. Also, the sauce is extra $3.50. NOTE: Do not order a carton of water - Cost $5. Wasn't worth it. Get regular water. If we were staying another day, we would definitely come back. I highly recommend the place. Also, the have another located situated in downtown Atlanta. But I suggest to stop by at the OG place in College Park. Small time atmosphere with great food! Enjoy!

Not the end of the world since I wasn't in a rush, but the online ordering communication needs work. The bigger issue was the food itself. I paid a $2 upcharge for chicken, which turned out to be extremely salty and overseasoned -- I needed a lot of water to get through it. The eggs were clearly microwaved, not fresh scrambled -- rubbery texture, uneven color, watery on top. For a $20 bowl (chicken, potatoes, a few peppers, and microwaved eggs), I expected better quality, especially on the eggs. Disappointing experience for the price. Won't be coming back here.
