I love stopping at Waffle House whenever I'm in the neighborhood. Since they don't have them where we live, it's nice to take a trip down memory lane. Ivy was our server and she was incredible! She did a great job and we were very happy to be sitting in her section. My wife had the cheeseburger and she liked it well enough. She said something tasted a little burnt and not quite like she remembered. But overall it was a pleasant experience for her. I got the All American breakfast. It was delicious! I'm a firm believer that if you've been to one Waffle House, you've been to them all -- and that's the beauty of WH! The consistency and the fact that it's a classic. The food will taste the exactly same (along with the restaurant's layout, service, and it being an overall well-oiled machine) anywhere you go in ANY of these United States. As for this location, there's only one Sierra and she's here being super helpful and attentive! Had an awesome breakfast here. I could not remember having ever eaten at a Waffle House. I decided to give it a go and wow the eggs were cooked absolutely perfectly over easy whites were cooked and yoke was running the hash browns were crisp. it was just a great breakfast you can't beat it. Ate here as a pass through going home. The service was awful. Our server (Monica) acted like she had an attitude when I asked her paper utensils and plastic cups. But I'm glad I did! Because then I saw a ROACH ON THE WALL. Oh no maam! We watched our food get cooked and the server waited until the last second to bring it to us, by the time we got it, it was cold. The coffee looked like brown water and the manager knew it! He made the comment, "I'm not drinking that brown water." He just let it sit up there!! I will have to give this Waffle House four stars Not only for our lovely and friendly waitress Robbie but for the delicious fresh tasting food but we got all that food for under $20.00 I would prefer not to eat white bread but omg it was like my childhood again ! This Waffle House was very clean including the restroom. I was very surprised at how good the food was. We had the big breakfast with a choice between ham, bacon or sausage. We both got bacon 3 strips cooked perfect. We also had a choice of grits or hash browns. Both were good and the eggs over easy were perfect. It's like your grandma just made you the best breakfast ever. The waffle was the thin version crispy outside and moist inside yum. Everything about this meal was not heathy so if you are calorie conscious don't eat here but if you are a hungry traveler and need gas and a bite to eat it's a great place to grab a quick bite take a pee and get gas in Conway. We had the BEST service at this location. Instantly greeted when we walked in and pointed to a clean booth. The location was clean and so were the bathrooms. Our waitress was amazing, wish we remembered her name! She was awesome at being mindful of our almost two year old! Drinks refilled without even having to ask! Wonderful service! read more

Two positives: room temp was comfortable and not a walk in freezer like the Hwy 65 store. 2.I was welcomed and asked for my drink order in a timely fashion. The end. My food was served cold or lukewarm. I ordered steak and eggs. Server asked me how I wanted my steak. Medium rare. I got COLD shoe leather over cooked. Two eggs over light COLD. Grits lukewarm. Hash browns COLD. I even watched them cooking someone else's hash browns that had cheese on it. The HBs weren't even hot enough to melt the slice of cheese they plopped on there LOL. Where did this guy learn to cook? He needs a refresher course. Oh and my waitress. I never saw her again. Never asked me how everything was because I would've told her. The lady at my hotel said this was the "nice" WH. I'd hate to see the other one... There were 8 people here when I walked in. 45 minutes later I'm waiting on 2 scrambled eggs and hash browns. 3 people who came in after me have already been served and finished their food. The guy in my left asked, seriously, 5 times for his Sprite. Don't come here. AS I SPEAK there are 2 waitresses. One is trying to put butter on the top part of a waffle maker, obviously with little success, while the other one is watching. Kill me now. Great place to stop for a quick bite! We were desperate for breakfast when our hotel failed to mention that they stopped serving at 9:30. Waffle House did not disappoint. The biscuits and gravy were amazing the hashbrowns were cooked to perfection. My only complaint was that the waffles were thick and soft instead of crispy. We like to go here to play card games late at night, and the staff is always super friendly, food is always good, and the new dark roast coffee is even better than what I used to get, and I didn't think that was possible. I do still love Waffle House. What's not to love? Fantastic waffles and OH... The hash browns!!! However, I can't get over an incident several years ago. There were pieces of broken dishes in my hash browns. I bit into it and it lodged in the roof of my mouth. It didn't go in very deep, but deep enough that it bled. We did tell management and showed them the shard of dishes and my bleeding mouth. They apologized and offered to give us our meal free. We had our whole family there and everyone else's meal was fine, so we just accepted a refund on my meal. It did ruin me on this Waffle House. read more
