This menu is so vast, it reminded me of the Cheesecake Factory in the best way. There is truly something for everyone here. Carnivores, vegetarians, vegans, you name it. I opted for the vegetarian "Vegetable Bowl" and my husband went for the fajitas after another guest recommended both items. The cilantro sauce and the caramelized plantains were my favorite part of the Vegetable bowl, and my husband loved every bite of his fajitas. Everything was hot, fresh, and it arrived quickly.
