WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!. First thing I noticed was my cup of lemonade had a small insect in it. My date also had TWO identical insects in his fruit punch. The waiter got my order wrong after me literally pointing to it on the menu and asking her about it, never came back to apologize after I talked to the personal chef. She was obnoxiously loud in the background talking about slapping her manager and her schedule is annoying. When we were leaving, she mentioned "where is my money?". Stopped by around 3:00am for breakfast. Although not busy the place was a disaster! Absolutely filthey. Tables and bar were left with dirty dishes and the ony time they were cleared was if someone came in to be seated. Floor was very gross. The kitchen area had not been cleaned in sometime and was very filthey. The cook with his long hair was notwearing a "hairnet." The waitress (will not use her name but just the first letter of her name "K") was very lazy. Asked for cream for my coffee, by the time she got around to it my coffee was no longer hot. Asked for a new cup, NEVER got it. The place was not busy. Employees were just standing around instead of clearing and cleaning tables. This is a direct reflection on poor management and training! The manager should be fired immediately. This doe not reflect well on Waffle House, the company. I will say the food was brought out "hot" but the scrambled eggs were burnt. Attention to detail is lacking. Took the sausage home to the dog. Bacon was good. If changes are not made someone is going to get very sick dining here. I strongly encourage the regional manager to stop in during the middle of the night. I will be back in a couple of weeks and this time will take pictures. Don't go here. The food isn't good, it's never clean, and it's not in a very safe location. I've heard it's been robbed more often than a place should be. I had a friend that used to work there and she told me some stories. I never really wanted to go there to begin with but especially not after hearing her stories. read more

Good food for a reasonable price. The waitress was courteous. We ordered Waffles, hash browns and sandwich and they were all good and came to us without too much wait so we could get back on the road quickly. I would recommend this place for a quick lunch or breakfast. read more

Sat at booth for 1/2 hr , was served coffee and waited for 1/2 hr and no one came to take our order ,after we finished our coffee we got up and went to counter and asked what do we owe you for coffee and instead of just taking our money they insisted we have to have a check , we told them we weren't given her a check , then two of the girls started fighting about why don't they have a check, we just walked out read more

This Waffle House is usually busy in the mornings however more than once when I stopped in I've noticed that there are usually 1-2 servers doing nothing even when the rest are working hard to help customers. It's one thing to be on break, but these people are usually standing in the middle of the chaos that is the morning rush behind the counter just getting in the way. I've watched people come in for take out and wait 5+ minutes for someone to take their order while these 1-2 servers look on, one even started "working" to avoid taking the order and left a server already handling tables to do it. I've gone in to this particular Waffle House different times a day and can say on average the late afternoon/evening staff does a much better job of serving. I also always check my bill before leaving as even when ordering the same thing (no price change over time), the price tends to fluctuate be it take out or eating in store I know about the tip added for take out and have no issues with it, but for whatever reason some don't add it up all that correctly. The turn over here is high I can't attest as to why, but figured it affects the difference in bills/service I've received over time. read more

Took my friend and a couple other people here on his final night before he left for boot camp as he is joining the marines. Service was slow and all three workers were on their phones in the back room the entire time. The total came to $34.30. The lady who took my payment gave me a pencil to sign with instead of a pen. I put 0 for a tip and wrote $34.30 in the total spot, as we left a $10.00 tip in cash on the table. When looking at my statement, my card was charged $49.30, meaning the girl gave herself a $15.00 tip off of my card. When trying to write a complaint on the website i was told that the website is under maintenance and has been for the last two weeks apparently. This used to be a great place to hang out with friends but has turned into a terrible place where it takes an hour to get your food and the employees steal your money, as this has happened to multiple people I know as well as myself.
