I will then tell the food runner employee about the missing item, and 75% of the time they will say "okay" but never return with the missing item, then I'll have to go back inside the restaurant and plead my case with the workers in there, showing proof that I paid for an item that was not received. I know this is a first world problem and all, and I still keep coming back here because this town only has 4 drive thru restaurants, but damn it really grinds my gears.

Well, this may very well be my last time unless I get donuts. The drive thru is VERY SLOW, and by what I could see people weren't ordering big orders but maybe a drink or two, a small bag of something etc. so no huge orders... The food was completely bland and not well cooked. The proportions of the Sourdough sandwich that I ordered where 50% Bread, 40% Eggs, 8% Bacon and 2% Cheese. The bacon wasn't cooked all the way, the hash browns although well season where in the verge of getting burn. The one positive was that it costs $5, but that's what you get for that price... Long wait time, uncooked bacon and almost burnt hash browns.

It is very clean and the food is made to spec. I spoke with the new owner and he was very accommodating and pleasant to speak with as he gladly volunteered the info I needed for the new opening. I gave this location 4/5 stars In this case only because when I would come in during the morning shortly after opening, the only worker there would be sitting in the lobby looking miserable as she would look at her phone. Those days I was not greeted upon entry, and the few words spoken to me started with "well what do you want?" It wasn't the best way to start my day but oh well. I haven't seen her there in a good while. All the other employees were vertical friendly and would make grinning small talk with me which is very awesome. I like being treated how I treat people. Ultimately I will come back and enjoy this experience again. Also I plan to update this review pending any employee differences. 4/5 I'll check back to hopefully find a 5/5:)
