The new owner has raised prices, reduced portion sizes, increased wait times for food readiness, and increased wait times for food ordering. Nearly all of the front-of-house staff has been replaced and there is a definite vibe of unrest when I walk in now (the few times that I still go there) Chip portions are bleak, the wraps are about two-thirds their previous size, and everything costs more... a recipe for disaster in my opinion. This was the ONE business in Mebane that needed absolutely nothing... it was turn key for any new owner and a guaranteed hit with the locals. Within a few months, the feedback from me and everyone else I've talked to is that it's now on the decline and we no longer recommend it to visitors, or family visiting. Absolute shame... but I shouldn't be surprised.

Biscuitville leadership: get these employees to train the rest of your people on customer service. If you could get the rest of your locations running like this one, visiting your restaurants would be a joy (which I will tell you is NOT THE CASE in the Winston-Salem area franchises).

Barb's chicken tenders were very good; flavorful and juicy. The fries were crispy on the outside, but still with a pillowy center. The corn was apparently frozen, as it was a bit chewy, but was served in way too much liquid, and she had to ask for butter. Her dinner roll was originally forgotten, but then a couple freshly warmed ones were brought out, which were good (though also without butter). Her tea leaned a bit on the sweet side, but was good.
