Stop at this location because the other location is delivery only. Walked in, not busy 4 workers, 1 cooking, other 3 standing around on their phones, three tables have dirty dishes and uneaten food on it. Food all over the floor, behind the counter is no better, piles of waffle batter on the counter under the makers has also dripped into piles on the floor. I don't know how this place is open. You have to take pride where you work. If they were busy I could understand but 3 employees standing behind the counter on their phones is unacceptable. read more

Never been to a Waffle House. My first experience here was one of the best restaurant experiences I've EVER had. Stormy was SO nice, I cannot explain enough how nice she was. This is the cleanest Waffle House that I have ever been in. All of the staff are super friendly and attentive. Food is typical of any Waffle House, but late night when nothing else is open it fills an empty space. read more

At this Waffle House I was expecting a little bit of a rush since most waffle houses are packed, but this Waffle House had 2 people at most. The table was sticky and oily, the cups had white sticky stuff on the glass and inside the drink, the ketchup bottle had bits leaking out, and the menus were horrible, and the place smelt of burning rubber even though it was the middle of winter, but the worst part was they charged us $20 worth of drinks even though we only got one refill after we found paper inside my sons drink. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they're just tired they have to work on holiday but that doesn't excuse the horrible service. read more

Our server Taylor was not great. She acknowledged no one, didn't greet, didn't ask anyone how their food came out nothing. It felt as we were a bother. As soon as the food was dropped off she put the bill down. As a former server you are supposed to give good customer service to get the best tips. Taylor was sitting down and the cook gave a customer possibly a refill. I had to get up to ask for a box. The food was good. At the time we were eating it was not busy. This is one of the few places that is open late since the Covid crisis. The food is always consistent and you know what you're going to get. Pro tip, you can order double hash browns for a $1 more. The service is usually pretty quick and I love the quirky late night waitress they have at this location. The restaurant is clean and tidy unless you catch them after a rush. read more

pretty clean for a waffle house and the food was good. it wasn't too busy when we got there, service was a bit slow and we frequently saw our server just standing around in the kitchen area. i had to get up and ask someone for syrup because our server never checked on us. didn't get refills on our coffee until we were nearly done eating. the weirdest part was they had a rope up between the two sections of the restaurant that you had to get past to use the restroom and pay for your food? i have never seen this before. when i questioned it our server told us to just duck underneath it. possibly one of the strangest experiences of my life. read more

Came in on a night when the server had walked out, leaving the cook by himself. Two other servers came in, off the clock, to help him out and still, all had smiles and were very friendly. Due to the lack of an on the clock server, they were only doing take out, which was fine as we felt like going back to the hotel after a long day on the road. The food? this waffle house was pretty clean and the food was good, but the service was definitely odd lol... right after we sat down they put a barrier in the middle of the restaurant so we couldn't get to the other side of the restaurant to use the restroom... or leave. our waiter came up to us and told us to just duck underneath.. but like why?? what was the point?? also our waiter dropped off our food and less than a minute later came back and asked us how our food tasted, when we clearly had not started eating yet. we had to get up and grab our own syrup bc our server never checked on us, and we only got one refill on our coffee when we were pretty much done eating. and this isn't bc it was short staffed or busy bc our server was just standing in the back talking almost the entire time. not the worst experience, but definitely not the best. very odd WH. read more
