Again contacted local restaurant and said they would get right on it. Now 4 months later, no contact nor gift card. Corporate did nothing about it either. I cannot recommend this one to anybody.

Someone will take your drink order (ours was taken as we were going through the line), then find a seat. I didn't know what fatback was, but I had already Googled it before we arrived, so I easily identified it. After one bite, I decided my dentist might become richer if I continued to try to chew it. The fried chicken was good but a bit salty. The fried pork chop was good as well, but I would have mistaken it for fried fish if I hadn't read the menu. Smoked sauage, yum. The biscuits looked good, but I took (and ate) the cornbread but would not have known what it was if I didn't have the cheat sheet. The salad bar was primarily lettuce. They had a few salad toppings, but the tongs were short and difficult to use. I suspect most people do not come here for salad. Oh, did I mention dessert? Huge cinnamon rolls and something chocolate with pudding and cookies. It fit the bill for what we were looking for.. a quick, inexpensive sit-down lunch.
