Got some carryout here and the food met my expectations. The pecan waffle was soft and fluffy with nice big chunks of pecan. The syrup was a bit thin and very sweet. The texas sauce egg cheese melt was very greasy, though oddly addictive. For me, this was like an elevated McMuffin. The toast has a good helping of butter, with a nice soft egg. I like the saltiness on the cheese which matches well with soft and juicy sausage. The biscuit is lightly buttered and puffy with a slight bit of girlling for texture. The hash browns were niec and crispy with a nice meaty texture. It tasted like sausage fat or something else was infused into the potatoes to give it additional flavor. Michelle and Mindy are a perfect duo. Michelle knocked my special requests out of the park. She was by far the fastest cook I've ever witnessed- at any Waffle House. Once you've been to one waffle House you've been to then all but for 24/7 availability you'll go where you know, especially on the late night hours. It was almost midnight so I was hungry but not starving. After glancing over the menu I was still undecided and randomly picked something appealing but made a few changes. I got a waffle with scrambled eggs with cheese and slices of tomatoes with an orange juice. Everything was just as I expected, good and basic and straightforward. Delicious, fast and affordable breakfast food 24 hours a day...what's not to like. Our waitress Diangela was great and funny.

We went on the 4th of July with a party of 7. There was a younger guy cooking and an older lady with short pink hair taking orders, I believe her name tag said Dee. Dee was rude to all of us from the moment we walked in the door. We had been working out in the sun all day long and were hungry so we were patient. They seemed to be running behind so we started to help clean up some tables as we have all worked in fast food before, trying to lend a helping hand. We didn't mind helping at all, we were just going to clear the table so we could at least sit down. Dee was so rude and was yelling at us to stop touching things and have a seat in the waiting chairs. She claimed that it could be a "liability" but I don't believe that to be true. Even if it is, the way she handled this situation wasn't correct. This Waffle House has really gone downhill the past few years we've been visiting. read more

Went there today, sevice was very poor. Eggs came out wrong,wasnt permitted to swap toast for a buscuit on the two egg breakfast. My bacon that comes with it never arrived. I wont be going back to this location, the location on Mason-Montgomery is far superior to this one. read more

Four stars because no matter what, when you walk into a waffle house you know what your getting. The difference is the service and this one was actually really good. Coffee was never ending. Giving a generous two stars because they were nice! I had the best Waffle House I've ever had in Findlay yesterday on my way home from Michigan so, I thought I'd try this one today. Big mistake!!' Filthiest Waffle House I've been in! Walked in at 8 am with the baby. There's one guy sitting at the counter and three people working...using the word working loosely! No exaggeration there was not one clean table in the entire restaurant. I understand after rushes sometimes this happens but they were all chatting behind the counter and definitely not cleaning. I ordered over medium eggs and got over easy. I ordered crispy bacon and got burnt bacon. The hash browns were so over done I couldn't chew them. See the pic of the paper thin waffle they served us. It was crunchy it was so thin. Grabbed the ketchup and my hand slid down the bottle due to the greasy ness. Yuck!!!! High chairs were so disgusting I caught my nanny baby eating food out of the cracks. I immediately took her out and cleaned it. Servers didn't offer to help either. read more

Upset I had a request they could not meet and as well the night shift messed up my order. The waitress did not have her mask on nor require them from guest. Sad I don't expect much coming from Waffle House at 4am but I definitely expect to get what I paid for. I called to tell nightshift they missed something on my meal then they told me I'd be credited "2.00" as if it was no big deal and I was blowing the situation up. When I just simply was frustrated at the fact they couldn't fulfill my order nor get my order right. Meanwhile had staff laughing in the background about me requesting I get my food in the AM shift and not waiting til 3rd shift to get my food. She did not take my name down nor did she apologize. Walked into the store around ten. Greeted by the manager. We were served ice cold coffee. We had to ask for hot coffee. He then got our food out in. The food was bomb. Always great food. But the service was terrible. No re fills. Not even a check had to recite our meal to another server and her write our check. Needless to say the manager there sucked. read more

My wife and I recently started a 'tradition' of, every once in a while, taking a little motorcycle trip somewhere for breakfast. I thought I'd give you my opinion of the places we visit... You might find this hard to believe, but we had one of the best breakfasts at this Waffle House. The waitresses were just as friendly as they could be - a genuine friendly, and the food was prompt and delicious. I had the 3-egg western-style omelet and my wife had, of all things, waffles. Fast service, delicious greasy eggs and a chipper, professional exceptional server, Kassandra. Everyone on the staff seemed totally in sync with each other, efficient but also playful. Arguably one of the most solid seeming teams I've seen in a restaurant in a while, during a Saturday morning rush no less (not a single open table longer than five minutes while we were there). I have never in my life not tipped a waitress. This is the 9th time I have had this waitress. Not only is she extremely lazy, shes incredibly rude. Every single time. From slamming our drinks down, not responding to "thank you", she doesnt even say anything when she approaches the table the first time. Just glares at us. Then she slams our food down, the check with it, and shes outside smoking the rest of the time. No refills, no checking in, nothing. So the cook had to help us. We therefore tipped him. Then to top it off as we are leaving shes talking loudly on speakerphone about some skin rash or infection she has, and is talking about how her butt itches. There's nothing like the Waffle House, if you select the time a day you & the reason under concern. My daughter & myself went and had the all star breakfast. She of course orders sunny side eggs at 11:45pm & they came out perfect. I tipped the cook! My boy Wally the cook at Sharonville Waffle House can cook a meal!!!! I usually go to Colerain since it's closer to my house and after a night out I like stopping before I go home but Wally at the Sharonville location gives Colerain location a run for their money. I'm willing to go as far and say he is the best cook at Waffle House period hands down. That's facts. If waffle house has location across Cincinnati, Ohio, the United States of America hell even the world my boy has you beat that man can cook. Thanks brother I'm switching to the Sharonville location because he cooked my food right. Not too greasy the ham was soft and not hard to chew like normal. The toast he looked like he held off till the end to put butter on the bread which no one does they put it on right away so bread is soggy. Then the hash browns usually always burnt but his was cooked just right so the hash brown was mixed between crunch golden hash brown and the less cooked hash brown and it was perfect not burnt!!! Last but not least my man understand my custom order from the start "fried egg whites" people usually bust the egg yolk and cook the whites and yellow together!! NO NO NO JUST LIKE WALLY SAID "ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE" That's right it's not but people from all restaurants get so confused by my order of fried egg whites. But Wally 1st time got my whole meal on point. I figured maybe 2 out of 4 or 5 would have been amazing but he got 4 out of 4 or 5 out of 5 for everything he cooked for my meal... It will be the best Waffle house meal you ever had or possible push for best meal I had from a restaurant in a long time. I have gone to this location and other Waffle House locations for many years, and am fine with the normal atmosphere and service. Poor experiences lately at this location. Will not be back for a while. Two members of the staff were sitting staring into space; another stood for quite a while flipping through her phone. Occasional loud gossip about co-workers, and other odd conversation, like one employee asking another "are you a Blood or a Crip?". Not what I want to hear when I'm eating, or any other time. Little attention paid to customers. Atmosphere was not good. My order was also not what I asked for, which is a standard menu item. Place needs help. read more
