This Sharpsburg location is conveniently located off the highway. Has plenty of parking. Right across from a Sam's Club, Floor & Decor and Costco. You can tell they get some repeat customers because a few people came in and the servers knew their order without even asking...too cute. So we all know when we're speaking of Waffle House, we're not speaking of gourmet delicacies...so if or when I review one, it's because they're a standout or out of the norm what a typical Waffle House would be...such as: *No wait time *Everything cooked well (nothing underdone or burnt) *Clean silverware, plates, and cups *Clean floors (not sticky, dirty or greasy) *Clean bathrooms Also special shout out to our server JAKE. Came here for breakfast and was advised there was no dine in service. The seating areas were filthy from dine in and the store was crowded. As we waited for our Togo orders the cook went on a cigarette break. We ordered a drink and asked for it as we waited but it never was made. When I asked for it the server walked off into the back. When some other customers came in the server told them she wasn't taking any more orders. This is the worst store I have ever visited. The management should do a better job of monitoring their staff and address the blaring problems with this store. DO NOT EAT HERE. read more

If your going to go to a Waffle House I would go to the Newnan Waffle House across from Walmart, DEFINITELY NOT THIS ONE, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT.........me and my boyfriend used to be regulars at this Waffle House but the quality of the food and service have been slowly declining......we occasionally have a good server like Tina, but there are some servers that just aren't very nice and that mess around rather than working because they are young and distracted by their phones.......today we went in after work around 10-10:30, I think our servers name was Ariana, she's younger with dark hair......initially we had pretty good service, but my boyfriend was given a sticky glass that was sticking to the table and had sticky stuff all on the rim of the cup...... when we received the food, after two bites into my burger I had a curly man's hair in my mouth from the cooks beard......as a normal customer would do, I complained that I had a hair in my food and told my server, she then proceeded to say to me, "what do you want me to do about it"......of course I didn't know what to say to that cause it was incredible rude, so I said I don't know, she asked me if I wanted another one (still very rudely) but of course I said no cause I lost my appetite completely ......she the walked off and gave me a slight discount on my food rather than taking it off the bill even tho I completely stopped eating my food...... this is not the first time we have received bad service from her, mainly because she completely forgot to take our order last time, even tho two other couples came in and got their orders taken immediately and their food, we waited till the other couples were done eating to see if she would come over but she never did, we then decided to leave after only getting drinks, he only response was "y'all could have told me" (to me, an experienced server, this shows a lack of training because of the way she confronts issues her customers have)......Im not generally one to complain about small issues with my food or the service I receive because I know as a restaurant employee how incredibly annoying bad reviews are, but this is not the first time I've had hair in my food at this establishment, specifically from the cooks beard that was working tonight.......I hope that in the future the cooks will wear hair nets, especially if they have really long hair or beards, and I hope to see better trained employees like Tina in the future because we always receive good service from her and we never receive bad service when she is our server read more

Waffle House is THE best greasy breakfast food joint around. Thomas Crossroads location is the best WH in the area. Realizing this is not gourmet or fine dining by any stretch of the imagination, it is great for what it is. They have a consistent level of acceptable quality cheap food so you always know what to expect. We love the Texas Patty Melt, add bacon. read more

I had time to burn this morning before a meeting so I enjoyed a nice leisurely breakfast at Waffle House, actually my favorite breakfast restaurant. I found myself reading about their history, vision, values and their general business philosophy. Ultimately I left my wattress a $25 tip on a $10 check. So many companies these days really "talk the talk" of great customer service. Unfortunately far too many of those never really "walk the walk". Very clean Waffle House. It wasn't busy at the time we came in. Walked in and sat down. Waitress was very prompt, friendly, and was great with customer service. Food was standard for Waffle House and was good. My waffle could've been a little more cooked/crispy, but that's just me being picky. Overall, I'd recommend this location. read more

My family of 5 came here last night, Feb 5 2021 for dinner. Several empty booths but all were dirty. We waited by the door for 15 minutes, not one employee ever acknowledged our presence or offered to clean a booth. We left this establishment very disappointed in your lack of courtesy and service. We drove to another Waffle House down In Peachtree City and received excellent service for which the waitress received a 30% tip. Will never waste my time coming back to this location even though it is closer to home. read more

I went late at night there was an old guy for the cook. I ordered biscuits and gravy to go and when I got home I found 5 hairs in it!

If you want a great meal with personality and attention to detail with great food, this is the place to go. The staff from the cooks to the greeter are personable and glad you have decided to grace their establishment with your business. You will always get what you order and it will be hot! Saturday morning 7:30am 9/22/18. We went in and breakfast started pleasantly enough until the on duty manager and one of the staff fired up the jukebox. I don't have a problem with the music, but it was WAY too loud. So loud you could not hear yourself think, much less carry on a conversation with your breakfast partner. I heard the people behind and in front of me complaining. They rushed through their meals as did we. The manager heard us complain and it seemed to anger her. She decided to dance around the store. We won't be going back to this particular store even though it's right next to Sam's Club. read more
