Ok I want to give credit where credit is due. We went to Waffle House on a Sunday as many were getting out of church. I know big mistake... however, it wasn't! Our server Rose greated us right away. I wasn't super hungry and just wanted a waffle. My husband got their 2 egg breakfast plate. With how busy it was, we did not wait long for anything! My husbands meal came out without his sausage, which Rose was quite apologetic and assured us she would get it right out, which she did. The restaurant was clean, and the employees had great interaction with their customers. I watched a gentleman choking around with an older guy, sitting by himself at the bar counter, and you could tell it made that guy's day. We will definitely go back to this location and hopefully we will get Rose to be our server again. read more

Honestly super disappointed with my experience here! I'm from Seattle and was looking forward to my once a year Waffle House experience. Our server was extremely unkind. We asked for a Shirley Temple and she was condescending and demeaning about the ingredients included in a Shirley Temple. No cherry sauce, no problem. However, when we asked for a plain Sprite it arrived with a little bug, which no problem! Not the servers fault. However, when we asked for a new one, she huffed and puffed, shook her head, and rolled her eyes. We were pretty put off by her attitude towards us because we were trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. We felt like the best thing to do was to go elsewhere. We didn't catch her name, but she was wearing black glasses with gauges and a lip ring. Not sure if she had an off night, but it was unfortunate that she chose to take it out on us. On National waffle day I met EW and her daughter here to celebrate. It was very quiet there and we let the employees know what day it was. They had no idea! You'd hope that corporate would let their employees know it was the national celebration of their restaurants namesake!!! We each had waffles and hash browns and leftovers. My hash browns were pretty burnt around the edges but the waffle was great. Per usual this location was A-OK and satisfied what we were set out to accomplish. read more

Stopped for a quick bite before a movie. We had been here once before & didn't have issues, so we didn't expect any issues this time. Well this time wasn't as good. I ordered the Texas bacon cheese steak melt with hash browns. It literally had no flavor - none whatsoever. The cheese on my sandwich wasn't melted & my hash browns were kinda soggy. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I'm sooooo disappointed in the staff here. I have been to this location several times and I haven't had any issues. I went it to place a to-go order at noon. I sat down and waited and waited and waited. After about 30 minutes, I approached the counter and still waited for someone to address me. Once the waitress who took my order came over, I said I wanted to check on my to-go order. Long story short, somehow my order was missed! She said she'd called it out to the cook. The cook said she never finished. Ok, no problem. Well now I expect my order to be placed in the front since I've been waiting....nope, clearly my expectations were too high. I had to wait another 10 mins because it was placed at the back of the line. So I asked if there was a manager on duty and I politely asked if I could speak to her. And actually she was standing in the middle of the entire exchange between the waitress and cook...she was working the line/prepping the food. Well, clearly she saw what took place with my order so this discussion should be a simple one....I told her I was disappointed with my experience and didn't expect to wait 40 mins for a to-go order. She said she understood and that's why they were going to comp my order and turned around to go back to the prepping. She just blew me off. Well my order was bagged up and handed to me. I took everything out the bag and double checked it. Then I told the nice young man at the counter that I would like to speak to Brittany (the manager) once again. So he tapped her and said "the lady with the take out order...". Before he could finish his sentence, she interrupted and said "we already paid for her food." Then he said, she would like to talk to you again. So I waited once more for her to come over. I explained to her that I'm a paying customer and not charging me isn't going to fix the issue....that I just wanted to address my concerns with her but she blew me off. Her response...she decided not to charge me for my meal because she didn't have the time to sit down and have a long drawn out conversation with me...that she would have other customers, other than myself, upset with her if they didn't get their food. HA!!! Ok, cool. So I asked if she had the number to the corporate office. She said she doesn't have it memorized and that I could find it on the sticker on the door. I visit Waffle House frequently. Today at this store was the worst I have ever experienced. I sat at the counter and was the only person at the counter. I waited five minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. A waitress asked if I wanted coffee while I waited. The coffee came and I waited another ten minutes before deciding to leave the second time. The waitress saw me looking in my wallet to pay for the coffee and came and took my order. I waited another ten minutes then saw my order sitting on the ledge in front of the cook. It sat there For another twelve minutes before the waitress bought it to me.
