Great service on a busy Saturday night! Walked in around 6pm on a busy evening- immediately greeted and seated. Waitress was very prompt - took drink orders and allowed us plenty of time to review the menu. We were between a few menu options and the hostess recommended her favorite (short rib gnocchi) which was on our selection. Out of this world outstanding. Will return and order the exact menu item again. It was that good. Came with a salad and house Parmesan basaltic which was also wonderful. Loved this establishment in downtown Summerville.

Omg is all I can say as the food was amazing, the service was amazing, and as a lover of Fried Zucchini....hands down will come back just for that alone. The omelette was fresh, fluffy and paired well with the grits and potato cakes. Can't wait to try again soon!

Met friends here for Sunday brunch. I had the vegan bowl because I was craving veggies. It was pretty good with delicious spinach, sweet potato, avocado and Brussels. The crispy chick peas were good too. The only thing I didn't like was the rice /quinoa mix in the middle. It tasted like fried rice from a Chinese restaurant. The peanut sauce was good on top. I also got a side biscuit which was house made and light and fluffy! Some of the others at the table got breakfast and they loved the cinnamon French toast and the potato pancake.

I absolutely loved this brunch spot! I wish I'd come here sooner. I sat outside even though it was hot because the front porch was beautiful and nice to watch the world go by. The waitress was very friendly and patient as I looked through the menu. I ordered a sweet tea which came on a cute mason jar and was never empty. I ordered a half sandwich and soup. Everything was delicious and fairly priced. I will definitely be back!

Cute place in downtown Summerville. We came in for Sunday brunch. My son loved the Catfish sandwich, husband liked his Ruben. Chelsea was sweet and knowledgeable. Only Cons: My daughter had the garden omelette & it had way too much spinach for future reference. I had the latte and the only milk choice are whole, 1/2 & 1/2 & almond. Would love to see them have oat milk & or skim milk choices.

It looked so good on the pictures!... was looking g for a great breakfast place... not it!... unfortunately my plate was flat and plain. I did not appreciate that the butter and sour cream were served on plastic cups and placed on top of my omellete. The service was ok. The location was accessible. My husband had his own poor experience with the stake he ordered. I will leave that for him to share.

Homemade chili, salad, and Guinness - delish.

Three of us stopped in for a late lunch; my second visit. S123 is a beautiful place, understated but elegant, and I love going here. The food is made with care and delicious, which sets the stage for a wonderful respite and good conversation with friends. The only thing that puzzles me is S123's staffing model. There were plenty of staffers, not many patrons (because it was late afternoon), yet we didn't have the attentive service I'd expect. We waited for drink refills, and waited for condiments, and waited for the check. Odd, and same as last visit. I won't let that stop me from coming again, but it does knock my review down a star. Give S123 a try, see what you think.

I have to say the presentation was really good however the food, not so much. Inside could do with a clean up, perhaps powerwashing of the floors etc. Every business deserves a try.

DAMN YOU TRUMP!!!! These tariffs are killing us. It's so bad these nice folks can't afford salt.....or pepper.....or a spice. JEEZ MCGEEZ there's absolutely no seasoning on anything. How is that even possible. Why do you have applesauce with potato cakes? Who designed your menu? It is just so weird. I assume they were running out of french fries cuz I got maybe a dozen. I shared a couple and they were gone. Lol. The sandwiches they make with the cheese cooked into the bread it's just a sandwich with burnt cheese on the bread. Like fire the whole staff yesterday. The menu doesn't make much sense, and it's not executed. The pictures to this place were definitely misleading.. DAMN YOU TRUMP!!!!! We can't even get enough fries out here!!! Does she crab soup is all soup. I think they left the crab in the fridge. It has a seafoody crabby taste though. This was so not it. Seems like a nice place that's right in the heart of downtown Summerville. If this is on your list I think you should hurry up and get there. It's hard for restaurants to survive in Summerville right now. One of my favorites SOL got shut down. I always thought they were good. Nexton seems to be thriving, but good eats is a struggle on this side of town. I'm going to do my duty. I'm walking into restaurant Depot right now to see how expensive crab meat is. If it's not too bad I'm going to take them a few cans. DAMN YOU TRUMP!!!!!

The hardware store even has a post office inside, so it's truly a one-stop-shop here. The outdoor area is gorgeous and filled with plants- and the plants are also for sale. I'm sure some customers spend a good bit on making their yards beautiful after a few beers. There's ample seating, with tons of chairs, small tables for groups of 2-3, and picnic tables. A food truck was there serving smash burgers, and I believe they have a rotation of food trucks since they don't serve food. Bolts and Brews is limited to beer and wine (no liquor), but you'll find plenty to drink. Draft beers are limited but marked on the menu. Many of the beers are canned, and you'll find local favorite breweries (Edmunds Oast, Snafu, Holy City) as well as a lot of beers from breweries in other states. This is the beauty of being mostly a canned beer spot. They also do flights of mimosas and at the time, offered a full six flavors of mimosa. I had a mimosa with a mixture of peach and mango juice, which the friendly beer-tender recommended. It was a good pour for only $6 and hit the spot after a VERY hot 5K in one of the neighborhoods nearby. You can grab a beer here after buying plants or shopping in the hardware store- and folks do- but Bolts and Brews is also a destination with comedy nights, bingo (the prizes are plants), sip and paint night, and live music on Fridays. The folks who manage this spot have really transformed it from a hardware store to a place where the community can gather. If Fleet Feet hadn't co-hosted the fun run/walk 5K with them, I wouldn't have known about Bolts and Brews, but I'm glad I do. If I lived closer, I'd be a regular here.

The meat was tender and the roll was fresh. I had my Reuben and it was delicious!! I'm always willing to try a Reuben wherever I go. I've had theirs before and it didn't disappoint today. A lot of places don't grill the sandwich and that is sacrilegious in my book. It was melty and toasted with the right amount of corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut & 1000 island dressing. Their fries are also really good, even my daughter commented on how good they were. They're crispy yet soft inside & seasoned just right. Kiera was the bartender and the server and she was great!! She was on top of everything. She made a great Moscow mule & we liked how she checked on us just the right amount of times. My daughter is a server and she said she really liked how she knew when to come check to see if we needed anything but not so much that it was annoying. We had a nice chat with her and really enjoyed her attitude. She's an asset to the pub. I enjoy coming to the pub I just don't get over to that part of Summerville very often, I live on the 61 side of Summerville. We actually stumbled upon Luxe Bar & Bistro while planning to head downtown, but a bridge closure caused major traffic, so we decided to change plans and just find somewhere local to enjoy a holiday cocktail. They have a large outdoor space, but of course, it started to rain as soon as we arrived. Luckily, they also have a covered front patio with a few chairs, which worked out perfectly. We each ordered two cocktails. I started with Under the Mistletoe -- Tito's, house-made rosemary simple syrup, lemon juice, topped with soda ($10). This was hands down the most delicious holiday drink I've had so far this season. It was refreshing, perfectly balanced, and hit the spot. I also tried the seasonal special, a Pomegranate Cranberry Sangria ($10), which was equally good. My husband ordered the Tipsy Grinch-- Malibu rum, mango purée, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and soda water ($9.50). He said it was sweet but not overly sweet and really enjoyed it. He also had the Dirty Snowman Martini with RumChata, Disaronno Amaretto, vanilla vodka, and a cinnamon sugar rim ($13). He substituted almond milk for the half-and-half, and it was still creamy and delicious. We also had a great conversation with Natalie and quickly realized we had a lot in common, especially when it comes to dogs and the importance of pet safety. I always love meeting a fellow dog mom who shares the same values. The service and ambiance were excellent, and the space was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
