i have eaten here 6 or 7 times and meals have been great along with the service. Plenty of tables outside too. I get the bacon waffles and they are great. My 10 yr old grandson got the Bacon and eggs waffle. All the different waffles my family and I have tried have been Excl. Service with a smile which means a lot to me. read more

Fantastic. I came straight here after landing at the airport. We were both starving and it did not disappoint. There was a long line for Sunday brunch, so, we ordered our food to-go and ate it in the waiting area. The staff couldn't have been nicer. read more

Finally came here for breakfast during the week. We came on a weekend and it was crazy busy. The coffee was delicious. Costa Rican. The girls and I had waffles and my husband had the bun with egg and bacon. The food was delicious and fresh and the service was very good. I see some negative reviews but to be honest it's a new business. They need to work out the kinks. Completely understandable and worth giving them another shot! read more

This place was great. I went with my family of 6 and the service was great and the food was really good. Most of family ordered the waffles. I ordered the egg and bacon waffle and liked that the eggs were on the side of the waffle as well as the bacon. My niece got the Oreo waffle and she loved it. We sat inside as it is summer but I can see seating outside when it is not hot. I highly recommend this place. read more

Cool vibe. Waffles fine. Coffee was good. A wait is not surprising for a Saturday morning, but this was a bit much. We got coffee and water initially, but no silverware or refills until we tracked the hostess down. Once we were seated we waited for at least 45 minutes for food, and looking around it seemed like everybody else did as well. Maybe short-staffed in the kitchen, but could make up for that with better service in the front. read more

Nice newish place for lunch or brunch. Very good waffles. I had the big breakfast. The waffle has ham and cheese baked in it with an egg on top. My wife had chicken and waffles. We had the chicken and waffles which was soggy and the easy cheesy one which had chopped up ham and was okay- wish they kept the ham whole and made it like a sandwich cooked in. Cool place! Super busy on a Saturday morning at 11:15am. We waited about a half hour. Which was less than what they told us. We ordered pretty much right away. Our food was yummy. Wow! Very impressed! First off, close parking for my dear old grandpa! Good environment ! Ordered the chocolate waffles and they were delicious! Gave you a great serving size and I even got to finish my mom's blueberry and banana waffles! The side of bacon came with 4 pieces and the prices were very reasonable for everything! My husband and I went to Waffle Monkey for breakfast the other day. I had the churro waffle with chocolate. The waffle was delicious, so much so that I didn't want to disguise the taste with the chocolate. My husband really enjoyed the Waffle Monkey. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My husband asked to have chocolate on the side instead of honey and and it wasn't a problem. They mistakenly drizzled the chocolate over the waffle and offered to remake it. We had a party of 4 and we all loved our meals...the salty pig, chicken and waffles, an egg and sausage sandwich and an order of the waffle monkey, and a big breakfast. It came with one long cracker that wasn't big enough to scoop up all the tuna. The 2 pastas were pretty good and were homemade according to our server. The whole branzino, at $57, came on th plate with absolutely nothing else. It was good, but not the best I've had, and for the price felt it should have been better and bigger. It was just enough for one person. For dessert we shared the budino and the olive oil cake. Both were pretty good and enough to share.

I was hesitant to believe that the waffles here would be worth the drive past a few different well-known breakfast spots; I'm a big fan of two nearby for different reasons. I genuinely thought it was worth the trip for the waffle; I had the Salty Pig. I returned to try the Gluten-Free waffle. Tasted just as delicious. I also tried their Sausage & Egg Sandwich (scrambled with cheese), and have since returned four times in two weeks for an egg sandwich. Something about that grill taste on the sausage. I'm used to a large patty, but loving the triple links they use. Those NY/NJ/Northeast folks missing a solid egg sandwich ON A GOOD ROLL, look no further than Waffle Monkey. They threw salt, pepper, and ketchup on there for me last time, but it's honestly amazing plain. Order ahead, and it's a quick pick up, NE corner of Bonita Beach Road and Old 41. If you're doing a waffle, do it there, but I have also done a waffle to go! They have a full menu of espresso drinks as well. Enjoy it before the line is out the door in season. read more

The restaurant was quite busy, but our server was attentive. The indoor atmosphere is a bit quieter compared to the outdoors. However, I was disappointed with the food. The chicken topped on the chicken and waffles was clearly frozen chicken nuggets, not freshly fried. The bacon on the BLT was stacked, which is great for those who enjoy a meaty BLT. The sauce and bun were good, but the fries were clearly frozen. On the positive side, the cappuccino, smoothies, and juices were excellent.
