You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, which makes a big difference! He finally brought the water when I asked a second time. While we were waiting for our drinks he was steadily walking around aimlessly until he realized we did not receive our drinks. After delivering our drinks we were finally able to order our food. Our food came out in a decent time however, I was so annoyed by this point. For our entrees we ordered the Cajun salmon with grits and the Cajun pasta with chicken and salmon. The Cajun salmon was good but they gave a small portion in ratio of the amount of grits given. Sandwiches and platters on the savory side, and hot, sweet waffles piled with sweetness on the dessert side. I had a Croque Monsieur (Ham & Cheese) sandwich and a Caramel Waffle. Both complimented each other well as the sandwich was just salty enough and the caramel waffle was just sweet enough...not too sweet. They have so many options to choose from, it will take a while to get through the menu...but I will try! I will definitely be back for more. These guys know what they doing and care about offering quality food. If they could add a traditional chicken & waffle to their menu (they offer a couple of variants), that would be icing on the cake...or, in this case, syrup on the waffle!
