We made an appointment, and we got there the next day, and let me tell you, great experience, everyone was very friendly, the staff at the front desk was so helpful and amazing, they all fell in love with our two husky puppies, everyone loved them. The check in process was amazing, very fast, and they explained everything to us, they made sure to let us know how much everything would be and even explain the whole process. Once they took the puppies to the back, the nurse asked me all the concerns we had for our puppies i told her. She took them back. About an hour 1/2 later the Vet came out and she was amazing, very helpful, very honest and explained everything, you can tell she cared and loved our babies. She told me why she recommended for Milo and Snow and she even walked me to the food area to find something that would be better for them, she told me the best toys. She was very amazing, such a nice and amazing worms and i really appreciate her for everything. My entire experience was amazing, and i will definitely be back. Thank you guys.

The vets are too booked up to come talk to you personally, so instead they send a technician out when you pick up your pet to summarize what the vet said to them. Then the techs tend to blow smoke up your arse, 'cause they don't always have the in depth info you're looking for, so they come out with this pat generalized info that you'd get reading a general information web page. They charge too much for what you get, which reminds me of sick-call in the service... long lines, and short shrift; except they tender service at an inflated cost & one suspects that not all they advise to do is really necessary... for example, teeth cleaning. They make a bundle off of that and the need, I feel, is not always there. It's a very production line vet service.
