With Apprehension at a high--going to get service on my vehicle being a single mom--I felt as though the gentleman at this establishment were professional, kind and exuded integrity. I had noticed a sound like A Jet following me as of late and it dawned on me that---ohhhhh shoooot!!! That's my SUV! I pulled up and asked a gentleman could he listen to the sound my Murano was making and tell me if it's something they could assist me with repairing in a timely fashion. (I had asked ChatGpt what it might be and it was described as being a signal my brakes needed to be replaced.) the kind gentleman, I would later learn was on his break when he obliged my request and drove around the parking lot to help me unbeknownst to me. Ed confirmed it was imperative I get them repaired rather than chance driving to St Augustine which is what I had planned that Saturday. Upon going inside Andreas checked me in and was the one to inform me I had time on my front but the back pads definitely needed replacement. This meant a tremendous hit because they didn't just run up my ticket. I'm so grateful--I was lead to stop at this location. They serviced my vehicle in a timely manner that allowed me time to still safely travel to St Augustine with my babygirl to see Night of Lights! When I walked in, no one acknowledged me. It would have been nice if someone said, "I'll be with you in a minute." No eye contact - nothing. So, the woman I spoke with told me that there was a 2-hour wait and she suggested that I make an appointment. So... I made an appointment the following day in the morning. When I took my car in, the associate asked me if I wanted to drop my car off or wait. I decided to wait since I had an appointment - like how long could it be, right? After an hour and a half, I asked for a follow-up. No one had even looked at my car. The associate said, "well, I have only got two guys in there..". this was the worst tire kingdom ever. if you like tire kingdom then go to the one on blanding just before Middleburg. I asked for a tire rotation and they did not rotate my tires. I asked for my tires to be balanced and it seems they only balanced 2 out of 4. I asked them to give me my tires back so I wouldn't be charged a disposal fee and they told me they couldn't do that. with an appointment it took them two hours and they didn't even complete what they said they were going to do. I will never return to them. I will travel further for the assistance at the blanding location where I have always been treated with respect and never had an issue with my car AFTER I left. We went here after going to the dealership where they kept delaying us and then they misread the brake pads. First thing is first, military discount of ten percent. We booked an appointment online their system wasn't right so they called to tell us they couldn't get to us till 3 pm: I miss said voicemail and we drop off car and they still inspect and get to us at 9 am. Car was fixed before 3, for cheaper than original quote. I don't care that the online booking was down, I just appreciated they called ahead of time to let us know and then let us know when we still dropped off that morning. We had bad communication at the dealership where they said two hours and it'd be six hours. If you tell me it's six hours up front I'm much happier to write a good review. This place is dangerous. Due to their negligence and incompetence, they nearly ended the life of someone. After getting the tires done, as driving down the road, the tire came completely off. There's no words to describe how horrific the experience was and the damage caused. Not only was the truck damaged and had to go to the shop to be repair, now issues with the back. This auto repair shop failed at basic customer service. I took in my daughter's vehicle to have them fix the alignment. They sold me 3 tires and said they had fix the alignment. 30 days later my daughter had a flat tire due to a severe wear on the inner thread of the tire. The car went back to the TIREKINGDOM. The manager refuse to fix the problem. I took my car to MIDAS auto shop. They informed me that the front alignment and the driver rear side were way off on alignment. I didn't tell MIDAS that the new tire from TIREKINGDOM was installed in the rear Driver side. Tirekingdom failed at honesty and professionalism. Don't take your car here. Not even based on my service which was quick and efficient. I witnessed a couple who had been there a while before i was there. They were waiting on a part to be delivered and there wasn't an update on the part delivery. One gentleman in particular went out of his way to ensure the couple was taken care of. He went and got them coffee and snacks from Starbucks out of his own pocket. Major props to Mr.Robert you deserve more recognition for that. read more

Made an appointment for an oil change. I was told there were two cars in front of mine. I walked around a while and then came back to sit and wait. After over two hours from my actual appointment time, my car was still sitting out in the parking lot untouched. I finally left without service. I would not suggest going here unless you have time to drop your car off and pick it up at the end of the day. Appointments mean nothing. Lucky for me, I found somewhere to change my oil for half the price of what they were going to charge, and in a much shorter period of time. Took my car for diagnostic test. Had to wait over 20 minutes with one customer in front of me. I had an appointment. He was purchasing 4 tires for his mustang at over $700 dollars. He got royal treatment. My turn came and then tested my car. Only took 15 minutes at a total of $148.49. Tested from parking lot not even taken in garage. Rush job. Saw me coming. Old car 2003, old lady 80, and alone. Came up with: clean throttle body, oil pressure switch AND ANTI THEFT MODULE. Why didn't they offer to fix 1 or 2 of the issues and apply the money I paid for diagnostic test to fixing pressure switch. They just wanted to get rid of me, but the mustang owner treated like gold. The manager actually told him his car would take a little longer, because with a good car they take their time. Very disappointed in my treatment. Discrimination: woman, 80 yrs old, old car and no man came with me. Horrible. read more

These guys are great! I went here today because my "check tire" light was still on after I got my tires checked last week at the Blanding location. This place was slammed with cars and customers but that didn't stop Ryan from taking time to see how he could assist me. Ryan was honest about what he could do to check my tires and the time constraints, which I appreciated. In the end, it was a simple fix - my sensor needed to be reset! I have been going to the Tire Kingdom location in Oakleaf area, in jacksonville, FL for several years. Their Customer Service and quality of their work now SUCKS!!!!!! Was great until about a year ago. They recommend service on vehicles by age, before looking at their customer file. They have recommended EXPENSIVE maintenance more than once that they previously themselves did on my vehicle. They recently told me I needed a tune up, new plugs, wires, and an A/C flush. They did that work a little less than a year ago. Told me I needed the coolant flushed because it was low and dirty. Again, done less than a year ago, my car does NOT leak antifreeze or overheat. When I questioned this recommendation, they said they would flush it and replace coolant, no charge. When I called later to find out if my car was ready for pick up, (NO, they did not call me) the person that answered the phone said they would check, came back, said they had topped of the coolant. Oh great, so much for flushing it. ANYWAY, we raised the hood to my car 1 week later after taking a 1K + road trip. To my surprise and disgust, the dipstick ring, thick yellow plastic, was laying on the plastic fan protector tray. Just laying there!!!!!!! Thank goodness the dipstick is in place, but the ring to retrieve the dipstick is broken and they DID NOT mention it, or replace it - NOTHING. Thank goodness the broken piece did not fall into the engine compartment and do damage, but really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is more I could say, but you get the idea. I totally agree with the reviews I have recently read on this location. The staff is no longer strong, reputable, knowledgeable, or courteous. I will not give them any more of my money, or recommend their services. I will not even consider using Tire Kingdom or Mavis anywhere, EVER!!!!!!! Beware, especially in Oakleaf! read more

I had a sudden flat tire and called this Tire Kingdom location to get it replaced. They didn't have the tire I needed in stock but were able to order it for me and get it put on the same day. My wait time was very minimal and the waiting room was super comfortable. All staff members I encountered were helpful and courteous. This place is a joke. We made an appointment for 12, arrived at 11:45 to check in and were told our appointment had been cancelled and wasn't in the system. They said they could still take care of us and explained there was one ticket in front of us and that the wait should be about 2 hrs to complete the work. It takes them 2 hrs before they even pull the car in to begin the work. Then we see it get finished in about 45 min and think, ok, we're finished. After watching our car sit in the parking lot for 15 min we go up to ask about checking out only to be told they are still waiting to do the alignment. There's a car in front of us, it should only be another 30 min. Another hr goes by before they even start. Then they get done in about 15 min. We go to check out after waiting 4 hrs for roughly an hour or so worth of work. Then they LOSE our f***ing keys! It takes them another 30 min to find them. The only compensation we were offered was a $20 discount on an $800 bill. Completely ridiculous! After complaining they try and offer a free oil change. Do you really think I'm going to trust you to do an oil change after waiting over 4hrs and losing the keys! read more

This location is new to the Oakleaf area and was definitely needed. Even on their busiest days they provide great customer service. Today I'm in just to get my tire air pressure checked and add air (if needed). They fit me in quickly, between cars and handled it. I was previously here for an oil change and I was out 20 minutes before the end of the time quoted. They didn't 'find' extra stuff wrong and were honest about some work needed. They answered all of my questions in a clear, concise manner and provided a discount on my service. The waiting area is clean and they offer comp. After returning home my husband confirmed I had a nail in my tire. My husband sent me to Tire Kingdom on Argyle in Orange Park. We were happy to know they opened at 7am. I was one of the first customers. The kind gentleman told me it would take 2 hrs. Before my car would be ready. After I confirmed the time, my husband picked me up and I went home and waited. 2 hours later, they called me, my tired was plugged and all the rest of my tires were filled with air. When I returned the gentleman told me my truck was ready, my tires were good and I was good to go. I looked at my balance and it said zero. What an awesome act of kindness!!!! I am so thankful and my prayer is that the person will be blessed with a triple blessing. This really had me in tears and reminded me that this Monday morning tire plunder wasn't meant to frustrate me, it was a test of my patience. It was so unexpected. My experience at this location is exactly why I advise people to research common issues with their cars or find someone they can trust for help. I purchased some parts for a minor issue I was having with my car at the Auto Zone next door but because of my schedule, couldn't find time to fix it. So I put it off for weeks while the parts sat on the floorboard. Eventually, I decide to take my car here to have them repair it and if all went well, I could swing by next door and return the parts I bought and get my $40 back. But after some 45 minutes in their wait room, they tell me I had additional parts I needed to replace. I ask if they could just replace the x (that I went there for) and I'll worry about the y and z later. Nope! "For safety reasons", everything had to be replaced asap. How much for all this? Just under $700. Thought about it and ended up telling them to just piece everything back together like it was and I'll drive my other car. I ended up taking the next day off and doing the repair myself which went faster than I expected. Several months later, my car has been riding fine with no issues. I went to Walmart on Collins Road to get a flat tire fixed on my camping trailer. Not only did the refuse to fix my flat tire because they don't work on trailers they would not help me put my spare on even though I am handicap and had a handicapped sticker. I had to drive slowly on 3 to get help. Tire Kingdom is more than happy to replace 4 camper tires. They treated me fairly and had it finished when they promised. I made an appointment for 1pm today for a tire alignment, a job that should take maximum 2 hours however, when asking the attendant an estimated time they should be done she stated "before the end of the day". That was not a professional answer in my opinion. Around 5pm, I ask the same lady when the alignment will be done. She states that I am the next customer. At 630pm I still do not see my car in the bay so, I ask another person. He explained he saw me waiting and asked the "service manager about my car". He said he knew I had an appointment for 1pm but, they still let plenty of cars ahead of me. I am not sure why an observation is as made, but no action towards pleasing a customer. I thought this would be a simple task that did not take the entire day but, it did. There were a lot of people waiting today. If you are unable to meet the demand of cars hire more people or deny service. Waiting in here until after close was not pleasant especially with a pre-exiting appointment. read more

Simply put, my wife took her 6 month old vehicle for an oil change, they took the oil out but did not put the oil back in.This was the 2nd time btw, the 1st time was the alignment that never got done. Got a quote from one of their people over the phone. $97 per tire, everything included, $60 alignment, $59 repair on my headlight. So why when I get there to pick up my car, my bill is $627.00. Now, I know that the state has a tire disposal fee, there are shop charges, and there is sales tax, but my bill is $97 more than it should be. While I would agree that we needed this shop in Argyle, BUYER BEWARE. If you haven't searched online and read about tire store rip offs, you need to. The sales rep I called after reviewing my bill tried to tell me he actually saved me money. Apparently math isn't something they teach in sales school at Tire Kingdom....or maybe it is. Maybe they teach you how to run away customers, bait and switch them, and sell them things they don't need without discussing it. Informed consent is the way to go, but not with these guys. I returned to the store, asked to speak to the manager (who was off for a week) and did the math in front of them (all the while making everyone in the showroom aware of what they were doing). Their service manager credited me back the difference. Too quickly for my taste. Why do I say that? Because they rip off SO MANY PEOPLE it didn't matter to them. I will take my business back to the guy I've been dealing with across town rather than deal with these guys 1 mile from my new home. They are a sad representation of what has gone wrong with customer service. If they had treated me fairly, I would have gone back, again and again. My rate of 3 stars is generous but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. I spent $650 on new tires and roadside package. I was in a hurry when I picked up my car so I didn't closely inspect my rims. Upon closer examination, I see that there is major residue on all 4 rims. When I tried to see if it would come off, I realize that it's greasy and sticky. I take my car back to Tire Kingdom to get them to do the job right and remove the residue. The employee (maybe the manager) said "Oh that just comes right off...just hose it off" I immediately told him that it doesn't just come off (and he knows it). I have been coming to this location since 2015. So far, service has been great except for the last few visits this year, hence the three stars. The staff is professional, and informative if they find something wrong with my vehicles. With that being said, the last few visits have been a bit under par. First, they have left my Jeep filthy to the point where my hands were noticeably dirty from my steering wheel and shifter. They also dirtied my door panel and floor mat (yes yes yes, floor mats are meant to get dirty but not to the point where it is an issue). A little care for your customers goes a long way. Second, requested maintenance was not performed. As the nerd that I am, when it comes to maintenance of my vehicles, I mark my tires so as to catalog their rotation, since I rotate all five (plus full size spare) of my tires. Needles to say, I noticed that my tires were not rotated. Had to make another appointment so they can complete that service as well as the other things I requested since I did not know if they were completed. The key to the story is know your vehicle at least enough so as not to get swindled. I will give them the benefit of the doubt this time and I hope they correct this as I have informed them of what happened. read more

I was driving home from work when I hit a hole in the road. My tire pressure light came on so I decided to take it to Tire Kingdom. It wasn't until I got out of my car and walked to the tire when I realized the damage was bad. The tire was completely flat. Three Tire Kingdom employees, Tommy, Ed and Josh were standing outside when I pulled into the parking lot. They were all so kind and willing to help me even though they were busy. They were professional, helpful, honest and fast. They showed me the damages that occurred and explained the process of fixing the rim and replacing the tire. Every single person working that evening made my worries go away because they were so kind. I thought I would have to leave my car or come back another day but they were able to squeeze me in. The entire process was less than an hour. I will definitely recommend everyone to go to this Tire Kingdom and will be a customer for life! read more

We came in because of vibration coming from the tires on our back up vehicle. The sales associate showed us that our front driver's side tire was separating, We went inside and he told us our options. We went with the Cooper tires (we have them on our other two vehicles and have been very satisfied) and they had a mail in rebate on the tires. We also purchased an alignment~always should when buying tires~and he found and price matched a competitors price and saved us $20.00. The car is 20 years old and they did find some wear and tear items that needed to be replaced but did not pressure us when we told them that we would have to wait, just provided an estimate so we can try to budget it in when we can. We plan on returning with our other two vehicles when it is time to have them serviced. read more
