Was on hold for a very long time when I called, but they were able to accommodate an appt switch once we did get in touch. Nice front desk guy, vet and vet tech were all very sweet- quickly booked next appt, called us for any issues with our pet and finished everything promptly. I believe the audio was being recorded on an iPad (it's no problem), but no permission was asked beforehand, which is strange since other vets do. In conclusion-- this is a business you HAVE to call to get help, would totally recommend in person service once you are there, would return if needed.

I was pretty sure every groomer I contacted was just gonna roll their eyes at me. But Mariely was AMAZING. She went through her planner to find a day we could make it work despite my crazy schedule. She was also so kind to Byrd, making sure she could lie down and rest the whole time and that her comfort was prioritized over anything else. The whole groom took under 2 hours, which was perfect because Byrd gets so nervous. Her sweet son was with her and when I came down to pick Byrd up, I looked in and saw that she was shaking with fear while getting her nails trimmed (very normal for her, she's anxious) and he reached over and held onto her little body to comfort her while his mom worked. He then got down on eye level to get her attention while his mom finished trimming, helping her grab the tools she needed so she could stay with Byrd. It really warmed my heart how sweet they both were to my dog.

What a wonderful way to support small businesses Liberty…read morestation is our go to spot for walks, restaurants, grocery and now dog wash! I have a large dog and baths at home are not ideal. So, after we paddle board around Liberty station, we always finish with a self wash here at Groomer 19. They have 3 very clean and open self wash tubs. These spacious tubs have all the extra necessities. Towels, shampoo and conditioner and grooming products if desired. I use my own shampoo and have my fluffy pup out of there in 45 mins. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and I usually go during the weekdays to prevent any waiting. I am interested in their grooming services as well. Just haven't tried them yet. From what I gather, their pricing is pretty reasonable. Oh! And they have a good music selection as well.
