Completely remodeled and filled with everything you need for your fur baby. Great unique products, snacks, food and baths. Reasonable prices and centrally located so you can wash your pup after a day at dog beach. Great place to buy a unique Coronado collar for your best friend.

So fresh n so clean leaving wag'n Tails after my 1st visit

I recently took ownership of my friends dogs. She had been battling Gastric cancer and when she went into hospice, her partner decided she was going to surrender their dog to the shelter. And I simply couldn't live w that. He's almost 4 y/o, but new to me. It's been about 10 days and he's adjusting wonderfully. Day 1 I took him, I gave him a batch which he was very nervous of (I was new to him as was the place); though it was a beautiful establishment. He's now book to be neutered, so a bath was needed. YELP never fails me. I found Wag'n Tails pretty close to me. SUUUUUPER cute shop retail and pet food w 2 self service dog wash stations. Different package options. Since my boy is still getting used to his paws and ears being touched I went w a basic wash. He did very well, everything was provided & spared me the clean up of my apartment . We'll definitely be back, as I see alot of beach trips in our future

We were staying at the Hotel del with our adorable little Maltese... Her leash broke. The hotel concierge told us to walk over to wag n tails . And we so appreciated this, they were so friendly we found the cutest new leash that matched her harness, bought her some delicious peanut butter snacks and a couple of stocking stuffers for Christmas. And as we were leaving the girl behind the counter handed us two treats to give our little pup...

    Terrible staff at Coronado Location

*Update: Business owner took full responsibility and investigated after what happened and apologized after finding the situation was as described. Wow great Owner he addressed the issues with his staff you can tell he truly cares about his business and his customers! Many other business owners should learn from him! Thank you Michael! Terrible Customer Service, Monday (yesterday) evening and we had still plenty of time to buy a bunch of supplies for our doggy before closing, but could not because they locked the door prior to closing, even they saw we were getting ready to enter the store, they continued to close the door and putting the closed sign in the windows. If I would be the business owner, I would fire this employees right away, turning paying costumers away because they do not feel like working, that is terrible. On top of that 10 minutes later when we walked by again coming from an other store we saw them still chatting at the register with all light turned off. Terrible employees

Perfect little spot to hit after a day at Coronado dog beach. The shampoo made them so soft and the leave in conditioner had them smelling so good for days. They didn't love it, but I did! Lots of treats for the pups to choose to make it up to them at the end.

Great place to wash your best friend. Able to control the water temperature instead of just freezing cold. It's quiet and perfect for your best friend. Towels, soap, brushes and dryer included in the wash.

    Duke happy with Wag'N Tails!

After playing at the Cornado Dog Beach, Wag'N Tails is a must! They have two self wash baths in the back and they also have a stamp card! The employees are super friendly and they are helpful. Each wash comes with shampoo (regular and dry skin), aprons, combs, towels, and a high powered air blower. At the end of the wash when you're paying, they'll sometimes even give your dogs treats. I've always tried to find self-service dog wash locations but this is definitely the best.

We took our dog to Wag N Tails after a beach day for the self service dog bath. For $25, they give you two towels, dog shampoo, leave in conditioner, tons of options for brushes, apron, blow dryer, and usually a little treat. We were the only one using the dog bath (2 baths total) so we got to take our time. Also got him the cutest nautical collar from here! Tons of options and all were cute!

My Penny loves getting washed here weekly . Friendly staff and nice facility. They have everything you need conveniently here in Coronado.

    Fun at the dog wash

This place was really sweet. They have a little shop where you can buy treats. They supply shampoo and leave in conditioner as well as towels and a little brush for your dogs hair type. There was a lady that helped us and guided us how to clip our dog in and even use the water. Not bad for the price and the tub was at a good height for us and our very large dog.

We went to doggie beach in Coronado and finally got to take Odin to Wag'n Tails to get washed....and let me tell you we LOVED it. It's all about the how welcomed you feel once you walk into the door. The owner takes time to get you and your doggie by name and really is the sweetest lady. She has the best selection of collars and she tries very hard to keep the cost of the collar low - most of the very cute collars are between 15-20 dollars and that's a great price. A couple notes is that there is literally only 2 tubs so on weekends there will probably be a little bit of a wait but it's worth it. The price ($14) for a self-wash includes a selection of shampoos, use of the tub, towels & also use of the dryer. (Conditioner is an extra $2).

Such a cute little dog store/spa I came in here to get some treats for my darling dog. They have many various different types of treats that you can put into a bag for your dog to sample. I got some of those and a doggy donut. This place also carries dog accessories and a little wash area in the back. The people working are super friendly and informative. I will be back the next time we come to Coronado.

It is a huge relief to know that while we are gone, she isn't hiding and sleeping 24/7, sad and depressed. Sadie played with Christine, ate her wet food daily, and posed for photos to send to mom;-). And not only did we get daily photos and texts to update us on Sadie, we also got a few updates and photos on Blue, too! I love traveling but hate leaving Sadie. Finding Christine makes leaving my baby at home a little bit easier. Thank you, Christine!

Now that I no longer live in my old place or in the area, I feel more comfortable writing this…read more Jeremy walked my dog for a few months after I moved to San Diego. He did a fine job, and I didn't have any major issues. My only issue in the beginning was that he told me AFTER our meet and greet that the time clock for walks starts when he walks into the building. I showed him the entrance closer to my place (which is right by the entrance), but he wasn't using that one at first. While I had wished that he communicated this during our meet and greet, I wasn't upset by it after we had established a steady routine. A few weeks/months after I settled into my new job, I had been granted the ability to work from home full time with a few occasional sporadic days in the office. I texted him to tell him that I won't need a walker after a certain date and explained that I'll be WFH. I even told him that I'd still like to reach out on days I'd have to be in-office. Later that day, he called to "ask" me what he did wrong. His tone was extremely confrontational and aggressive. I reiterated that I don't need a walker anymore because my situation had changed. He kept demanding an explanation. Honestly, I felt really put off by this. I had to tell him several times that it's because the situation had changed and it took multiple attempts to get him off the phone. He kept trying to push me because he didn't seem to believe me. Honestly, I don't care if he did. Before this conversation, I probably would have asked him to walk my dog on the days that I'd be in the office, but this made me so uncomfortable. Over the period of several months, he occasionally texted and/or called to ask me if we had any dog walking needs. I didn't answer, but eventually texted him to tell him that we did not. I understand his wanting a "reason" to try to improve. However, I gave him a reason. And even if I didn't, I don't necessarily owe him one to the point where he has to demand one repeatedly.
