Terrible service. The staff didn't have a system. An hour later my order still haven't been delivered. I went back to the cashier showed him my receipt and number. He said he doesn't now what happened to my order but will get on it. Another staff member apologized and said they were remaking burgers all night. This was horrible. I went there today looking forward to trying it for the first time. Was a big fan of the show and always wanted to try the food. First I ordered the double and I was told they do not have doubles only singles. Isn't a double just 2 singles? I just stared at the girl waiting for her to understand but she didn't. Then I ordered fries and a chocolate shake and I was told "We don't have shakes". I'm standing there looking at the damn menu where it says shakes and even asks if you want to add malt to it. She didn't tell me the machine was down, she told me they don't have shakes. Now to the food. The burger did not have hardly any flavor to it. There was not really any of their secret sauce on it. I would say it wasn't better than a Whopper. Very disappointed. The fries were soggy and did not taste like they were made with truffle. I have had truffle fries many times and these were not it. Great spot! Amazing chicken! Burgers are good too. Best thing about this place is coming in and getting helped by the staff working there. My husband and I finally tried Wahlburgers. Our review will be divided in 2. First the QUALITY of the food- we both enjoyed our burgers very much. They tasted delicious, he had the double decker with their thin onion rings. He said the onion rings were nothing special but I did enjoy them. I had a regular cheeseburger with grilled onions and French fries. I very much enjoyed my order. I didn't appreciate after paying $2.50 for grilled onions that they didn't include the regular onions that are normally included. Now our opinion of the size of the burgers- to us they looked like SLIDERS. Yes that's how small they were. So anyway I paid extra just so they can grill my onions. Their fries were great & compared to the onion rings - their fries were better. Now the second part of my review is THE PRICE- which was the game changer. WAY OVERPRICED . I didn't appreciate them not having combo's. I don't regret giving them a chance because I enjoyed the taste of my food. Now my husband could not thoroughly enjoy his food because of the cost and size of the burgers. We gave them a chance because of the brand Walhburgers, but for that reason, it was very disappointing. Oh and lastly Erica who took our order was very nice. I told her it was my birthday and she was great. It seemed like she went out of her way to take good care of us. So in a nutshell, if y'all don't care about cost or size and only quality, then Wahlburgers is for you. read more

We only came here because of all the tv commercials for Morongo. Since it was our first time here we had questions about what was included with the burgers. The lady at the counter act like she didn't care if I ordered or not. After placing my order-she made sure to ask if I wanted to leave a tip upon paying. She gave us a number and we sat down at a table that was sticky and nasty. We moved to another table and it was worst. With no one else in line-we waited almost 20 mins for two burgers and fries. There were five workers behind the counter and in the grill area, talking, laughing and texting on their phones. Our food was brought out to us by a guy who just came in off the casino floor-before doing so-he adjust the French fries on the tray. No plastic gloves nor hand washing. In this age of COVID-19 and MonkeyPox-this was shameful. The BBQ Burger with fries, drink and the Kids Meal was not worth $36. Better tasting burgers at Carl's Jr. or Five Guys for much less. First time trying wahlburgers after years of always seeing it in Vegas ! My mom wanted to come here so we decided to try it today at Morongo and we were super impressed ! We are all pretty picky people, especially with the meat quality. I got a chicken sandwich and my mom and dad both go burgers. Those were all super good and looked homemade and fresh. The chili also looked super homemade and was really great. The fries seemed like they weren't super fresh but were still good. Also shoutout to Isaiah to being very welcoming. We ordered a couple of Our burgers, thin crispy onion rings and the sweet potato tots $38 bucks. # 2 the food was delivered to our table quickly. # 3 the food was hot, but most importantly the food tasted great. Not really understanding some of the poor reviews on here. Yes the food is a little pricey but it's in a casino, what do you expect. Everyone says in-n-out is right outside for a cheaper price but we all know what to expect from in-n-out.. yes it taste great as well but Wahlburgers has a totally different flavor and you can't get the sides or other menu items Wahlburgers has to offer over in-n-out. Love the whalburgs but this place was horrible really expensive to begin and they had a promo of u spend more then 50$ you get a shirt and they say they run out, well you would expect to make it up with something else like a free soda or something no we asked the manager and she had a horrible attitude preety much said no we can't do that.... Did I really get off the Freeway for this??? Sadly, one of the worst Burgers? I have ever had. I ordered the "Our" Burger.... Paul's Choice apparently. They delivered a small burger with a trendy smashed bun that looked only slightly larger than something from White Castle! They gleefully said it came with "Government Cheese". Not sure what that means. Perhaps you pay for something that they have no intention of providing! Saw no cheese! I did see a small piece of wilted lettuce, some pickles, an onion sliver and a small piece of tomato. Supposed to have Paul's "special Sauce" on it too! That must have been under the Government Cheese! And All this for $9..... Awesome! This CAN'T be the product the Wahlberg Posse is looking to put out! Noticed I was treated differently wearing my US Navy hat, sorry for serving your country. I went to purchase a soda today, the cashier said the total was $9.69 when the sign said 3.50. I asked how much was the soda, she said $5 and I asked how did it turn out to $9.69 ? And she responded...taxes are .69 cents...how does that make $5 to $9.69? She shrugged her shoulders and said "that's how it is". Yesterday a different cashier gave it to me for free and today I didn't ask for a free drink, I would've paid, even the $5, until she tried to cheat me $4 extra for a 22oz.?! Hugely disappointed. Drove 35 mins from Palm Springs to visit our first Wahlburgers. Love the show and was expecting something along the lines of a Chili's or TGI Friday's as far as the atmosphere and setting goes, but with amped up food. Nope. Parking was a quarter mile away. Had to hike from the parking lot to the casino. This Wahlburgers is located inside the Morongo Casino itself and is off to one side but essentially, one might say, still on the main floor of the casino. The setup was more like what you find in a food court in a mall in SoCal. And noisy as HELL. Having watched the show for a few seasons, we were expecting much better. The shows often have the brothers scouting potential new restaurant sites and being very picky about locations, the atmosphere, and how those relate to "their brand." If this is what they settle for, well, they have lower standards than I ever imagined. There was a bit of a line when we got there (Labor Day weekend night) but it was moving decently. A quick look at a menu sign along the line seemed to indicate a somewhat limited menu. Wahlburgers has nothing on Chilis for example. Some have said here that the prices are crazy. We didn't see the prices so perhaps we got lucky in that regard. See next paragraph. We were turned off and despite our healthy drive to this place, we hiked back to our car and went back to Palm Springs to go to a burger joint there instead. Won't be going back to this Wahlburgers ever again. And will do a lot more research before trying one at another location in the future. read more

Worse place I have eaten in a long time! Paid 80 dollars for me, my wife and nephew to eat food that tasted like it was from your drunken neighbors bbq. Chicken bites are not chicken bites good luck trying to figure out what they are made of, fried pickles were disgusting as well as the tatter tots that were sitting in an inch of grease. From my initial experience when I ordered the food and food pickup it has been pleasant. The server Klarysa was very prompt and friendly. Even though its inside the casino with lots of noise and a busy ambiance, the overall ambiance in their location was chill and relaxed. I went in and had food ordered to go for my work place over at desert hills outlet. When it came to lunch time I had their house made chili and the Jennys chicken salad which I enjoyed very much. The portion for the chili I feel was very generous. Of some of the orders my associates had was the seared salmon and corn salad and fried pickles, fish crispy sandwich and sweet potato fries and some bbq tater tots all of which was all quite enjoyable. My aunt and I ordered a double cheeseburger fries and a drink. The food was very bland had no flavor no seasoning and not worth the money. The meal cost $25.24 each. The service was cool and the atmosphere was good. I enjoyed sitting in the good times bar listening to music and hearing all the announcements made from the man that stood at the top of the bar. We went to Walburgers at 12:30 on a Tuesday and we were the third, fourth and fifth persons in the restaurant. Service was pretty quick since they were not busy. We received three orders of Tater Tots ($5.95 each) first. Our individual burgers came shortly afterwards. I ordered the Bacon BBQ Burger ($12.95). The meat had a very good flavor with a small amount of a flat top crust on it. The meat also was perfectly cooked and not runny juicy bur juicy nonetheless. My only complaint is that the hamburger (for $13.00) was the size of a grocery store 8 pack hamburger bun size. Speaking of grocery store hamburger buns that what these looked like. You know, when the buns are connected to others, and you have to pry them apart leaving a blemish on the edges of the bun. They couldn't give me a brioche bun that would make this burger look closer to the price point that they charge. The 20 oz drink was priced at $4.95 and included free refills. read more

At the Morongo Casino and decided to try out the newly opened Wahlburgers. It was around 5pm and there was a huge line so waited in line for at least 35 mins before getting to the cashier. When I got to the cashier, I was made to wait another 7 or so minutes for the cashier to get coins, open the wrappers, and do some other things before I could even place my order. Finally ordered and was wanting to order the Crispy Fried Pickles starter but they didn't have any. Seems like poor management when you don't have something in your menu. So opted to order sweet potato tots, Double Decker burger, and the Crispy Fish to go! After getting my order and taking it to my destination, I was annoyed to find that my order was wrong and they didn't give me my Crispy Fish as I ordered but got a Crispy Chicken Sandwich which was very bland. The tots were good and the Double Decker was fair. Management needs to have both cashiers opened especially on a Saturday Night to serve the crowd and also make sure all ordered are processed correctly since they seemed to be checking in dining orders when I was at the service counter. Need more streamlining to get the operations in order and check the quality of food because not the best dining experience in regards to taste and value since it quite pricey! read more

Terrible, we went there and not only waited 20 minutes to put an order in, we waited 45 minutes never received our order just got a refund and left! The hole kitchen was a cluster. An embarrassment. People were getting refunds waiting for their order for 45 minutes wait staff bring out food that they didn't even know where or who it went to, the best part is they were still taking orders! If I could give them 0 stars I would! The absolute worst thing of all could not even judge the food itself cause the kitchen was such a mess they didn't know what ticket or order they were even on!
