This was my first time at this location - it's pretty nice and has a lot of space! My second time at a Wake n Bakery overall and I still can't put my finger on if the drinks actually make me feel anything. Both times I had them I also had liquor in my system so it's very hard to tell. The drink itself is tasty though but VERY pricy. I'll have to come back again to give an honest review on product.

wake-n-bakery is one of my favorite places to stop by when i visit chicago! they have an incredible range of items including muffins, brownies, rice krispies, lemonade, coffee, tea, and more. i appreciate the variety when it comes to the infused products-- the perfect dosage exists for everyone. service is always pleasant and efficient. the overall energy and design of the space is artsy and fun. i highly recommend people come here and try the products!

I loooooove this place when I'm looking for a good treat and want to have a chill day! The service is always amazing and the atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxed. I've sat there, enjoyed my drinks, and colored using what they had in house and I've had times where I'll just shop and go. Absolutely love this location tho, it's always a vibe.

Get some treats that aren't just "half baked." If wanting some baked goods made with a little THC, you can find plenty from here. Wake-N-Bakery has a few locations, including this one in River North. More than just the pot brownies of course. The prices are pretty high on most things, but getting high comes at a price. Before you go, know these aren't ordinary baked goods. It's also got that THC oil mixed into stuff. This gives you quite a buzz when eating these. Bad things are the prices. It's about $15 to get something. Got the Vegan Red Velvet cupcake. Mostly the cake part didn't taste anything different than a regular one. The icing had a lot of the oily taste though. Cupcakes and lots more to get with a little bit extra. It's a sweet place to get high. There's even a few things for vegans.

we stumbled upon this after seeing the starbucks reservation line wrapped around the corner but i'm so glad we did (we came twice in a week)! service and ambiance was amazing! edibles, pre-rolls, infused drinks and mostly important coloring books are all in this piece of heaven. non infused treats are an option as well. glad we find this gem while visiting chaco, will definitely add to my list when coming again

The cafe was so cute inside and the vibes and aesthetics were on point. They sold a variety of drinks and you can choose to get them infused or not. The price of the normal drinks are around $5 but ofc however much you add depends on how much you will be paying. I think I got the highest dosage and my boyfriend got the 2nd lowest I believe. Edibles and infusions don't usually work for me because I have a high tolerance when it comes to it but I will say. I felt A LITTLE something, and I was actually shocked because I really didn't have any intentions on feeling anything. The drink I ordered was so good too. I definitely recommend

I've seen several of these bakeries in selected cities but the team at Wake N Bakery are amazing. So friendly and patient. They have all the information. Be curious and ask questions. It can be confusing and what is super nice is that they can explain it. There's no judging either. Super impressed with the service, quality of products, and it's lit inside

Came in from Michigan. They did not disappoint. There is a variety of items from Teas to Pastries. Loved that we were acknowledged coming in the door. Played back vibe, with a good music selection.

Lucked up on this business one evening while walking the streets of Chicago. Definitely made that visit to Chicago memorable. Good service and options. You can purchase infused or non infused items. Plan to visit again on my next visit since I received a coupon.

They have 5 floors were the fifth floor is their rooftop restaurant but there were no open tables. Staff mentioned they get several large groups. There's a pretty cool escalator that can be taken up with each floor being unique. The first floor will find their gift shop and cafe. The gift shop staff at register were excellent. They were very friendly and talkative. Def it made it more pleasant. This is also were I believe they have their coffee bean demos. The second floor had a cafe and express pizza - food to go order no alcohol. I ordered their ube iced latte with coconut milk was excellent and the cup was unexpected and cute souvenir. They did not have the affogato though it was listed in their paper menu. It's a little confusing to order. Also tried their whiskey barrel donut. This was a bit too sweet for me but not bad. Their 3rd and 4th floor I wish I would have seen before ordering on second floor. There they have flights, I would have liked to try their flights specifically their martini one. I'm only here for a short time of time allows May come back for that's Their 5th floor seems to be their most popular but they didn't have any openings aside being midweek to try. There is a small market doenstairs with easy to grab pre prepared meals and wines as well as other snacks and beverages as well as trinkets and souvenirs. Since everything in the store is pretty expensive, I don't really purchase much. I have other family members gift a meal or two for me which was eggplant parmesean and I have to say that it was pretty tasty. The portion size i think is generous as well though it did make me really sleepy and nearly almost put me in a coma Nonetheless, it was pretty delicious. They have a wide variety of other goods to choose from as well downstairs. When you take the escalator or elevator to the upper floors, there are dry goods such as breads, tomato sauces, cheeses, bread, and much much more. The wine wall was pretty spectacular as well amd they divided the wines by region. The other part of the store has a stand alone restaurant towards the back which was packed. They also had these stations woth an open concept kitchen so you can see the chefs cooking as well as the bartenders preparing drinks. That was fun to witness as I walked by. It was very hustle bustle and they had one lounge style sit down eatery with waiters and another casual restaurant in the back with waiters. I highly recommend it if you have not gone. I think it's a Chicago must do!

It was early Sunday afternoon, and we were too large a group to arrive without calling ahead. You walk up a lovely old half-flight of stairs under an ornate ceiling. After a short wait, half of our party went elsewhere, and the remaining four of us were quickly seated. The front area is mainly a café, with maybe 10 seats at tables for two. Farther back is a hallway and a larger room with seating in booths and at high-tops for maybe 40, and maybe 6 more at a small bar. The staff is quick and friendly. The food is delicious and fresh and hot! And the music is loud and festive :-) We had the thin-cut savory palomillo steak, a generous serving, pounded to tenderness, served with classic wet black-beans and white rice, sweet soft platanos maduros plantain pieces, and some greens and tomato. We had a lovely colorful medium-sized Mojo Shrimp in tart garlic citrus mojo sauce, with sateed red onion crescents, tomato chunks, and parsley. And we had the huge slow-cooked tender shredded-beef Ropa Vieja pressed sandwich, sauced lightly with slightly-tangy creole sauce, served with platanos maduros and black beans.
