I visit this Wal-Mart often. It's not open as late as I would expect a Wal-Mart to be open; however, I suspect this is due to the neighborhood. Although it's not in a bad neighborhood there are a lot of solicitors wandering in the parking lot at all times. Lately, security has been more prevalent. The security truck drives around the parking lot at least to give a false sense of security. This Wal-Mart also has issues with not having bags at times. Since the State of California enforced the 10 cents ruling, it is important that all grocery stores and grocery chains maintain a steady inventory of plastic bags available to patrons. This Wal-Mart habitually runs out of plastic bags, which can be an inconvenience if you're me and you forgot a few in your truck. My all-time favorite woe at this Wal-Mart is simple items like Dove soap and women's razors being locked up inside of the hard plastic containers. Forget about it! If I need an item and it is locked up in one of those plastic containers, I will gladly give my business to another store. Or even go to the Wal-Mart off Bear Valley Road where their Dove soap is not being held, hostage. Not only is it an inconvenience for the customer when we have to wait for a very long time for a Wal-Mart employee to unlock the container, or if it is behind glass, to unlock the glass. It is also humiliating. I have not witnessed any crime at this Wal-Mart. I'm not sure if this particular Wal-Mart does it as a preventative measure or the after the result of a crime. Either way, it is unsettling. I won't say that this is the worst Wal-Mart that I have ever been to but it is not the greatest Wal-Mart. read more

This place is awful the store is a mess there is literally crap and urine on the bathroom floors and the employees don't care . Expanding on the employees they are the worst I've ever had the misfortune of running across theyjust don't care I waited 10 mins for someone to open the liquor cage .....no one came even after flagging down 3 employees s hell the last one flat out ignored me, same went for the cloth and seeing area I needed some cloth for a costume waited for 20 mins pressing the button no one came!!!.... I flagged down 4 employees no one helped and two just said this is not my department sorry and walked away, I yelled out can you call someone the replied no and kept walking . This place is terrible I ended up walking out not buying a thing because they wouldn't help me get anything I needed. This place is absolutely ridiculous!! No matter what time you go here, there is absolutely no one there that will assist you. Every single time we come here, we are waiting no less than 30 mins at the liquor cabinet. There will be tons of workers walking around and going back and forth, but no one dares to stop and help or even ask if theres something they can help with. I understand that it's just liquor, but the fact that there is absolutely no customer service here is really sad. I do not recommend that you come to walmart if you want to be treated like a human being. And to make matters worse, the management is the absolute worst! We went directly to them and let them know we needed a cabinet opened up. They acted like they were gonna send help but just continued on about their business. read more

horrible store and very poor management. most of the time managers are fighting with associates and thinking they are superior and proceed to do nothing . they have everything locked up and if you come here prepare to wait 20 minutes for a item. most of the leads and coaches have the keys and they for some reason take all the keys and don't give them to employees so are they not tryna sell? i can keep going but just stay away. also they don't clean items very dirty . i seen mutiple times they put dirty items with clean ones read more

Wal-Mart can't demand your receipt at the door. It is an unreasonable search, especially if employee SEES you check out. When asked for my receipt, I asked why. Employee yelled at me and told me she hoped karma bit me in the butt. I am an elderly, retired schoolteachet! Unacceptable! read more

"They're trying..." this WalMart has a diverse population to serve and employees of all different backgrounds. I've never run into anyone that was rude. Great job?employees; however, for the amount of minorities this Walmart serves why isn't there more variety? This is corporate related complaints - that probably don't make it past management. That's why I usually shop elsewhere. Also, if shopping for children; toys are broken or either missing when purchased. This is a YEAR-ROUND issue. Good and typical Walmart. Some employees, though, are quite clumsy. While checking out, one employee damaged the item, I was purchasing. I had to tell that person to cancel the item, after it was damaged. In addition, I had to repeat myself twice. However, this happened in 2017, so things might have changed. So for that experience, I am giving them a four star rating! read more

False advertising. I Was searching online for a product for this exact store. I found my product showing half off the price. Once again this was on walmart.com at this specific store. This is not my neighborhood walmart. I did have to drive out of my way to pick this up because it was "in store purchase only". When I went to check out the full price was scanning. I explained and even pulled out my phone looked it up and showed them the listed price on sale. They could not help me so I waited 30 minutes in the customer service line only to have the same problem. All I was told was that it wasn't coming up that same price on their end and what their website was saying on my phone was wrong. I asked to speak to a manager and went through the whole thing again showing them step by step starting from a google search to their website to the product showing the sale price with my phone. Her answer was initially "some other Walmarts have different prices". I showed her that it was at that store and showed her the address. Her final answer was you have to be on the walmart app and not walmart.com to have the correct store prices. So in other words walmart.com false advertise but not the walmart app at this location. My words fell on deaf ears and I was not granted the advertised price. Apparently management in the costumer service department either has no common sense about how false advertising works or simply didn't care about all the trouble I went through at the cost of a online price mistake her store made read more

I would prefer to have not given any stars for this store for they don't deserve it. on 11/18/18 I went to Walmart, I seen an item, which was an as seen on TV power quick pot! this item was placed on a shelf of two rows priced at $19.77 with no other price tag under the item or on any of the other shelf's that they were stacked on, but next too them was three shelf's stacked with Farberware XL indoor fryer on every shelf under the item marked as $119.77, NEVER was this price marked anywhere near or under the power quick pot, the only displaying price for this item was $19.77. I saw an employee & got her to see it to make sure I wasn't wrong! I also took several pictures of this. I got one of the items & took it too the cashier, I brought this too her attention of the price. she got a manager Jullian who verified this as well as another employee by the name of Elijah verified it to be correct, but Jullian needed her manager to override it, so she went to Jose Acevedo the store manager who told her she could only give me $10 off. I talked to Jose myself needing an explanation why he would honor the price! Jose had no valid reason why he wouldn't, I also reminded Jose that this becomes a price verification issue & that your regulated by weights Measure's! Jose shrugs his shoulders as if he knew it without saying it! I asked Jose so your just simply saying "NO"? Worst Wall Mart ever. Was very ill with fever, plus much more health issues...and went with disabled daughter to get OTC meds. We may look normal, but we have major health issues. This was over the 10th time we were approached by pan handlers. Could not even put brake on my old car ready to blow up any day now on in parking lot and women knocked on my car window blocking it asking for money. She would not leave and seemed to not understand how ill I or my daughter was and the fact that we were also poor, out work, and hard up for money. Also, over 20th time had to wait forever in long lines. If you have health issues, don't shop here. I almost passed out many times because the lines are so long. I also saw 2 young teenage girls laughing and playing all over with one, the last disabled, motorized cart and almost crashed into us when my friend who has cancer and severe polio in leg was cut off many times by people and he was forced to walk in pain in the store. The staff and shoppers are so rude and inconsiderate here. Will never go here again. read more
