Almost ten years ago we bought a condo as an investment to rent out. It had grey carpet that looked dirty and worn out. I assumed that we would replace it. But somebody told me about Sam at Wall to Wall. And he brought it back, it was amazing! We did replace it because the new renter did not like the color and offered to split the price! I was referred to Wall to Wall by my brother and his Gf. I called up Sam and he was able to schedule me in with ease. I told him that i was expecting a baby and he reassured me that all the cleaning material he used would be safe for the baby. He gave me a flat fee and told me that their is no secret fees when he comes to clean the carpet, which was true. Sam and his partner was able to do our condo so quickly and and our carpet has never looked cleaner! He also gave us tips on how to take care of stains in the future. Our property management company hired Wall to Wall to clean the carpet in our rental home after we vacated the property. I received the invoice and was taken aback by the high price since I felt the carpet was left in very good condition. I called my property manager to discuss my concerns and was then contacted directly by Sam, the owner of Wall to Wall. We discussed the pricing and the situation and came to an understanding. Sam agreed to refund a portion of my money that both him and I felt was fair. Although I cannot speak on the quality of the cleaning, I must commend an honest business man that wants to do right by his customers. Sam cares very much for his customers and did the right thing. Since they run special promotions that are more reasonably priced for me, I will highly consider using his company in the future for my own needs to support a fair small business owner! read more

I am actually quite shocked at the lack of professionalism this business has portrayed. They claim to be a family business, but leaves me with the question "who raised you?" I scheduled to have my home cleaned on a Saturday and was told they would arrive somewhere between 11a and 2pm. I actually left work early to make sure I was there by 10:30a and sat idly by until 2pm. At 2:05 I called to get an ETA. I was very understanding as I know they could've easily been backed up. I got the answering machine and left a message. At 3 p.m., when no one still had arrived and there was no courtesy call or returned call, to say I was a little bit annoyed is an understatement. I had a family emergency I needed to take care of but was standing by my commitment to be there during the times I had reserved. Just like they have a cancellation policy you must honor if the time doesn't work out for you, they should have one where they compensate the customer as well. I called at 3 and once again left a voicemail. I never heard from Wall to Wall again. I called Monday and still keep getting voicemails. I wanted to talk to them before I wrote a review but it seems 3 full business days and 5 days after the missed appointment is enough time to make the judgement that this business lacks integrity and professionalism. I gave up time and I gave grace when I wasn't given the service I was promised. Don't waste your time, find a business with more reliability and good character. read more

I would not hire this company!! They came to our rental to clean our tile which was only about 250 sq feet and charged $365 after a 10% discount, which would of been fine had they not cracked the toilet valve which leaked for 2 days before we re entered the rental. By then the water had leaked into the master bedroom and hallway causing a ton of water damage!! The worst part was I called to inform them so they can try to be more aware of what they are doing and I got accusations that I am the one that must of did it because he knows for a fact he didn't!! No one has been in the home since he left. It's a no brainier. I wasn't asking for money or anything I just wanted them to know what happened and he (Sam) got super nasty and defensive!! The owner is always friendly and efficient and his wife Tammy is always customer service focused. I had to cancel 3x before my appointment today due to my hectic life (I'm a foster parent and you never know what may happen). Not only did they have no problems rescheduling me, they totally understood that I was busy and that life happens. The owner came in with his new worker (a veteran) and did an amazing job.
