My dad tried to stand up for the kid but the guy claimed that "he needs to learn his lesson." The guy also denied my little brother a chocolate milkshake because they were understaffed (again, there were only 3 parties seated out of the entire restaurant). They used to get lines out the door but now the place is so empty (for good reason). Please don't eat here and instead, support other restaurants that actually deserve service :(

His grandmother had 2 restaurants in Greenville. His mother is a fixture in the community, living through the Dixie fire and coming back to rebuild her life. Now she'll bury her husband there. If you're going to advertise something as a specialty item, I feel like it should at least come close to what's described. It's supposed to be a spicy, gourmet hot dog with grilled jalapeños, tomatoes, and a pickle. Mine had less than a spoonful of jalapeños, maybe half a slice of tomato, and no pickle at all. The bun also split open and most of what little toppings there were ended up falling out. I'm honestly pretty disappointed, especially since it's a long drive for me to get up there. I also expected the food to be better considering it's part of Highland Ranch Resort, but the quality between the two is pretty night and day. I'll probably still stop in because there really isn't anything else convenient in the area and it is a beautiful spot, but for now I think I'll just stick with the beer and tots.
