Lastly, we were provided with complimentary bottled water by the cashier as we exit the parking facility. I have used wallypark so many times in the past with no problems. Now that they have everything automated, I will never use them again. I was stuck at exit for a half hour bec the computer couldn't find my reservation to let me leave. It let me in but wouldn't let me leave. Employees came to help but still wouldn't let us leave until they figured it out. This "protocol" was unnecessary, as my credit card had been charged for my time in the lot. So we sat at the exit, locked in, while they tried to figure it out over the phone. This even after I showed my receipt showing my credit card had been charged. Never again, wallypark. read more

Once again, Wally Park customer service has disappointed. Trying to get a refund for a reservation that I canceled and am getting the runaround. I had to change the times and now they are telling me I made two reservations when I only altered the first one and then cancelled that one. I am out $59.11. Have called repeatedly and they keep coming back with an incorrect explanation. I liked parking there as it has a cover but you can never get satisfaction if there is a problem. read more

My wife and I have been using Wally Park Jax for some years now. Though the last two years has been difficult on all businesses, Wally Park has always strived to continue service for its customers through these times. The drivers are always friendly and considerate though dealing with impatient and hard to please customers at times. They are not the company they once were. Today i waited 50 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up returning to Jax international airport. During that time 6 USA Park shuttles made pickups. We called the number to be picked up, we received a voice message that the call can't go through due to the called person not picking up. So then we sent a text. While in the van, the phone rings and rings, the driver doesn't pick up. No one working at the garage. We pay and per our receipt we're charged a 10 percent privilege fee of $17.91, our parking fee fir 8 days was $89.55. No explanation on the receipt, their website and the phone number on the receipt is not a valid number. Called another number and after several prompts all I could do is leave a voicemail. The driver of bus#10 at 2pm on 25 May did not help me with the bags. Then when I was still standing to take off my backback, he drove away knocking me to the floor. No apology. At all. Then I called the office on Tuesday after Memorial Day to complain to the manager. I was told to call back. Unbelievable. So then I went to their website and filed a complaint. A full week now and no reply. Nothing! So guess how much of my money they're going to get in the future? None. Too bad because most of the people there are nice. But no way I'm going to support a company that treats people this way. NO WAY. I booked a Wally Park reservation online, and then read reviews on Yelp which almost made me cancel the reservation! I went ahead and stayed with Wally Park, and I have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience. When I pulled into the covered lot, the van was there and followed me to my parking spot. The driver, Joy, was wonderful. She's well named. Personable, engaging , and thoughtful. I returned this evening and used the text number. The van was there in under a minute. And, again, it was Joy picking me up! It was an incredibly stress free, lovely experience. read more

If you like getting off the plane and waiting over 20 minutes for a shuttle pick up while every other parking facility has numerous shuttle come and go, then this is the place for you. Their facilities are nice. But there are no humans other than the shuttle drivers to talk to. And the shuttles are very, very slow both ways. read more

First Time My wife, my sister and I were taking a week long trip to Canada lat month and I discovered WallyPark thru Google. This was a GREAT find for me as 1. We had a 7:00am flight 2. We were going to be gone for a week 3. They had a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes So I booked my spot on line. The entire area is covered parking so the car and the 3 of us stayed DRY because YES it's Florida and it was raining the morning of our flight. When the shuttle picked us us and loaded our luggage the driver gave me a car indication the number to call on our return AND the exact location of my car. After a week in Canada we flew back to JAX, called the number, got picked up and driven and dropped off at my car. I had already pre-paid on line so exiting the Park was a snap. FYI WallyPark will wash your car and have it waiting for you on your return-for an extra fee of course. My car was dry, it was cool inside because of the overhead roof. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. This place is horrible. When we got there, there was only one driver picking ppl up and taking them to the airport. Same thing when we got back! Several airlines land at the same time and they have ONE driver! And he's the person that checks u out too so that means at the airport we waited 35 min for him to come after we got outside! The past couple times I parked here was superb, but my third time, not so much. The saying is, "third time's the charm" but this time, it was far from that. Check in was smooth and I got the valet as normal. Reserved a spot online since that's the easiest way possible. We were shuttled off to the airport, staff was friendly, and we were off. Going to our destination was a breeze, but our trip back was a mess. Upon arrival Monday morning around 4:20 AM, I texted WallyPark for the shuttle to come. Beit we were supposed to arrive at 11:11 but we were delayed big time. Last WallyPark stay, the staff advised it was fine if we were late or early, just call or text and they'll arrive as normal. We were wrong. 10 minutes past, we got antsy and texted again. Nada. Waited 10 more minutes - zip. Called WallyPark about 5 Times, no answer. Upon waiting about a total of 35 minutes, a shuttle arrives and quickly scooped up a gentleman that literally arrived a minute before shuttle arrival. Maybe he had connections to be picked up right away? Anyways, we were exhausted to say the least. The ride back was silent, and the driver barely spoke 3 words. Upon arrival, my car was waiting as normal, gave the man a $10 tip since he did not have change, and he didn't seem appreciative at all. When driving off, we asked the lady at the gate if they were open 24hrs since no one answered the phone nor a shuttle came and picked up us. All she said was, "we normally don't have flights this morning." Service back was horrible this go around. Maybe I'll give them one more chance? STOP and read this before you park here! This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had! After flying all day trying to get out of Denver in a bad snow storm, we finally arrived in Jacksonville at 12:15am! We got our bags and I text Wally Park as they suggested. We walked outside and there was a Wally Park Van. We ran up to the van and the driver said he was full and to proceed to pillar #1. We walked over to pillar #1 and there was at least 30 people waiting! Most of them I asked was waiting for the next Wally Park van. Long story short after waiting an hour as it was now 1:30 am still waiting for a ride. There was only 1 driver! We caught a cab to go 1 1/2 miles to Wally Park! If i can save 1 person from this painful experience it was worth me writing this review. I would like to say...you get what you pay for! The truth is they are over priced too! read more

I read the reviews before going to WallyPark so I wasn't sure if the experience was going to be good or bad. I dread parking at the airport and this is a great option. The parking is completely covered with plenty of spaces. As soon as I got there the bus was right there to pick me up. They helped me with my bags and dropped me off at my airline. This review is directed toward the Wally Park Management. This review is more in line with 2.5 stars. Drivers that reserve a spot give you a drop off and pick up date and time. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure you have sufficient buses and drivers running pick up to accommodate your business. We arrived at the airport pick up and 4 USA Park buses had stopped for pick up before one Wally Park bus stopped. Once the driver arrived he said, "I'll try my best to fit as many as I can." I asked him to quickly call dispatch to send another bus as there are many more than he could fit. Also, many older people with temps in the 90's waiting outside. Not great business at all. One couple said they called the office and were informed, "we are busy." On our bus another driver got in to avoid the heat before their shift started, I mentioned the issue and they said, "we are trying to hire more drivers." That statement spoke volumes. This ends our business with Wally Park. Many more options to choose and you are no longer one we will use. read more

Used the Wally Park @ Jacksonville, FL for the first time for 12 days. Was skeptical but decided to try it out, since JAX airport parking prices have gone through the roof, in the last five years. We like to park under a covered location so had been using one of the JIA daily areas that started out @ $8/day years ago and, in the last 15 years, kept creeping up until it is now $17.95/day....so went looking for cheaper covered location. Wally Park fit the bill but never used it before. Used an online pre-pay option to reserve a slot. Had a very early departure so dropped the car off around 0430...place was packed but found an empty spot near the entrance. Noone working but signage said, place ticket on dash and wait to be picked up. We were wondering what to do next, when a Wally Park shuttle showed up within a couple of minutes, to pick us up at our spot. Driver gave us a ticket and wrote our parking spot number in it. Got dropped off, at the airport, within minutes of parking there. Check! We were happy customers. Returned, after 12 days. Got luggage and found Wally Park shuttle sitting outside arrival baggage area, within 50 feet of exit. Hopped on board, gave driver our parking spot ticket and within 5 minutes, we were dropped off right in front of our vehicle! Check! Wow! We were ecstatic customers! We didn't have to drag our luggage to the daily parking garage in 97 degree heat! Talk about happy! Our final experience was leaving and checking out with the cashier @1445 on 31 May. Since we pre-paid, we handed her the email receipt. She said, "Where is your ticket?"...no smile...no "how was your experience question"... my husband said, "The driver took our ticket"... (after 12 days away, we forgot about the one on the dash). She said, "No he didn't."...with no other explanation....and just "looked" at us. I realized she wanted the ticket we get, when arriving, and started looking for it in my purse (still forgot about the dash thing...it was our first time there). After scrambling through every zippered pocket there was and still not finding it....while she just continued to stare with no explanation...my husband remembered the dashboard ticket. Issue resolved and we were allowed to leave! I would have given our first experience 5 stars except the cashier dampered it. She wasn't rude...just an unhelpful employee. read more

on arrival at the wally park lot van was right at our car. He pulled out of lot before we could even open the door. Van was full and It was the only van running at 5;15 am. we waited 15 min before he came back and then 10 for him to pick up all other riders. I felt sorry for the driver he was only person there. Said other driver called out. Very inconvenient when you plan on 15 min to get to airport not 30. Had to wait 40 minutes to be picked up an arrival back in JAx Again only one driver Paid in advance for parking then would not honor it and made us pay again. Because it was a saturday not manager was their. After arguing with the rude cashier we paid to get out. Have been trying to get in touch with someone for a refund and can only leave a message. DOUBLE CHARGING CUSTOMERS!!!! Do NOT use this parking lot! I prepaid for my reservation (entered the correct departure & return dates and time, prepaid for the correct amount of time). When I attempted to leave I was told that I "wasn't charged enough" as "the system had messed up." Even though I had a receipt that I showed the cashier, it was NOT honored & I couldn't leave with paying AGAIN!!! 2 phone calls and an email of complaint to the JAX general manager were NOT returned. For certain things - like airport parking and rental cars - I tend to be a very loyal customer. However when the website of the place I usually park was experiencing issues, WallyPark stepped up to save the day. Like Brian B. mentioned it was like magic how quickly the shuttle just appeared ready to take us to the airport. The driver that morning who was coming to the end of his shift - as he had worked the overnight - was still as cheerful as he probably was at the start of his shift. Pick up when we returned was a breeze. Since we had flown the redeye, impressing me was going to be hard, but they certainly did. When we called to let them know we were there, they said we had just missed the shuttle but another one was on the way. They weren't kidding - it was already there by the time we got to the pole. Checkout was simple with the drive thru window and the offer of tea or water for the drive home was just what our parched throats needed. Me and my husband were taking a cruise out of Jacksonville. We choose wallypark to save some money. Plus we wanted to have some shelter since there was a possible storm that could hit around there. Getting to the boat was fine but coming back was the worst experience. There was only one bench where you have to wait to be picked up for a massive amount of people. They only had two shuttles going and they do not only go to the cruise area but to the airport. When we got to the pickup area there was a long line. We waited for quite awhile (was not paying attention at that point) for the first bus to show. The bus that got there, filled up and it barely touched the line. He said another one would be there in 15 min. So 45 mins went by and still no bus. Someone there calls them to ask them if anyone was coming. The person in line who made the call said the person who answered the phone was snippy, rude and said they were on their way. So well after an hour standing there with no where to sit another bus finally shows up. At this point everyone in line is furious. The guy comes out and ask in a surprise tone, are all of you here for wallypark? All of us in unison screamed, yes. The first driver really packed in every person he possibly could. But the second one goes, I drive too fast I won't put that many people in it. He cut us off and said another one was coming, which sucked since we were next in line, so now we had to wait for another bus. Again he said, in 15 min. To his credit, this time was accurate. We were all pretty angry at this point tho, now having been out there for over two hours in total. And we were one of the early ones to get there. The line was massive even after we left, who knows how long it took all those people to get to their cars. You would think the drivers would be apologetic if this is was not a normal occurrence and actually cared about this ridiculous wait time. The one guy was very fast and loaded everyone up but was not even a little sorry. I was extremely angry and all it would have taken was just a little sympathy for the delays. Maybe this is not the norm, IDK, but it was terrible and you would think a person with any customer service skill would apologize. It would have diffused some of my anger and I would not be here ranting. I will never use these people again. My next cruise I will pay the extra money to park at the port so I can get in my car and go. read more

So so may use again I chose the online reservation, easy and fast. When I should up for my reservation, valet, I stood there for awhile and finally tracked a employee down. They said someone is in their way. Another 10 mins went by. The person showed up asking me for my keys was in street clothes, no indication she worked there. I had to get her confirmed by a known employee. My car was washed a day before I dropped it off and when I picked it up it had sprinkler like dry spots all over it and it was filthy. I don't think I would park at any of the other sketchy looking lots around the airport because this one is a step above. I'd say the best off-site airport parking in Jax. They did replace my previous favorite in Park Space but I'll forgive them. Speed- anytime I park the shuttle is behind me before I even get out of the car. Only a 2 minute ride to the airport from here. And when I land I never wait more than 10 minutes for the shuttle, no need to call ahead. Price- it's about $9 a day for covered parking which is much better than the $15 or so you pay at the airport. Also thy have a rewards card to get a free day every 10 days or so. read more

We travel regularly and had an annual parking plan with a competitor who abruptly closed - while we were away and our car was there. After lots of back and forth, they finally agreed to move our car to Wally Park. They have been kind enough to offer a nice discount to customers of the defunct company - temporary, but still nice. Then, lo and behold, the van driver who drove us to the airport, Aydyn, was previously a driver for the old company, and he actually remembered our name! We enjoyed him at his previous job and are delighted we have crossed paths again - courteous, friendly, and prompt. Great customer service - go Wally Park! read more

This is the worst managed facility!! If you need any sort of issues solved the manager is the only one who can fix it and they are NEVER there nor do they return any messages. I am a monthly parker and I needed to update my payment because my credit card on file had expired. I called 6 times and left 6 messages and went into the office 3 times. I even emailed the corporate offices in Los Angeles. On lucky #7 the manager was there to update the account. Now several months later the entrance/exit card isn't working and I've been waiting 2 weeks to have someone either fix it or call me back. I have had two requests for refunds due to incorrect charges since August 24th. As of tonight, November 23rd, I have received no communication, despite several attempts to do so. I even created a work ticket solely for the purpose of trying to get a response from someone. If you park here and travel goes as planned, using your phone to get into their facility, you will have no problems. If you experience any issue with pay of service, give up, you will not get helped. They are entirely too automated and lack the personnel to handle any concerns from their customers. I would recommend parking somewhere else. read more

I received a confirmation email immediately, but after a week never received a reply concerning my question, sent another message, still waiting for a response. For several years, we used a surface lot at JAX where we met a very pleasant and accommodating shuttle driver Aydyn. When we learned that Aydyn had pursued a better opportunity at WallyPark we moved to WallyPark with him. We are very pleased with the covered parking at WallyPark as we keep our car there for months at at time. WallyParks' shuttle service at the airport is much more frequent than our previous lot and as luck would have it we are usually greeted by Aydyn's smiling face upon our arrival to Jax, a great start to our stay in Amelia. PS. Aydyn knows our car is there for months so he always waits to make sure it starts, otherwise he would fetch the battery starter. This was the first time I have ever used a company like this, I only live about 15-20 minutes from Jacksonville Int., so I usually have a friend or family member take me to the airport. However, while my wife was on a business trip in NY, she became Ill and had to go to the hospital, so I had to fly out on a moments notice, on the first flight I could find at 3:00 am, so I was forced to use a parking service. After being in NY for 6 days while my wife was recovering, the shuttle service dropped me off at my car, I got in to leave and my battery was dead! I walked to the office and asked if I could get someone to give me a jump so I didn't have to wait an hour plus for AAA, or call a friend at 11:30 P.M., and they were more than happy to help, they had a jump box, and two minutes later I was on my way home. I hate airport parking, and always avoid having to deal with it, BUT this place may have just changed my mind (or I might just make it a point to fly out of here from now on, even if it is 5 hours away haha). I went ahead and had made my reservation online and prepaid so I wouldn't have to deal with some piece of paper on the dashboard I'd inevitably lose. It was packed, but I found a parking spot pretty quickly. As soon as I parked, the shuttle was right behind me and the shuttle driver was stepping out to ask if I needed help with my bags. I only had a small carry on so I smiled and said no thank you. The driver was the sweetest, most attentive man ever! There was one other person inside the shuttle and she also agreed with me. We were both left speechless at the level of customer care we received. Slight hiccup was I somehow deleted or erased my email with the prepaid information, so when I got back, I knew this was going to be a headache to sort. It took the lady 5 MINUTES, if that, to find my reservation in the system and sorted everything, all while asking about my trip. LITERALLY BLOWN AWAY by this specific WallyPark staff!! Parked my car there for 5 days. Came back to find car burglarized.. Maybe having only 1 person as staffing cashier, driving van etc contributes to lack of security at this location. No other employee on site. Contacted JSO for police report, left multiple phone numbers for manager who wasn't on site to call. Did not want any money but maybe a courtesy call from manager to say "hey we are sorry this happened to you.". Don't be swayed by fence topped with barbed wire as security in the back right corner HUGE gap in the fence-big enough to drive a semi through!!!
