In Wal-Mart standards, this is the utmost disgusting, unfriendly, over packed one I have ever entered in my life. So much in fact, I refuse to step foot in another one. The women behind the check-out counters sit on stools, taking their sweet time, when one has already been waiting what seems to be a lifetime. Once in the front, heaven forbid an item need be checked for price (trust, you would be better just omitting the item all together)! While people fume behind you, the check-out lady will begin saying things in a foreign language while peering at you angrily. Need an item be returned, you will wait in line that lasts an eternity because they only have one person behind the counter. I understand Wal-Mart is cheap (in more ways than one), but I would rather pay a few cents to a dollar more for something than pull all my hair out trying to speak to someone that cannot comprehend what I am trying to communication. read more

Standard Walmart, it can get really packed at the registers here, more than other Walmarts I've been to. Not sure why. You either need to go in the middle of the day, or way late on a week night. Even then, you'll run into lines and a good amount of people. read more

This Walmart has THE WORST customer service I think I've ever experienced. I don't know how many more people they can employ that HATE THEIR JOB. Final straw was today when I was trying to buy ink. The lady looked at me with my ink standing in electronics and turned her back to continue doing what she was doing. I waited a couple of minutes then politely went over to her and asked if she could call someone to ring up my ink (giving her the benefit of the doubt that she was not the cashier). She hesitated and then said, "I'll be there in a minute". As I was waiting, she finished her task before finally coming to the register. Absolutely ridiculous. I guess she was quick to forget who technically is paying her paycheck to be RUDE. Like I said, that was the final straw. When we started living together we didn't think to buy all the necessary cleaning supplies for our apt until "something" happened like when our toilet clogged up at 1am. We thought of Walmart. Literally was minding my own business and shaking a bottle of nail polish to see if there was a ball inside and a worker with a thick foreign accent comes and tell me I cannot open it. I didn't even open it i was shaking the bottle, wouldn't that have created a mess if I shook the bottle and it was open? She then rudly and barely even told my mother where to find our next item at. Anyways, thanks to the employee for taking enough time to realize I was black and "give me a warning" to not open the bottle but not enough to realize that maybe the exact action I was doing when she told me to not open the bottle had NOTHING to do with opening the bottle of nail polishgoing to open the bottle at all? I ordered four tires from Walmart online. To it's credit, Walmart delivered within two days. However, when it came time to install them, the Walmart mechanics did not balance the tires. Now my steering wheel vibrates severely when I hit 45 mph, a dangerous condition. Never again. read more

I like Walmart because it isn't Target. However, when my wife and I went to this Walmart you really couldn't tell the difference. First, at least this location has cut almost all of their furniture. When we asked a sales person about it, problem number two came around. After telling us the situation, she told us to go to the website. We expressed that we needed something that day, and asked if she could recommend some other place. Immediately, she started naming the most expensive places. Under staffed and staff that is working shows no sense of urgency, they work for 5 minutes, stop working for 10. Complete laziness, I guess that's what I get for getting my oil change at a Walmart and expecting fast and prompt service. Needless to say I will never darken their doors again for an oil change or shopping. Hilvic hit the nail on the head. This place is the pits. Not of all of us like our jobs, but most of us at least make an effort. These people are the worst of the worst. I pulled up to the line and asked the woman(or man, I couldn't tell) for an oil change. She/he opened the door and just got in and proceeded to scan the door bar code and take down info. After asking her again, she finally said gruffly, "go in to the counter". 30 minutes wait. Took them 3 hours to change the oil and I waited at least 1 hour total in line. It's beyond me how the people employed here are actually paid. If they ran it that way, acted that way and carried themselves that way working for me, I'd pelt all of them with pink slips. read more

Well, just got done returning two items from two days ago. It took ten minutes to ask for a return. No acknowledgements from staff, no eye contact, no verbal communication just grunts as I asked repeatedly if they could do a return. I then had the manager say that customer service was closed(he was standing there the whole time). He finally agreed to do the exchange, reluctantly, since he came back a couple minutes later just to say," next time look at the door for our schedule." I thanked the staff several times, still no acknowledgement, just grunts and sneering. I appreciate the return, but it took 1 minute to do the transaction(I timed it), does all the run around make any sense? The people make the place. The producst are what you would find at any other walmart at the same place, but the employees and management are horrid. It is hard to get help if you need it, and if you can, it isn't very good. "Did you need something" is what I was asked as I was waiting in line for customer service. Kind of a silly question and asked poorly. I honestly would rather go elsewhere and pay a bit more that n watch a company lose sales through their own emplyee behavior. Again, prices and products are fine, employees and management need help. I was actually asked to leave the bathroom when I went in as I was about to go, by the man cleaning them just so he could clean while no one was in there. Who does that? Who allows that? Also, there were so many carts in the parking lot and no one getting them that the rude customers (another issue that Walmart can't help) began to park them behind other people's cars. I almost made the mistake of going back to this Walmart this morning out of desperation for something open early. But after seeing the reviews and jogging my memory on why I stopped going, I looked up Target's hours and I'm going there. In the past, I always came out of there mad as hell. Lack of cashiers, lacks of employees who speak adequate English, and lack of organization/cleanliness. The regional and store managers of this store should be fired from allowing this dirty, ineffective, and lack of customer service to continue. And by the way, I'm first generation American. Not a big fan of this Walmart... It's generally overcrowded and the layout is very tight-feeling, so this often makes for a poor shopping experience. Trouble is that this is the only Walmart in the area so I still tend to shop here simply because there's often no choice. Also I generally think of Walmarts being open 24/7 but this isn't a Supercenter so they do close here which is another bummer. read more

I came here looking to pick up a shipping box along with a few other items. The boxes that were available for sale were either too big or too small for what I need. I figure that I could go to the post office and check if they have the size that I was looking for. As I was getting ready to head to checkout, I came across a couple of boxes stacked near the fabric section. I asked the lady at the fabric section if I can have the empty box, she told me that she is waiting for someone to put the items on the shelve. Once the box is emptied, I can have it. She even recommended that I come early when the store opens if I need more boxes as they usually stack the shelves then. She told me that she wasn't sure when the items in the box will be stacked, but will keep the box for me if I'm still in the store. I didn't feel like waiting so I headed to the cashier. On my way, I passed another staff member and he was stacking the items in the bakery section and there were plenty of empty boxes. I asked the guy if I could take one and the one that I wanted had items in it. He said "No problem" and quickly stacked the remaining items so I could take the box. He even offered me more, I only needed one. I went back to the fabric section to let the lady know that I found an empty box, but she wasn't there; however, the box that I initially wanted was empty so I took it. Of the many times that I shop that this Walmart, most of the time I only interacted with the cashiers at checkout and my experience was average. I also find that the lines for the checkouts closer to McDonald are usually shorter as well. I only recall having 2 bad experience here, but I don't really expect much as I know that Walmart doesn't pay them that well especially this is a high cost of living area. Of the times that I need customer service, I find that people that I encountered were very helpful. read more

Agreed with most of the people here. Among the worst walmarts I've ever been to. Parking lot is a mess. Lots of workers standing around doing nothing, very disorganized and dirty looking. Management's fault I suspect. This place does a real disservice to Walmart's reputation. At least at most walmart's you usually feel safe, and at this one, I didn't even get that feeling. I had called ahead about a product that the web site stated they had in stock, and waited on hold for 5 minutes, then they put me back to the operator, who was rude to me. I needed a CO2 refill for my soda stream. I normally go to Target to get them but I saw that Walmart carried them and it was closer than Target. I brought in my empty cylinder to do an exchange and found the CO2 refill on the sales floor. I waited in line at the cash register in a long line. When I got to the cashier she informed me that I could not do the exchange at the register and I would have to go to customer service. So I go to customer service and wait in a longer line than the one at the cash register. When I get to the customer service representative she tells me that I cannot exchange my empty cartridge for the one I brought from the sales floor because they are only for sale with new soda streams and they don't have any refills behind the Customer service counter. I ask yo speak to the manager and the customer service representative tells him I can not exchange the cartridge for the ones on the sales floor because they are only for sale with new soda streams. I didn't even get a chance to say anything. They took the cartridge away from me and called the person behind me to the counter. WTF ARE YOU KIDDING ME. What I learned from this experience is avoid Walmart like the plague they are and take your business to Target. read more
