I regret trusting this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from Valley BMW and was never informed of any issues--minor or otherwise. Later, when I had paint protection film (PPF) installed on the front end, it was discovered that the front bumper had previously been repainted. The paint began peeling during installation, revealing prior work that had not been disclosed. I attempted for months to bring the car back for evaluation. Due to the holidays, I agreed to delay, but when I returned four months later for my scheduled appointment, I was told I was not on their schedule. To their credit, they did try to address the issue that day, but only after significant push back from the car salesman, Ryan and the used car sales manager, Ken. They eventually reviewed the vehicle's history and acknowledged that the bumper had indeed been repainted. They brought in a representative from their third-party body shop to inspect the car. The experience was beyond frustrating --the representative spent considerable time trying to convince me that repainting wasn't necessary, making questionable claims (including that PPF is "permanent," which is not accurate). It felt like an attempt to avoid taking responsibility for the original workmanship. Eventually, they agreed to repaint the bumper. However, when I picked up the car, I noticed a new crack that had not been there before. I immediately informed my service advisor, Kam, who told me to email him instead of inspecting the issue in person. I sat in my car and emailed him immediately and allowed ample time for a response but never heard back. I then attempted to escalate the issue to the manager, Steve, and again received no response. While the crack is on the underside of the bumper and thankfully not highly visible, at this point it's about principle and accountability--both of which seem to be lacking here. This was a very disappointing experience. I expected a higher level of transparency and customer service, especially from a BMW dealership, but instead it felt like dealing with a shady dealership. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people.

The quality of the work was excellent, and the communication throughout the process was outstanding. My total wait time was only about 45 minutes. I will never go anywhere else for tires or tire service. Les Schwab in Ripon has earned my business for life. While I was waiting, I looked around the store and was impressed. They have everything I could ever need, the store is spotless, and there are plenty of tables and chairs throughout--including a few tucked away that were perfect for getting some work done while I waited. I apologize because I only remember Robert's name, but he and another gentleman took great care of me. They absolutely earned a lifetime customer today. Then, I call the next nearest store, they tell me "yea I'm on the phone with them now please hold.". 7 minutes later it turns out the Palandale store tells the ceres guy (on the phone) that A TOTALLY DIFFERENT MODESTO STORE THAT NEVER EVEN HAD THE ITEM has lost the item.... good job guys. From the beginning, I clearly stated that I was already approved through my credit union and only needed the dealership to submit the buyer's order through CUDL. Instead of cooperating with that process, I was repeatedly pushed to fill out their internal credit application and use their financing options. Even after explaining multiple times that I did not want to run my credit again, I was told it was "required" or "the only way" to proceed, which was later contradicted by my lender's instructions. I also requested real photos of the specific truck I was interested in on three separate occasions because the listing only showed generic stock images online. I never received clear or direct photos of the actual vehicle, which made it difficult to confidently evaluate what was being sold. Overall, communication felt inconsistent and disorganized, and it seemed like the goal was to shift me away from my approved financing and into their financing at a higher payment and rate rather than follow my lender's process. Because of the lack of transparency and clear information, I ultimately chose to walk away from the deal. I would strongly recommend future buyers confirm financing processes in writing and request actual vehicle photos before spending time at this dealership.
