Not even close. Reading some of the negative reviews, it is apparent that those folks are not well versed with how shops bill for repair work, nor are they familiar with the work being done. That isn't Firestone's fault. Despite always being busy, these guys are efficient, quick, they do what they say when they say they're going to do it, and they are always trying to help keep things reasonably priced. If my car needs other work, they inform me but are never pushy about upselling. I have had then mount and balance tires, change oil, align vehicles, recharge AC and more, and I have always left happy with the services performed.
