You couldn't get worse service from a group of employees or a shop than you can get here at this one in Evergreen. It is subpar in every way on its best day and simply the absolute worst any other day, I've never seen it on a subpar day, just the latter. Their website isn't updated with times for holidays but you can contact the store directly...of course nobody will be there for you to contact..directly. Hell..they can't be bothered to show up in time anyway. And when they do, they look like they just rolled outta bed like they had a hard night out and can't be bothered to actually do their job. The girl behind the counter rolled her eyes so many times and so hard I'm surprised her neck didn't snap. The manager, Tory..said..we don't open til 8 for this holiday as I held my phone up at 8:15, a full 15 minutes after they should've been open. Then they have a complete a$$ of a district manager call and all he did was talk over me and make excuses for the lowest form of customer service they can squeeze out just to hang up on me when he couldn't push this female around, sounds like a misogynistic clown who keeps his wife barefoot and pg in the kitchen. His big, bad self doesn't like to be talked back to when he's in the wrong. He is a pathetic excuse for any kind of management and at my own company...he wouldn't be qualified to wash toilets..I own a cleaning business...nor would the rest of the clowns behind the counter at this store. They are the worst of the worst. As I drive away and get in the highway this morning, an hour late for work due to their incompetence...my hood pops up a bit, a rag flies out and I had to slam on my breaks to pull over to shut the hood. So incompetent that they can't shut the hood? Hope the were able to remember to put the oil plug in so my engine doesn't blow. All around horrible service. Horrible employees and an equally horrible and uninterested owner. If he was interested or cared about his business, he'd be on top of that filthy shop. I'd rather pee in an outhouse in the wood than use that filthy toilet and bathroom. I hope I didn't catch anything. To top it off..this company in American on American soil taking American business...doesn't take cash. American cash that's printed here..in America where they do business. Wonder if Tory the manager actually put the money in the drawer or his wallet since I paid $62 cash? Still charged for an oil change after he opened the shop 20 minutes late making me and the others in front of me who had been waiting longer than me...late for our errands. Do not go here, beware. Another great visit to this location. My power steering pump was whining on my 2001 dodge diesel 2500 with 199,000 miles. I read that changing out the fluid was the first thing i should try - so I popped in at 9:00am sharp on a Sunday morning and told the tech what was going on - he 100% agreed that this was the first thing to try - so they did that (he said he flushed the power steering pump twice because it was so old, which i appreciate), changed the oil while i was there and i took his advice to change the rear differential, he told me everything else looked fine. I like to take advice from people who I feel are giving me honest feedback, change this, but not that, etc. I was out of there 30 minutes later and my power steering noise was gone. No leaks, no high pressure sales, no bullshit just got it done. Thanks. read more

I'm a nomad so I've been to a lot of different Jiffy Lubes around the country. This one is the best! They are courteous, professional, and just fun to chat with in the waiting room. They are very trustworthy when working on your vehicle, and will happily walk you through any issues they find and show you parts that might need replacing. They are also methodical and don't cut corners. They helped me fix a problem with my Audi after another shop made a few mistakes, and got that warning light to go away. I'll keep coming back to them for my oil changes and other minor engine services. read more

DO NOT HAVE SERVICE HERE!!!! CARS DAMAGED DURING SERVICE!! I had a service for my 2016 Jeep Renegade performed at this location.Friday March 13,2020. I just purchased the jeep and the interior was perfect. It was snowing out during the service. When I got home I noticed a partial tear and oil stains on my leather seats. I called immediately and spoke to Casey he assured me they would do the right thing. I called today (3/16/20) because they failed to followup. I was told manager was there and they were trying to figure what happened by photos. Now they were not sure they had caused the damage and would let me know possibly this afternoon. Very polite, friendly, fast and totally incomplete service. The service checklist is a key reason I take my vehicles in for oil changes. Don't assume all your fluids and tire pressure was checked. Though they claimed to have checked. I left without washer fluid, low tire pressure and the battery fluid was not checked they claim it was sealed, when it is not. Worst customer service I've ever received. My husband convinced me to go here instead of the Big O, right across the street. Typically he's received good service so I'm not sure if they changed management or what but I'll definitely never be back. I waited 15 minutes in the lobby and was never even greeted. Then I went around to the bay, the kid clearly saw me and didn't even say a word. As I was getting ready to leave he finally approached me. At this point there was a car behind me so I couldn't leave. He apologized for the "short wait" and said they were short staffed so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation and new windshield wipers. He told me they couldn't rotate my tires because there was only two people there.... but I could just "come back another time." I actually live in Black Hawk, so it's not very convenient for me to "just come back." When I returned an hour later my vehicle was done and I went inside to pay. I pulled out cash and the kid loudly sighed and exclaimed, "I can't give you change." I said that was fine because I had the exact amount. He then angrily asked if I could just pay with my card. I could have but chose not to because I was so irritated with his attitude at this point. I handed him the cash and walked out only to find he didn't even replace my windshield wipers ‍. Obviously could have gone back in but at this point I was so over him and his unprofessional attitude. Guess he was right, "I can just go back," to get the other services I asked for but it'll be at Big O. Also, synthetic is $10 cheaper at Big O, you're immediately greeted upon entering from a friendly and helpful associate AND you'll actually get the services you requested. My mom, brother, aunt and husband all used to go to this Jiffy Lube and after I shared my experience they all agreed not to support a business that treats their customers this way and don't even provide the services you requested. read more

I used to go to this place because of good value and great service, until yesterday. watching these guys was comical. the place look like it was running unmanaged. a couple of technicians doing some work others not doing anything. but all of them were vaping out in the open for everyone to see. after about an hour waiting to get service and watching these clowns I got sketched out and left. He took the time at the end of his day to help me check my battery/ alternator. Because of his knowledge and honesty he saved me from having to buy a brand new battery. This is the first negative review I've ever written. The guys were kind, but the service job cost me hundreds of dollars in a row repairs. I took my 5th gen 4Runner in for an oil change. A day later I'm stranded in a parking lot hours from home with a trail of oil behind and under my vehicle. Had the car towed to my trustee mechandicap and sure enough, jiffy lube did not put my filter back in correctly, resulting in a mess. Now, months later, knowing better than to go to jiffy lube, my mechanic cannot get the oil filter cap off to release the oil. They tightened it so much, they fractured and cracked the cap and broke it. So here we are still cleaning up the mess from Jiffy lube. read more

On the way up to the mountains, we started hearing a concerning noise coming from the front left wheel. There are very few mechanic options on a Saturday, so we called around. Randall at Jiffy Lube was available and told us to bring it in. He did a quick diagnosis and was able to determine the interior wheel well cover had come unhinged and was flapping at high speeds. He bolted it down so we could be on our way. Not only did he get us in and fix our problem in minutes, he wouldn't take any sort of payment. He literally saved our trip. I'm not the sort to let others touch my nuts and bolts, but when you're working to make a complicated mission go smoothly in an alien setting, you need to depend on the expertise of others. In the process of retrieving a project car, I discovered that the owners (nice folks) hadn't changed its oil in years (thanks to the car's long period in storage). As I'd been dropped at the town center by one of the boys from the dispatch yard and was on foot, I'd planned to drive the car home. Now I needed to get the oil changed too, but none of the shops in town had time for me. I took a shot in the dark with the local Jiffy Lube - you never know who's on staff - and found a rough gem. A joint like this depends on a good manager and at least one good prod. These guys had both, to the point that the floor boss was able to keep all of his young grease monkeys on the ball. I've been under more than a few cars and trucks in my time and I have little trust for others wrenching on my bits, but these boys put me at ease, even topping off the blown power-steering pump. I bought this as a groupon deal. The service people were very nice and friendly. However, they told me my transmission fluid was low, and that it wasn't included with all the fluids to be topped off, that it would be an additional fee. After the service, they were showing me the level of my transmission fluid that was low, it is at this point that I noticed that the battery caps that cover the water in the battery still had a film on it, showing me that they hadn't been touched. It was obvious that they hadn't checked the water levels in my battery which they say they check all fluids including the battery. When I pointed this out to him, he told me it is checked by laser, I'm not kidding you, at this point I just wanted to get out of there. It made me question the quality of the oil change itself. Bought this oil change as a Groupon. I have had good and bad experience as far as Groupon oil changes but this one was a very good one!! They got me in right away, and only took about 20 mins!! They didn't try to upcharge me for anything, they were quick and they showed me everything after that it was all done properly. This was the first time I've ever had someone take the time to actually show me the oil and wiper fluid. As well as remember to put the reminder sticker on as well as reset the oil gauge in my car. I drove an hour from Winter Park to use the Groupon I had purchased. I arrived at 5:30 and there were no cars being worked on, only a guy sweeping the floor. He said sorry dude, can't get you in today. I asked what time they closed knowing damn well they close at 6. He said "um, were cleaning, and we aren't allowed to be here at 6...sorry bro." So, nobody in the bay in front of me... Oil changes take 15-20 minutes, tops. It's awful being lied to, but even worse when you KNOW they are lying to your face. Terrible customer service. Let me preface my review with this: When I go to change my oil, I do not expect a vacuum, car interior clean etc. If that is part of it, great, but I would never deduct points from a review for that. My car takes a full synthetic oil blend and 7 quarts of it, so I know its going to be expensive regardless of where I go (hell, even if I bought my own oil/filter it would be $60+). Tyler and his team did a great job and had me in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Note about the Groupon: Do some research before you purchase it. If your car needs synthetic oil, more than 5 quarts etc. it could cost you additional money when you visit. Ballpark savings would be $15-$20, depending on your car. Overall, I recommend and will be back to service my car in the future. read more

BUYER BEWARE! Purchased a Groupon fo $19.99 for a standard oil change. Upon my daughters arrival, the tech insisted on a synthectic oil change, as she had used synthetic in the past. I pull in for a oil change at 3:30. They close at 4. They tell me that they are all done for the day and won't service me. For a company that prides itself on a "jiffy" fast oil change, I am having trouble with math. Guess they don't really care about their customers or their hours.
