The canister-type oil filter was recently installed and done wrong. The O ring was caught in the grooves of the securing device and not in the o ring groove. They replace the filter element, added oil and got me sorted quickly. No messing around. Also, I had a screw in my tire--which I knew but forgot to tell them about. The technician saw that and repaired the tire without being asked. So, so helpful and done with initiative. All done very reasonably. Awesome! Thank you

I took my Dodge Charger there while home from college on winter break and they did an excellent service. It is a small place but quaint in every way. You know the place is proud and does good service when their front desk area has all sorts of cool posters, old cars, accolades, and memorabilia. I asked if it was getting time for an oil change, to take a look at my breaks, coolant, and exhaust to make sure the welds were holding. Turns out, I only needed the oil change and a little bit of coolant. They didn't try and upsell me on anything. They were very straightforward and extremely quick. Car was ready within an hour. Can't ask for better bang of the buck, bout $110 total after looking at everything. P.S. They filled my windshield wiper fluid up for free. Thanks Olde's!

They asked me if I could leave my car ALL day and I replied asking if they could tighten up the appt time because I have nowhere to go so will be waiting for it. She told me to come next week at 9am and they'd get on it first thing. I showed up for my appt this am at 9 and told her I'm going to just walk while they work. I asked if there was a sidewalk to the park a couple blocks away. She didn't know. I asked if you guys also do trailer hitches. She didn't know. She never offered to find out. So I asked if it would be done in two hours. She said yes. I'm guessing one hour would have been enough. I walked around to kill time and was back in two hours to find my car had not been touched! I was livid! The guys in the shop were just standing around. My time (like every customer) is valuable! I took 3 hours off work unpaid for this. What a waste! I won't be back. Sadly, my friend was right. *Edited one week later. The manager called me, apologizing and offered to do the service for free. I told him only if they started working on it right when I brought it in. We agreed on it. When I came in, they told me it would be 1-1.5 hours. It was only 45 minutes (more in line with my expectations). I bumped the stars up to 3 for them doing the right thing, but not 5 since it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

So after more than a thousand dollars later they installed them. After a year goes by I need some upgrades to my suspension by another shop, and they notice my "loose" ties rods and recommend replacing them, I then take back to good year to balance and for them to say there is nothing wrong with tie rods. Well they are incorrect, tie rods do need to be replaced after a year and half of good years install, and I asked tech if they used anti-seizing liquid on the bolt in witch allows the truck to be re balanced for future shops and didn't even know what the word anti-seizing meant, let alone did they put on the bolt upon install. So if it were up to good year, let's just do tie rods every other year for 1k yea?!?!?!? ‍ So end all be all, I cannot trust this shop to do anything, and the kids in there who claim to run the shop can't even tell me who did the work, as they all point fingers when their own name is on the work ticket.... 1000% Go somewhere else!! If the shop is reading this, I'll will remove this post if you purchase my new set of inner and outer tie rods and installation fees required by another shop, thank you!

This guy saved my bacon…read more My mom loves horror movies and The Shining is one of her favorites. She didn't realize the Stanley Hotel was here in Colorado so I took her and her old man up to see it. After that we went through Rocky Mountain National Park before heading back down to Southern Colorado. We stopped for food in Granby and caught a flat. Thought I had a spare bit the car had a donut. Crap. Well, it wasn't ideal but we were mobile again at least, if still 4-5 hours from home. Not half an hour later just past Tabernash, we hit a pothole that BENT THE RIM OF THE DONUT! Called for a tow and was going to Idaho springs to spend the night while he had someone coming to get them to take them back home. I started looking for tire places in Idaho Springs for tomorrow (it was Sunday and sun was going down so NO WAY would anything be open). Imagine my surprise when Pure Mobile Tire showed up as OPEN!!! I thought for sure it had to be wrong but took a chance and called anyway. Sure enough he was open. He asked what kind of tire I needed and I told him. He said he would check to see if he had one and call me back. He called me back a couple of minutes later and said he did! Wish I had called him instead of my insurance roadside assistance! The tow dropped is off in Idaho Springs and I called him again. He showed up 15 minutes later and got us back on the road not long after. $40 for the tire, and $100 for the service call... At almost 11 at night ON A SUNDAY!!! 3AM and we're back home safe after a very eventful day. If not for Pure Mobile Tire I would have been stuck in a hotel tonight while a friend drove for 10+ hours total round trip to pick up my folks and take them back home and get back home himself. Extremely reasonable, knew what he was doing, and quick! He took the tire (the original flat) off the wheel, mounted the replacement, took off the donut and put the real tire back on the car. 10/5 stars!

Friendly service and came out to me despite being a Sunday evening. Thanks for your great service.read more
