I scheduled a service appointment a week in advance for 11:00 AM and arrived early at 10:45 AM. Upon arriving, nobody greeted me or explained where to go. After standing around trying to figure it out myself, I was directed inside to a receptionist who seemed uninterested in helping me. She asked a few questions without making eye contact, then sent me back outside to wait for someone else. After waiting several more minutes, another employee finally approached me and directed me to a service advisor. Despite having a scheduled appointment, he didn't initially ask for my name or pull up my information. When I explained I was there for a recall, I was immediately told it would take two days to complete. What frustrated me most was that the dealership knew I was coming. The appointment had been scheduled a week in advance, and the reason for the visit was clearly stated. If the service department was so backed up that the vehicle would need to stay for two days, that information should have been communicated before I arrived. When I asked about a loaner vehicle because I need my car for work, I was simply told they don't offer them. No alternative solutions were provided. To make matters worse, the service advisor then spoke negatively about other nearby Ford dealerships, saying they weren't any better. Hearing an employee criticize neighboring dealerships did not inspire confidence and came across as unprofessional. The entire experience felt disorganized, unwelcoming, and lacking basic customer service. I understand that service departments get busy, but communication and professionalism go a long way. I left feeling like my time wasn't valued and that nobody was interested in helping me find a solution.

So then I ask about reordering it and she tells me that the distribution center for parts doesn't have an oil cap of all things. So then telling me it's ordered and having my item in the first place for pickup was a lie when it never got delivered... Instead of any help from old tattoo lady she doesn't say one word and just refunds the item all together instead of maybe doing anything else that would've helped? I just gave up at that point she's of no help. Now when I go in she's rude to me? Place was better before she got there. Used to get informative help

I did some checking and found out it should be around 2 to 3 thousand to replace it. My Truck only had 41,376 miles at the time. Then I got an estimate and they said around $7,046.50. Then when I picked it up, was only $6,060.60. But since then, when I go around a corner, truck will try to stall and almost die. Took it back to David McDavid and they could not find out why it was doing that. Now they said they couldn't fix it and just to wait till it breaks down then bring it in. I just can't believe they couldn't fix it. But I think it has something to do with the cam phaser. Problem is, what to do now. Sam was the one to help me and he was good. But couldn't get the problem fixed.

My particular car manufacturer does not have the Rotor's machined. They require you to replace the rotors when you change the brakes. So I told them I would buy the brake pads from them and then I would bring in the Rotors since I know I won't be able to machine them. They refuse to allow you to bring in the rotors. They refuse to give you a price quote for the rotors. I assume it's some kind of astronomical price compared to what you might buy at AutoZone or O'Reillys and they're just gonna price gauge on the parts, hoping you're a sucker and don't know better. Furthermore, I tried to get a price quote. He simply just hung up on the phone when you asked too many questions. And he claimed he was the manager. Well, I can tell you, the manager of the store is an asshole and will not be getting my business and will not be getting favorable reviews either.

To keep this review brief, I will give the remainder in bullet points. **Questionable Transparency:** Before the purchase, he was very responsive, but afterwards, he became unresponsive. **Dishonest Practices:** When the final amount was added up, we noticed a charge of $2,153 for dealer-added accessories (specifically for LoJack and Zak Tek). The dealership and salespeople automatically add these fees to the cost of the car, but the website indicates these are optional. I had requested that this be removed from the cost, as Zak Tek is a clear-coat paint protection applied by the dealership.
